Big Orc, Small Orc I

After Freya explained her plan, Maria left the duo to get in position. Alex waited for a little while before looking at Freya and with a nod from her, he notched a single arrow and took aim.

Swoosh!

The arrow flew towards the busy Orcs, heading for the head of the bulky one. Hearing the sound of the arrow being released, the two orcs quickly jumped from the position and avoided the projectile. The arrow hit the lone tree and embedded itself into the bark.

The Orcs pulled out their weapons and got ready for a confrontation. "Lookie here, we have a bunch of manflesh after us, B'luta." the larger one spoke to his friend.

"I hope they are good game, I hate the weak ones, R'unda." The gruff voice of the weaker one replied and ran towards the bushes where the arrow came from, with his iron sword drawn.

Before he could get close, however, Freya jumped out of her hiding place with her steel sword and the two weapons clashed.

"Argh sh*t. It's a weak one." R'unda shouted in frustration as his mace fell onto Freya with massive strength. Freya immediately backed away, and the mace crashed into the ground with a boom. B'luta wasted no time and was quickly upon her, but another arrow flew at his eyes, causing him to abandon his attack and back away.

"You deal with sneaky arrow guy, R'unda. I will kill this puny girl." The sword wielder ordered as he advanced towards Freya with a menacing grin.

"No, you kill the arrow guy, I kill the puny girl." The huge monster grumbled in reply. Freya quickly jumped between the two, using excellent footwork, and instantly unleashed a set of quick thrusts. The bigger beast tried to block them with his mace, but quickly received a lot of shallow wounds.

The quicker of the two tried to dodge the thrusts, but Freya changed their trajectory in response, also giving him a few cuts.

"You both are too weak. Why don't you two come at me together? Maybe then you two will have a chance." Freya mocked with a grin as she retreated back from the two.

The cuts on their bodies hurt less in comparison to being mocked by a woman, causing the two orcs to scream in outrage as two set of bloody eyes turned towards her. The two orcs completely ignored the arrows that fell on their skin, barely managing to pierce through their tough skin.

The duo ran towards her with a deafening scream, B'luta reaching first, swung his thin sword in a horizontal arc. Freya stepped inwards into the swing and thrust her sword, aiming for his heart.

The Orc's eyes widened at the bold move and barely twisted his torso as the sword grazed his chest, creating another two inch cut. Freya, having expected the move, grabbed his outstretched and tried to unbalance him. The Orc was just as fast as her however and he rounded his other hand into a fist and brought it crashing into her rib cage.

Freya felt the air escape her lungs as the punch connected to her. Luckily for her, B'luta was not too strong, had it been R'unda, her chest would have been caved in. The amateur swordswoman ignored the pain and her solid footwork kept her steady, she swiftly pulled back her head and smashed it into the Orc's face.

Crack!

The satisfying sound of his nose breaking, filled her ears and the Orc tried to retreat. His retreat failed however when Freya used her superior strength to instantly pull him back. A shadow loomed over the two smaller figure as R'unda finally closed in on her. Each of his thigh was pierced through by two arrows that had greatly slowed him.

Yet in his rage at being taunted, the beast had ignored the pain and ran to crush the puny human that had challenged him. He swung his huge mace with his two hands at Freya's back, intending to cleave through with brute strength. Freya had instantly noticed the hulking behemoth arrive and swing at her. As she pulled the injured orc towards her, she spun against B'luta and switched their position. She used her opponent as a shield and planted her feet firmly into the ground, bracing for impact.

B'luta, who was still reeling from the impact to his head, had barely regained his conscious, when a massive steel mace crashed into his back and sent him towards Freya. Freya felt forced that was transmitted through the body of the smaller Orc, but to her surprise she couldn't hold her ground as she was sent flying along with B'luta and the two crashed in to a large rock not far away.

Freya coughed out some blood at the impact but she didn't have any time to waste as the body on top of her began to struggle. The impact had broken quite of a few of his ribs and caused a lot of internal bleeding, but the sturdy orc was still frantically swinging his short sword trying to hit the smaller human girl.

Luckily for Freya, his eyes were blurred by the blood on his face, and his injured body further deteriorated his aim. The green orc shook his head and grabbed her by the throat and pinned her to the rock. He pulled back his sword to finally kill the infuriating girl but suddenly he felt a searing pain in his upper back that stopped his blow.

Maria, who had been hiding nearby and waiting for her chance, had jumped as soon as she saw the orc sent flying along with Freya. She had jumped on its back and drove her large dagger deep into the large scar on his back, as Freya had instructed.

The dagger had easily pierced through his flesh and cut through a cluster of arteries just above his heart. The green fiend felt his life slipping and used his last strength to complete his final blow. However, Freya was faster.

By this time, Freya had recovered her senses and tightened her grip on her sword. She thrust her sword at the base of his jaw with her full strength. The tip of the sword penetrated the through his the base of his jaw and went through his head into his brain, until it appeared from the top of his skill and completely erased his life.
