WHO IS THIS WOMAN?

Linda sits on the couch and rubs her palms In anxiety. "Oh my God! What is going to happen now? I thought as much, something happened that night I seem to have any memory about. She was Ella." she says to herself and her mom walks In In a rush. "Mom, we need to talk."

"Not now." Jessie declines calmly.

Linda stands and yells. "It has to be now!"

Jessie jolts back hearing her daughter yell that much, she gently turns and faces her. "What is it?"

She looks at Cecelia suspiciously and says. "Let's go to your room, it has to be just me and you."

Jessie sighs and nods. "Meet me in the room." she walks to her room and Linda follows her.

Up till that very date, everything has seem suspicious enough. Cecelia will classify herself as the most stupid lady on earth is she didn't follow them and try to eavesdrop on their conversation.

"So, what did you want to tell me?" Jessie asks with her arms folded and facing her daughter.

"I think Ella knows you killed her family."

Jessie drops her arms and asks. "How sure are you?"

"She was in India." Linda whispers. "But I wasn't so sure then because of how much she has changed."

"You should have notified me since when you saw her!" Jessie nags loudly.

"I wasn't sure then."

"It's all clear now, She clearly knows I did that to her family members." she sighs. "That is why she is trying her hardest to kick me out as soon as possible." she scoffs. "But I won't allow that, I will make sure I out an end to her."

"Put an end to her?" Linda asks a bit loud. "Please don't do anything, she has a lot of eyes on her already. If anything happens to her, people will rebel. What more can you do when you are just a five percent shareholder now?" she asks but didn't want for any reply. "You are not even the second largest share holder."

"Leave my room." Jessie orders calmly.

"Mom."

"Leave my room!" Jessie yells. "I need to be alone and think of what next to do." she whispers.

"Please, do not do anything." Linda pleads.

Outside the room, close to the door, Cecrlia is covered with cold sweats, her heart racing fast, she holds her chest with one hand and the door with another. "She killed my father?who exactly is this woman?" she asks in her mind but quickly exits the place tiptoeing before she gets caught.

*********

"What rubbish?!" Jessie yells as she smashes the the flower vase on the floor. "Ella will do what?"

"Just as seen in the news ma'am." Cecelia replies bluntly. "She is starting up a foundation and is going to help the less privileged who can afford medical fees."

"I knew it." She whispers and then yells again. "I knew it when all the money vanished into the thin air. So, Ella was busy investing."

"You look so tensed now, why don't you go to bed and just rest."

"Go to bed?" She scoffs and laughs hysterically for some seconds then frowns. "How can you mention sleep at a time like this when everything I have worked so hard for us about to go down the drain?"

"I still suggest you go to sleep." Cecelia whispers still.

"Mention sleep there again and see what I will do to you."

"Go to bed and have a good sleep." Cecelia persists.

Jessie stands furiously from her bed and raises her hand to slap her daughter was put to halt as Cecelia holds her hand firmly. "What are you doing?" She asks struggling.

"You are the weakest person on earth right now." Cecelia whispers pitifully and releases her hand in such a rush then looks away.

"What did you just do?" Jessie asks still in shock.

"I should have just stayed where I was and continue to live the normal life I was living." She turns back and faces her mom. "Choosing to return to you is my biggest regret ever."

"I know you do not mean all you are saying." Jessie says with a scoff and folds her arms.

"Go to bed and relax your head." She whispers with her eyes full of regrets and bitterness.
