4: mafia house?

Alex's POV:

and what happens when a bowl of lunch is emptied on your chest yes definitely you jump out and start to clean while yelling profanities but me being not normal like seriously i have been literally thrown into boiling hot water by my commander once and i was like in bed for a whole month so i simply raise an eyebrow and say calmly

"chill its ok . it was an accident i get it . now your blocking my way could you get aside so i can go clean "

she physically relaxes by my words

"yes-s sorry i will show you your room so you can get fresh" she leads the way so i simply follow her when we get in the room or should i say my room i notice she is not making eye contact so i start talking

"you do know that i dont bite right so you can look at me while i am talking to you"

she looks at me but quickly looks away while saying "sorry but it is the rule number one for working in mafia house that you do not look at anyone in the eye"

by the time she is finished my search for a shirt is long forgotten and i am wide eyed "wait wait wait did you said mafia house bcz i am pretty sure i misheard you"

"ahh no mam you heard right didn't you knew that this is king family . the kings who rule new york"

"well i am no king i am lee so you can look at me and call me alex " i say with a small smile

she finally looks at me and smiles a little 

"whats your name" i ask while i finally found cadet coopers shirt and make my way to the bathroom

"its bree" she says shyly

"so bree do you know why everyone was looking at me like that"

she hesitate but answers "well dont tell anyone that i told you but everyone has been talking about you the story was that your mother ran away from here and since then all your uncles and grandfather has been turned cold and no one has known since then where your mother was but suddenly everyone finds out that your mother is dead and has a child who was given to her husband and after sometime the talk dies down but then 2 days ago we find out that your father is dead so you are coming here and boom everyone is either curious or angry and hates you already-"

" oh my god i am so sorry this is why i dont talk much bcz i start to ramble and then i go on and on- oh i am doing it again i will just stop and shut up" i simply look at her and start to laugh

"well thank you and dont worry i knew the moment i sat down that everyone hated me here-"

she cuts me off saying"well technically not your grandmother oh i am sorry continue"

"well as i was saying dont worry but i am sleepy so " i let it trail and she finally gets the msg leaving before saying a small good bye

i take my pants off and sleep with the big shirt on the comfy bed and damn after sleeping on the metal military bed for years it feels like heaven and i go to sleep with that

the next morning i am awoken by my alarm i wake up half heatedly bcz i do not want to leave this comfy bed but i also have to work out or in this one year i am pretty sure i will be in worse shape then the newly taken cadets

so i change into my outfit and start doing drills in my room after an hour i wipe the sweat and wear jacket and make my way downstairs



and somehow i find the kitchen and make myself coffee while everyone stares at me i finish it

"well sweetie i was just going to send someone to wake you up and tell you that i forgot to tell you but you start college today with your cousins isn't it exciting "

i raise an eyebrow at everyone staring at me and they look away while i shrug and simply say

"okay whats the name of it"

"well its name is arlington high school {i couldnt think about any better name } and its 20 minutes away from here you can drive with ashley there" while smiling enthusiastically

"well i am going if you want to go with me you can come with me now"a girl with blonde hair says while taking her bag and making her way outside and i take that as my cue and walk after her while taking my bag that incase i had to go to school packed and follow her

damn her car is flashy its not like i dont have anything flashy the time i spend at military i also used to streetfight on vacations and i can say that i have enough money to buy a mansion and live in it peacefully but its just not me

whole ride is silent but the moment i step out of the car everyone stops and stares at me well i dont look that good but i am also not that bad i have full thigh length hair which is in a messy bun right now and grey and blueish eyes that are cute but i always wear contacts

ashley tells me the way to the office and walks away so i go to office and take my schedule and make my way to my homeroom

i take my seat at the very back and look out the window while music playing on my phone with handfrees in my ears

after some time i feel a tap on my shoulder i look at my right and see a cute very enthusiastic girl looking at me so i remove my handfree and turn toward her

"hy you must be new i am liliana friends with bree she was talking too much at the phone last night about you and you look like a cool person so would you like to sit with us at the lunch"

i simply shrug and say a "sure"

mostly it was the new start of the year so we didnt learnd much so liliana who according to her just had to tell me about everything according to her so i just listened her rant about the queen bee rebecca  and her minions and well my luck is rebecca is my czn which no one needs to know and THE KINGS who are the rulers here and known as the royals which consists of triplets named jay, james , jacob and henry, ashley and bella and i quote "if i want to survive i have to stay away from them" bcz i quote again "they can ruin me"

and then there is swimming teams and ballet and gym main classes which are after lunch and i wouldnt lie and say that my heart didnt spead up after listening that there is ballet bcz i may not have performed on stage but it is a part of me that i have never letted in me die whatever the cause

and well now its lunch and we are sitting under a tree and by we i mean liliana , bree , willow

"oh em gee i forgot to tell you alex that your grandma gave me to give you a credit card and you were sleep so i putted it in your bag i am so sorry" says bree while freaking out

"chill dont worry its not like i am going to use it" i simply say 

"WHAT are you crazy it doesn't have a limit and you are just not going to use it "says willow while looking at me wide eyed let me tell you in whole lunch i have learned that liliana and bree are the ranting and shy type while willow is the say whatever the hell does she wants to say and she does not have a filter 

and suddenly there's a shadow on me while everyone turns silent and by everyone i mean whole field and everyone stares behind me wide eyed
