Mask slashed quickly as he jump back from the assaulting wolves but to his surprise, they didn't pounce on him or even attempt to go after him.
'Something must be wrong, they just can't back out at this moment' Mask had an ominous feeling from this.
Raven is also shocked from the side as he saw the retreating wolves.
'It's time to see what is the cause' Mask thought as he prepared for an unexpected attack.
Him and Raven slowly turn back and to their surprise, a humanoid figure is watching them.
'his aura is what scares the wolves' This is the thought in both Mask and Raven's mind.
"It's been a while since I met some guests" The figure said.
"Is been so long since her disappearance and still the four super powers are keeping me here, I've laearned all that I can but she's a valuable asset that each side will like to have" He muttered.
Mask and Raven couldn't hear what he is saying but they still stay on alert.
"Who are you?" Raven mustered his courage and asked.
"Oh me, I am a nobody actually" The man smile, the type of smile that sends chills down your spine.
'He's not simple' Mask thought.
"Don't joke around, Who are you?" Raven asked this time with some annoyance.
"I am really a nobody..."
Just when the agitated Raven is about to ask again, "I am no one except the Killer who will send you on your way to the afterlife" He continued.
Hearing that Mask swing his blade and the blood all over it spill on the ground, he then make his battle stance.
Shink!
"Hah!" Raven shouted as he met the claw coming his way head on with his daggers!
Boom!
"Oh..." Mask is truly surprised, the charging Raven is sent flying back like a bullet as his body collided with a tree!
Shink!
Mask raised his saber and block the attack with a resounding clank as his knees hit the ground!
"Argh! Dammit" Mask Shouted as he push forward and push the man back.
"Oh what a surprise, after finishing you I will go back to the four super powers, it seems the big event is about to happened, but for now it's been awhile since I have had some fun" The man said as his smile grew bigger.
A sword appears on his right hand while his claws are out on his left hand, "Let's have some fun shall we?" He grinned.
"If you are looking for a fight, then I will be glad to grant you your request!"
Whoosh!
Mask used his movement skill to disappear from his position and the mysterious Man also disappeared from his place.
Clank!
Boom!
They both clash as their figures appeared in the middle of the battlefield with both of Mask's sabers been occupied by a sword and a claw!
Their clash kick up a cloud of dust as it flew everywhere while the mysterious man smiled in satisfaction and gaze at Mask's cold eyes behind the demonic looking mask.
Whoosh!
They both jump back and once again dash towards each other!
Shink!
Mask slash diagonally upward with one of his saber!
The mysterious man quickly brought his sword closer to his face as he tightened his grip while Mask's saber clash with it!
"Hmph!" Mask grunted while slashing with his second Saber.
Clank!
The claws appeared once again and block it!
Swoosh!
"Uh..." Mask let out a surprised sound as he fall down on his back, 'That is unexpected'
Turns out the Mysterious man has already had the intention to swip his leg off the ground.
With Mask on the ground, he grinned and brought his claws for the kill!
Swish!
Mask quickly rolled on his back and dodged while the place he was earlier was left with deep gash on it!
'Oh dear...' He thought as he focused on the battles once again.
Boom!
A foot stamped his feet throwing him back!
Whoosh!
The man use a mysterious technique and appeared before the flying Mask!
Swish!

A deep gash appeared on mask's chest!

Mask heard the system's notification which shocked him, his maximum hp is below 2,000! With the 500 bite damage form the wolf earlier and couple with this 1,100 damage, he is in a very dire situation!
His body heavily crash on the bark of a giant tree, his body slowly slide down from the bark of the tree while leaving trails of blood on it.
'Power... Health...'
"Argh!" Mask shouted as he grab his head.
'Let me... Your desire... The power you so desires... let me' A ghastly voice spoke in his mind!
"Argh! Stop it!" Mask shouted in pain as he clutched his head once again in pain.
The man watched in amusement, "I believe it's time to send you on your way"
