Invasion

----------------------9-----------------------

Sounding through the dust and rubble was a thundering roar, standing almost taller than the brick walls and the gate itself are trolls a race of giants towering over buildings at least twenty feet on average. They had a rugged face, long noses, and slump gestures, with their strength slowly they tear through the already destroyed walls making their way inside.

"There are a lot more of them this time around," Lisa said in surprise. [They must appear often] Yuna imagined, "At least they aren't dragons" Lisa looked over at Rite [They both seem extremely calm for being inside a city that is under attack by giant monsters].

All three of them continue to watch the situation through the orb as the trolls try to enter the hole, several were even trying to break through the gates. They seem to not have anyone leading, they were somewhat grouped up even though there were some scattered in the front gates, still trying to make their way while arrows rain down on them.

Seeing the battle on the outside Yuna, she should be safe while under the hideout that she's, the elf beside her still caught some of her attention she decided to use the skill [Inspect]--

Her stats were almost all lower than Rite, but her mana was a crazy 1000. And she's had almost 10+ levels on Rite, [I don't think I should mess with her] Yuna though looking at her stats.

Ignoring what is happening "Oh yeah Rite did you get the orb?" "That was the whole point of your travel," Lisa said. "Oh yeah, I did" reaching his hand in and grabbing something resembling a red orb out of the bag. "Perfect now I can finally complete my project.", "Alright let's get back to our cute little dragon here" Lisa remind herself.

"We need to find a way to somehow return her to her parents. If we don't manage to do that in time it could mean the next wave we have would not just be the trolls." Lisa reluctantly said.

"I'm not even sure if her parents even exist anymore. The dragon race had not been spotted like 200 years ago Unless she's one of the last eggs." Rite said.

As they both walked around the room thinking of what they could do. Yuna looked at both with a worrying glance.

"You think she might understand us?" Lisa said again looking over at Rite.

"I haven't thought about that"

"Of course, I should have guessed..." Lisa said.

"Oh shut up Lisa" Rite returned.

Walking over to the table where Yuna lay, "I pretty sure that Dragons are usually really intelligent they can understand and learn several languages in a matter of days."

Yuna felt like she did not learn it but the system did. She could only level the skill up, but understanding their writing was on another level.

"Do you know where your parents are at?" asked Lisa while making a tone like she was talking to a kid.

Yuna repeatedly shook her head. Surprised Lisa went up closer to Yuna and place her hand on top of her head, trying to comfort her.

After minutes pass they decided that she was going to stay with them for a bit until they find a better plan. Trying to keep track of where she is, if she was to be found by the Draconian she would become a pet or someone's lunch. Most people around this area have never seen a dragon, they were only a fairy tail because of their existence almost being erased from any record, Lisa explained to her.

Now she at least can somewhat understand and communicate with people. [Well at least answer them] she could learn more about this world.

In the mirror, they watch as the trolls slaughter the Lizard men and are killed, the trolls were completely outnumbered at the end without any chance of winning, to begin with. Known for their stupidity, they were considered monsters even though they were a race of humanoids. By this era most had cities and communities of their own, [Race seems to be an important part of this world] as explained by Lisa.

More than hundreds of humanoids exist. Barely a handful was advanced enough to survive the invasion of the void. Which were monsters born in another dimension some creatures could also be corrupted and turned into a void monsters, though most were void-born.

The reason was unknown for their appearance, causing chaos and destroying the ancient civilization. Which had technology which outreached our current most advanced weapons, they could not withstand the wrath of the void. Almost 2 century since the numbers of these species were downed to only barely forty known survivor, most species were too weak and was corrupted turning them into brainless wondering, bloodthirsty monster.
