"I'm liking the increased regeneration, but I don't think it's enough of a boost. I would have to buy it 10 times to make a slight difference"-Jack

"Besides, it's a shop, so I'm guessing there is a better version of this stuff that will cost more like the natures acquaintance at a higher level"-Jack

"Could be nature friends or child whatever weird name they choose and the presentation skill I bet is really expensive"-Jack

"But if I'm thinking at the moment but also the future, then I've got to go with the skill on sight since it can help now with hunting"-Jack

Once the shop panel disappeared, his rave froze as the light slowly shone out of their eyes, looking very creepy.

Once the skill was finished merging with the race, the light disappeared, and they all started to look around, wondering what had happened to them.

They all soon noticed they could see better and from slightly further away, not much, but you could still tell the difference.

The elderly and hunters were the happiest with this as they could now hunt better while the elderly didn't have to worry as much about their eyes.

You see, even though the rixis are strong, they still have the same problems as most sentient races, such as getting older, making parts stop working, or just getting worse.

Now those who had a cloudy vision or whose eyes were worse as they age now could see more this doesn't mean they can see perfectly.

And that doesn't mean they wouldn't stop getting the problems they had, but it would take longer and wouldn't be as strong as before, which was still great.

This caused the rixis to celebrate that their gods had given them some great gifts with even some older Jackrixis getting too excited and heading off to hunt.

Still, it seemed worth it, giving an overall and lasting boost to the race instead of a slight increase that could stack up if the prices stayed the same.

"Oh, that's cool. I didn't think about the health benefits that come with the skill that's a bonus. I'll take gladly. I wonder what I'm going to do now, though?"-Jack

"Guess I'll do what I always do, which is checking on the race and maybe see what the gods are thinking of things so far, but I'll do that later"-Jack

Down in Ludum Mundi the Jackrixis, we're all trying out the new skill they had been given by doing random things like watching insects or throwing stones.

Or seeing what it was like to now fight each other with better vision and would have to get used to it unlike those born after who would be born with it.

The religious rixis also started to say how this is a gift from their god so that they can pay better attention to the holy word and see the hidden evil.

The sad thing about the skill was that it was for the entire race, not just those loyal to the gods or even those who aren't that religious but just keep quiet.

This meant those with curses or who had been outcasts received this skill, which might not sound too bad until you realize in the future when races have multiple skills how deadly traitors forces can be.

At least with a different species, you know who the enemies are, but when they come from within and don't believe in what you do, that can cause problems.

This is something all of the candidates would have to deal with, and some would do it better than others, and it could decide how well they do in the game.

There is a benefit with this part of society, which is that it gives the rixis a lesson that they need to learn and that they can adapt to.

The Jackrixis are a very proud race like most are, but now, with their gods and increase in numbers and strength, they may get sloppy.

They could let an enemy grow because they don't think it's dangerous until it's trying to kill them, and this could lead to dire consequences.

This is why Jack chose to have more gods on his side who could help keep the Jackrixis on the intended path and not destroy themselves as other races do.

But so far, they were doing alright, and once they had fully settled into the tribal stage, they would then move on to the next and continue to evolve.
