Legion vs Stage 2 (1/4)
[DAY 35]
After Neo added The Ravening Wolfes' camp to his legion, he looted evrything worthy and decided to move his base from the hospital here to the camp.
The Ravening Wolfes have already done a good job of building up the camp's defence. They used fences from other parts of the city to place a large wall outside their camp.
Furthermore, they also reinforced the adjacent houses and fences with metal plates and wood.
Neo didn't change much about the defence of the camp. He just ordered a few undead to stand at some points of the wall. Like that, Neo can sense if there are dangers lurking around when he is nearby.
Neo didn't worry much about an undead attack, as their are now humans in the camp. Instead it's the humans that still exist in the east district that worry Neo. Even if there are no large groups of survivors left, those that remain might mean unexpected problems.
Neo is a cautious person. If he can, he will never rely on odds, but will seize his own opportunities and try to achieve his goals.
Neo's plans for the next few days is to add all the remaining humans in the region to his Legion and level up his Stage 1 Mutated Undead.
He wants all of his Elite undead to reach MID STAGE 1 MUTANT UNDEAD BODY. In addition, his undead should get along better with melee weapons, because that would increase their strength by a whole level and make them even more deadlier.

"Mhm... CONNECTED DESTINY? This is the first time I've heard of this, Emily. Can you give me a description of the ability?" asked Neo.
"Host, Emily created the ability without Host consent. It describes how Host has control over an undead's soul and that Host can add existing undead to his legion at any time. Although this ability is so generic, Emily wanted to include it ." replied Emily.
"Ah... well, thanks for that Emily, I know I don't say it that often, but I really appreciate you helping me create this System. I would just lose track too quickly if I didn't have you. " confessed Neo.
Even though Neo is an intelligent and observant undead, that doesn't mean he can remember everything. This was also one of the main reasons why Neo created UMI, his own System.
His job of investigating and managing the virus and everything else related to it would be much more tiring and arduous, so he was really grateful to Emily for her hard work.

After talking to Emily, Neo met up with Aaron to give him a new mission.
"What? I'm supposed to go to the north district without Master?" Aaron asked.
"Aaron, I don't need you to question my plans and why I'm ordering you to do something. But I'll still answer your question. I'll send you to the military outpost in the north." said Neo slightly annoyed.
"Your task their is to send me constant reports on any military action. Otherwise I can't attack the central region as I planned in a few days. I mean what if the military suddenly finds out about my existence and decides to mobilize their troops against me? I just need to know about every action you can observe from them. Do you understand that?" Neo said as he looked directly at Aaron.
Aaron, on the other hand, knelt down on one leg and answered Neo.
"My Master, I wish nothing more visible than to be at your side, but since you insist on your command, I'll obey it and execute it with all my might." said Aaron.
'Wow... wasn't he the sleazy drug lord of a big gang around here before. So how did he suddenly become a loyal knight? ... No, not knight... But butler?' Neo thought to himself as he looked at Aaron.
"Sigh" Neo sighed. He could swear if Aaron didn't have snake eyes he would try to beg with dog eyes to stay at his side. But that can't be, for now.
"I will provide you with a small group of undead, I do not want you to kill people in the north unless it is absolutely necessary. Take enough food and ammunition with you and move out in one hour. I expect you tomorrow evening to receive your first report. The north district is about 150 km away from here. It's too far to share my senses with you. I await your reports from some undead you send as soon as possible ." said Neo.
"Oh, if the military finds you, I don't want you to come back to me. They will only follow your trail and then find me too soon. This must not happen under any circumstances. So if they spot you, I want you to flee out of the city and only come back after a few weeks, if you are sure that the danger decreased. Do you understand that?" asked Neo.
"Yes, my Master. I understood everything clearly. I will follow your orders, you can rely on it!" promised Aaron as he bowed.
"I expect that, Prefect Aaron. We'll talk again soon." Neo said as he turned away from Aaron and went through his next steps in more detail.

