Ch. 222 Excitement In Dining Table

At Lori's request, Richard took his daughter in his arms and placed her on a waist-height boulder without letting go of his grip. Lori had an adventurous spirit and loved to walk in high places.

"Yey! I'm taller than daddy!" she yelled happily as she walked casually as the rock was wide enough for Lori's tiny walking feet. Even though Lori wouldn't fall over and Richard was always ready to hold her daughter's body at any moment, the overprotective and exaggerated father couldn't help but protest.

"Lori, watch your way, don't rush. You better get down."

"Aiya, daddy. Don't worry. You are holding my hand, aren't you? I won't fall."

Richard didn't know whether he should be happy or cry. He was delighted that Lori had faith in him, but sometimes he wished his daughter not too often outsmart him.
