"Hahaha, we have no choice but to back Carl on this mission; we will raid England, and England will be ours," Erik joked as he smiled. "We have to support Carl on this mission."
As they walked back to their house with their swords, Martin saw a bird flying with a leaf in its beak. He continued to stare at the bird even as it soared out into the distance, admiring its stunning appearance and the fact that it had never been seen anywhere else on the continent.
Carl was seen by Erik polishing his sword and bow, while Martin had already met up with the girl he had a crush on.
Erik called to his kid and said, "Hey, there's a fresh plan and a task you need to carry out alone."
Carl didn't respond to his father Erik's question with a word, but he did glance at him before continuing to polish his sword.
Erik told him, "You are going to travel to England, and you are going to serve as a spy in the home of the king."
"How is that possible? What will I do in the palace of England? If I go to England, I will kill the king," Carl says to Erik as he stops cleaning the sword. "If I go to England, I will kill the king."
Carl sat down on the chair to continue listening to his father, King Erik, who had more to say.
"You are not going to kill the king of England; you are going there to spy on them, give us information, and alert us on when to attack; we need to take over England; it is our major obstacle to fighting Paris; England has enough weapons; they have gold and silver; we will be rich; richer than any other country; we need an insider to defeat England; I want you to go because I trust you, Carl; you are the only one who is capable of fighting this." Erik clarifies his words.
As Carl walked away from his father, carrying his bow and sword, he did not utter a word. Upon seeing Erik no longer following him, Carl entered his home, and Erik remained there for a few more minutes before leaving.
Carl went inside his home, and as he did so, he reflected on what his father had imparted to him. He eventually laid down on the wooden bed, and he placed his bow and sword on the floor next to him. He considered how he would operate in the palace and spy on the throne of England, both of which are within his capabilities; yet, the fact that he is unable to control his fury would prove to be a challenge for him on his quest.
A woman could be seen resting on top of a fallen tree and gazing at the river flowing through the valley below.
Martin questioned the man, "What are you doing here all by yourself?"
"Odin has bestowed upon us his blessings," we said as we gazed at the stream. Ina reacted
Martin sat down next to Ina as he took part in the sight-seeing with her.
Martin answered, "Yes, we are blessed, but we need to sail far away from the country; we will conquer and raid all the way east and west." "Yeah, we are blessed, but we need to sail far away from the land; we will...
"Tell me, Martin, I heard some rumors about the raid to England; is it true that your father, Erik, wants to take over the country?" Ina asked Martin. "Tell me, Martin. I heard some rumors about the raid to England."
Martin turned his head to look at her, and while he smiled, it was not a satisfied grin. How was she aware of the attack in England?
Martin shoots back with a query, "Where did you hear that from?"
Ina told me in complete confidence, "It is no longer a secret; everyone knows about your father's ambition and plan to take over England." England won't be an easy raid, but Odin will be with us, and he shall conquer the country. "It is no longer a secret; everyone knows about your father's ambition and plan to take over England."
"Yes, it's true, he wants to raid the country, but we need a spy within the palace," Martin said. "Someone needs to go to England, get into the palace, and work for the throne so that we can get information about the land so that we can win the war."
Why do the Vikings need to send a spy to read the environment before an attack when they don't have to monitor the land beforehand? Ina is just as surprised as you are about this development.
Ina questioned the need for recruiting a spy in order to launch an assault against England.
Martin is unable to inform her of what Arne said since he maintained his silence for a few minutes.
Martin remarked, "That is the will of my father; he can't afford a mistake. We attack England, and we win." Martin was referring to his father.
Ina is at a loss for words, so all she can do is nod her head.
Ina questioned, "Who is the spy?"
Martin remarked, "I want to go, but my father wants my brothers, Carl," despite the fact that he wanted to attend.
Martin would want to shift the subject since he is interested in getting married to Ina.
"Ina! " Martin made a phone call to Ina.
Ina gave him her attention, and now she is waiting to see what he has to say.
Martin turned to Ina and said, "You haven't spoken anything against us, and I adore you."
Ina says Martin, "This is it Martin, I love you but this is the deal we will get married in England, let's beat England, and we will get married." "This is it Martin, I love you but this is the agreement we will get married in England."
Martin was disheartened when he learned that following a successful attack in the distant nation, they were planning to be married in England.
Martin questioned, "How are we going to be married in a distant land?"
Ina's parting words to Martin as she walks away from him were, "Try and conquer England."
Martin chose to spend his time alone reflecting on what Ina had said to him; he loves her with all of his heart. Martin began to consider traveling to England in order to perform an undercover operation on the throne, and he is now desperate to raid England.
Carl has left his room and is on his way to meet Arne. When they meet, Carl plans to inquire about Arne's trip to England from Carl. He made a beeline towards Arne's residence. He knocked on the door of his house.
Arne is quoted as saying, "You don't need to knock, I know you will come."
Carl walked inside and sat down in a chair that was relatively close to Arne. He didn't say a word the whole time he was sitting there, but he kept looking at Arne.
"You can't simply come and stay silent, child! "You are bothered by something; could you please elaborate?" Arne asked
Carl took a sip from the cup that was situated in the middle of the table, but he maintained his silence for an additional minute.
Carl's question was, "I feel you know what I'm here for; you can't deny it; what will happen? I want to know," and he believed that the other person did know why he was there.
Arne responded with, "Hahaha, if you tell me what you want, I will know what to do, but right now I don't know what you want."
Carl tells Arne, "Will I succeed in England? My father has sent me to spy on the crown of England," as he prepares to leave for England.
Carl was becoming increasingly irritated with Arne because of his silence. Carl kept waiting for Arne to say something, but he was silent. Arne is aware of everything, but he remains silent. Carl became enraged, and before leaving his house, he drained the contents of the cup completely. Arne smiled as Carl walked away from his home.
