Seeing that all the vampires agreed, Melina turned towards the direction of the fight and raised her left hand. The golden ring on her ring finger glowed with a faint light, followed by a long line of white light flashing perpendicular to her hand. 


When the light disappeared, a long red bow appeared in her hand. It was one of the clan heirlooms that was awarded to the pureblood vampires. It was an ancient weapon forged by the ancestors of their clan.

The string of the bow was attached to the top of the outwards arching limb, before connecting to the top of the inwards arching limb, and continued to the other two limbs, repeating the process.
