Chapter 11

"What do you think you're doing?" Miss Bustier asked both the students that happened to be handling Marinette in a strange but helpful way. Luka blushed as Marinette glanced over at him for a quick second. Alix shook her head at the two making it harder for Luka to stop blushing. Miss Bustier kept looking at the two holding Marinette up by her arms and glaring, making them nearly wet their pants with fear.

Marinette then got a glimpse of Adrien's emerald eyes as she passed by in the arms of Luka and Alix. Luka's eyelashes fluttered like a butterfly's wings making Marinette blush even harder.

Miss Bustier shook her head which made Alix and Luka look at her. "Are you going to answer my question, or will you two continue doing what you were doing?" Miss Bustier asked sternly. She proceeded to look at Luka even harder. "You're not even in my class," She added.

Juleka lifted her head from the desk as she spoke. "He's my twin brother, and he was just b-bringing me my notebook," Juleka stuttered. She instantly banged her head back against the desk. She wasn't the social type.

Alix wanted to say something but couldn't because she didn't exactly know what to say. She just gave Luka a signal to tell him that they were to go to the nurse's office.

They slammed the door behind them as they left for the nurse's office.

"I don't have time to deal with this!" Miss Bustier announced as she picked up the register from her desk.

"Adrien Agreste"

"Present" Adrien replied

"Chloé Bourgeois"

"Prese-" "Miss Bustier, I need to make an announcement," Lila interrupted. "Lila, can it wait?" Miss Bustier asked. Lila shook her head and proceeded to make her way, strutting, to the front of the class.

Alya kept her head low as she had a feeling that Lila was to snitch on her. "Lila, can you make it quick? Miss Césaire, can you tell me since when did you sit there smashed in between Nino and Adrien? I think it would be a good idea to go to your usual seat, thank you," Asked Miss Bustier. Alya proceeded to move while Lila smirked at her.

"I think you will find it very interesting to know that Alya here has decided to hurt a member of our class," Lila announced, smirking. Lila also happened to have proof from the ladyblog on her phone which she was proceeding to show Miss Bustier. Lila had always wanted to make a huge deal of things. It hadn't occurred to Alya that anyone would have it out for her.

Lila then spoke to the teacher, explaining that she had evidence of Alya breaching someone else's privacy. Which in defence was true as she had secretly taken a picture of Marinette kissing Cat Noir. "Alya? Is what Lila said true? Have you done anything of the sort?" Miss Bustier asked Alya. Alya shook her head in denial. Lila knew she was lying, and that was her territory. Lila only wanted to get involved and make sure Alya stopped being friends with Marinette, as she had told Mari in the past that she would lose all her friends.

"Alya, you have breached Marinette's privacy by taking a picture of her without permission. Not to mention you put it on the internet without her explicit permission as well." Miss Bustier explained. She then told Alya to sit and listen while she taught the class a lesson about online safety.

The minute she hit the floor the second time she blacked out. She only woke up when Luka and Adrien both surrounded her. Only because she was confused. Millions of questions filled her mind as feelings filled her heart.

Marinette was overwhelmed by a million and a billion feelings of love. There were multiple people she cared about at once. While she loved Luka, she couldn't say no to him because she knew he loved her too, but Adrien had been dear to her heart since he gave her the umbrella.

Ding.

Marinette's phone went off as she sat in the nurse's office. She had a snap from Cat. She saw he sent a cute cat emoji! She couldn't process it properly as her brain was all fuzzy. Her head was spinning for once and she felt all dizzy. Luka sat by her side as Alix went to fetch her some water.

"You shouldn't be looking at that screen Marinette," Miss Monet said. She looked carefully at Marinette's head to see if she had any nasty bumps or bruises. "Give me your phone!" Miss Monet demanded. She couldn't stand that Marinette was looking on Snapchat when she had just suffered a severe injury.

Miss Monet let out a heavy sigh. "Are you able to recall what happened Marinette?" She asked. Marinette thought about it for a second.

*flashback*

Marinette walked into class, smiling. She sat down at her usual desk next to Alya. She felt a slight shove because Alya had pushed her right onto the hard concrete floor off her seat.

*end of flashback*

"All I can remember is walking into class" Marinette admitted. Alix came over to Marinette giving her a reassuring smile. "Don't you remember Alya pushing you?" Alix asked Marinette.

*back to flashback*

Marinette tried to run out of class after being pushed onto the floor however, she couldn't as she passed out from concussion.

*end of flashback*

"I remember passing out?" Marinette said questioningly. She shook her pretty head. Her midnight hair flowed past her shoulders, as she forgot to put them into two equal pigtails earlier that morning. "If you can't remember how you got your concussion Marinette it's fine but I might have to send you home." The nurse explained to Marinette as she shook her head even more. "Is that a no you can't go home or are you confused?" Miss Monet continued, still asking Marinette questions.

"I remember my Mama is at home," Marinette said, honestly. Miss Monet picked up the phone on her desk and looked in the book for Marinette's home number. "I'm going to call the bakery Marinette. It would be best if you went home." The nurse explained. "Alix could you get my backpack from the classroom please," Marinette asked one of her best friends.

Once Alix returned with her belongings, Marinette gave her one of the biggest hugs ever. "WOAH" Alix stated startled. "Marinette that's enough now" She continued, clearly fed up with the physical contact. Marinette didn't let go because she was enjoying the hug.

The phone was slammed back onto the receiver as Miss Monet sighed. "Your Mama said it's too busy for you to go home Marinette. The bakery is swamped" She explained to the midnight-haired girl.
