Chapter 149 Injustice Superman?

Chapter 149 Injustice Superman?

For a long while, Superman lay motionless on the ground. Speaking of Superman, his luck seems rather unfortunate.

Ever since he was a child, he have been accustomed to restraining his powers and not using them to their full extent. When Stephen copied his abilities, he mistakenly believed he was also a Kryptonian, so he held back even more.

Stephen's unrelenting provocation finally pushed him to the edge, but just when he was about to fight back, Stephen displayed remarkable restraint. Thankfully, he's currently unconscious; otherwise, he might have succumbed to despair.

"Is he dead?" Amanda Waller, June Moone, and Lois Lane, who had rushed out, arrived at the scene. Amanda Waller stared at Superman, firmly lodged in the ground, and asked Stephen, her voice still trembling.

"Dead? He's not that easy to kill," Stephen replied, curling his lips at Lois Lane, gesturing for Amanda Waller to take charge. "It's in your hands now."

"Alright!" Amanda Waller nodded. Although the situation had spiraled out of control and the losses were substantial, she knew she could justify it as long as she captured Superman.

Following her orders, the soldiers cautiously extracted Superman from the ground and carried him away, as if plucking a carrot. As for where they were taking him and how they would address the collateral damage, it was no longer Stephen's concern. He gently hugged Lois's waist and soared skyward.

Boom!

They vanished into the night sky like a missile.

Lois Lane's apartment had been nearly left into rubble; Stephen had taken her to a hotel located few blocks away.

Superman's appearance meant that Zod would likely arrive soon.

And that promised some excitement.

"Be patient; I'll be back shortly." Stephen dropped Lois off at the hotel and then swiftly flew out of the window.

The wind roared, and in no time, Stephen returned to his villa in Central City.

Inside the villa.

Laurie was in her battle suit alongside Thea and Trajectory. Stephen previously tasked then with transporting all the Kryptonite to his disciple after returning, then using his high-speed abilities to snatch a small piece and returned it to the hotel where Lois Lane was staying. In her room, Lois had just finished showering, wearing only towels and felt quite embarrassed when she saw him arrived.

Seeing Stephen return with a green-glowing stone, Lois recognized it as Kryptonite. She nervously lowered her gaze, unable to meet Stephen's eyes.

Whether it was her struggle of control from his powers or his conflict with Superman, Lois was feeling a bit overwhelmed, even considering leaving if not for her own safety.

...

Superman had two people who were crucial to him.

One was his adoptive mother, Martha. It's interesting to note that both heroes, batman and superman mother's shared the same name, and this connection ultimately turned Superman and Batman from enemies into allies, which was quite remarkable.

The other was Lois!

In one of the comics, the Joker once devised a plan to make Superman kill the pregnant Lois Lane, leading to a significant change in Superman's character and the "Injustice" storyline.

In the movies, Lois played a vital role in bringing Superman back to his senses after his ressurection, preventing him from turning dark and helping justice league member defeat Steppenwolf.

What would become of Superman without Lois Lane in this life?

The "Injustice" scenario might be unlikely, but succumbing to darkness would remain a possibility.

As the saying goes, things can take a turn for the worse. Superman has spent his entire life suppressing his true self. If he were to succumb to darkness, it would indeed be quite intriguing.

So...

"You, what do you see me doing?" Lois noticed a hint of excitement in Stephen's eyes when he looked at her, instantly making her nervous. "You, don't control me anymore..."

As soon as her words left her lips, Stephen's lips curled into a smirk, and that involuntary sensation washed over her once again.

Stephen's voice echoed in her mind, and her hands instinctively began to remove wrapped towel in response to his instructions. Simultaneously, Stephen had already discarded his own attire and headed for the bathroom.

Lois Lane found herself inexplicably following him into the bathroom.

The sound of running water filled the room, and Lois was aware of what she was doing and seeing, yet she couldn't resist the inexplicable compulsion or even command her own voice. She was angry but utterly helpless, unable to act without succumbing to the overpowering influence. After the shower, the two returned to the bed, and Lois found herself doing things she couldn't control, or ever dreamed of as she hasn't even done any yoga but able to do those pose.

...

Superman had been defeated, and new pillow had been acquired.

Stephen felt that the evening had been truly remarkable.

As for Superman and Lois, story, did he care?

These thoughts never crossed his mind.

After the storm of passion had passed, Stephen relinquished his telepathic control over Lois, replaced the bed sheets, and embraced the now silent Lois Lane as he drifted off to sleep.

Lois wanted to curse.

But when she had been under Stephen's control, she couldn't move her body at all, and the urge to curse, after regaining her freedom, had already subsided. Although she couldn't control her own body, the entire experience had been her own.

Stephen had even deliberately amplify the neural pathways that processed her body's sensory sensations, allowing her to feel pain, exhaustion, and other sensations she was too ashamed to articulate, pleasured.

Gradually, a sense of exhaustion overwhelmed her, and Lois Lane drifted into a drowsy slumber.

...

In a secret interrogation room within the Argus.

Substantial military forces were stationed on the third and outer floors. Amanda Waller, accompanied by June Moone and General Swanwick, observed the handcuffed Superman through the one-way mirror.

After regaining consciousness, Superman comprehended the situation and faced the military's questions with silence.

It wasn't until much later that he spoke.

He wanted to meet the person who had fought against him before!

General Swanwick turned to Amanda Waller and inquired, "That man, the one who defeated Superman, can you bring him here?"

Amanda Waller appeared somewhat embarrassed. "It's not that simple. I've been monitoring him for a while now. No one knows the extent of his strength, and from our current intelligence analysis, he only acts according to his own will. I've attempted to threaten him, but..."

"It's a matter of Earth's safety!"

Amanda Waller glanced at Superman in the mirror and reluctantly admitted, "General, he can do everything that aliens can do, and he's even stronger than aliens, or else Superman wouldn't be here."

The implication was clear.

If aliens posed a threat to Earth, so did Stephen, and he was even more formidable than aliens.

"He didn't defeat me." Superman slowly turned his head and addressed the figures behind the mirror. Then, with a click, he twisted the handcuffs and stood up, walking toward the mirror. "I'm here because I was raised on Earth, and I'm not an enemy of Earth!"
