To say she was flabbergasted was an understatement. She frightened and puzzled, but she just nodded and opened heroith to speak butbhe silenced her.
Looking over his shoulder, he said in a hushed tone without turning back to look at her. "Leave this very instant." She didn't understand what he meant until she felt the extra presence dead instantly disappeared from there.
"What brings you here?" Duran asked. He dusted his hands as if he held dirty earlier and then turned to face the new presence.
"You didn't have to send her away," Idril said and drew closer. He looked Duran up and down before stopping at his face.
"She isn't as important as why you are here," came Duran's replied and Idril shook his head.