As so often, Neo was meditated with closed eyes again, in the early mornings of the next day.
Neo would occasionally think of his mother while he meditates and is inside the world of darkness.
She loved to paint nature. Her paintings were always so full of color and light, it's only now that Neo really notices when he thinks of the paintings his mother used to show him.
Neo regrets not spending more time with his mother and not remembering more tof them. He has the feeling that since her death something inside him has always been in turmoil. In the world of darkness, Neo's emotions and thoughts become clearer, but even here he cannot explain what this turmoil is inside him.
Does Neo blame himself for her death? Yes, he does.
He regrets not being by her side when she was going through hell and saving her from that madness.
He would often find himself thinking of the past where he was inside the store and got bitten. There he saw his mother on the back of Android as he knocked her out and walked away with her.
He regrets neglecting his mother for the past five years after his father died. Only then could an bastard like Androld sneak into her life.
But in the end, all the regrets bring him nothing. Instead, he tries ot take more strength from his guilt for his will to become stronger and never allow something like this to happen again.
Neo thinks that to close his heart and never open it to others again, is the best way to deal with his weaknesses of trusting others. Neo therefore planned to visit his old family home there after capturing the central district. He hasn't been there since his father passed away.
The memories of him were just too big. He thought he saw and heard him everywhere in every everyday object. At times, Neo even finds himself responding to his father's voice, which he thought to hear.

Neo then opened his eyes as he completed his medetation and stood up.
He was currently in the small apartment of one of the people he added to his legion at the camp.
Aaron has been gone for a few hours with several dozen undead as his escort. Neo expects a message from him in the next few hours.
Until then, Neo plans to get his Legion and Elite ready for battle. Neo plans to strengthen his troops in the near future, but he doesn't think he has much time left.
The survivor camps in the central region will surely find out in a few days that the Ravening Wolfes were destroyed by the undead. They will prepare themself to fight against my legion, which has grown to a size of 100,000 in the past few days.
Neo therefore plans to strengthen his legion as soon as possible in order to make all humans in the central area undead as efficiently as possible.
Neo doesn't want to go back to using the same strategy he used when fighting the Ravening Wolfes camp, especially as it only makes it more conspicuous that someone controls the Legion of Undead. One of its greatest advantages, however, is that the military doesn't know about him.
Because if that were the case, the orbiting battleships could wipe out Neo instantly and without much trouble, along with the entire city.
Neo's identity must be protected at all costs. That's why Neo also plans to destroy Camp Luma in the central district first. They simply know too much about him and therefore have to die.

Neo plans to use the training of his Legion to kill two birds with one stone.
He will train his normal undead by sending them to hunt down the remaining survivors in the city. On the one hand, his undead can eat more and become stronger, and on the other hand, Neo's Legion also grows.
Neo estimates that there are about 20,000 people left in the district. These will serve as breeding ground for his undead to level up.
Meanwhile, Neo and his Elite will go on a hunt for a Stage 2 he's known about for a while.
Neo felt it three days ago when he was still on the way with the group of seven people to get to the Ravening Wolfes camp.
The group was walking in an old part of town at the time and found a type of building with a tunnel leading down that people used to get around centuries ago. It was called Subway and they were the pioneers of today's Supersonic Trains.
With the difference, that today's Supersonic Trains float above the ground. But those old things down there run on something they called railroad tracks.
Well, it doesn't matter that much anymore. What counts is that when Neo got there, he got the same feeling that I got from the Stage 2 lair, back then.
Therefore, Neo decided to explore these ancient ruins more closely and kill the Stage 2 there with the help of his Elite.
This will serve as good training for his Elite and for Neo to better estimate his newfound strength.
He decided to take a truck in which he had some weapons, ammunition, explosives with him, just to be sure that when the enemies in the ruins are to great, he has alternatives which he can choose.
Furthermore, Neo decided to take all his elites with him. In addition, there were 30 undead who serve as escorts and can be useful for the Enhancer.
All of the 30 undead were the recently promoted to MID STAGE 0 UNDEAD BODY.
Furthermore, all of Neo's undead wore light armor that Neo looted from the camp.
His elite, on the other hand, carried various weapons in their two hands, and there are even more spare weapons in the truck if they destroy them.
One of the attackers carries a two-handed ax which is huge enough to sever a man's head with ease. While the other attacker carries a long sword with which he can fight well with.
The two defenders each carry a spear and a short sword in both hands and have their own armor on them.
The Enhancer, on the other hand, carries two small daggers and attacks quickly with them if needed. Else he enhances the undead by his side and let them fight.
Meanwhile, Emily will monitor the camp with the help of some cameras that Neo installed there. She shouldn't have any major problems, especially since she has the tank and the rest of the Legion at her disposal.
After some hours, Neo went to the ruins with his elite in the truck, that same day.
"I wonder what Traits the Stage 2 will have?" Neo said as he climbed out of the driver's seat of the truck with a smile, as he looked at an old building where the strange feeling of an Stage 2 was around the area.
