CHAPTER 76

  Ember's POV

I had no idea when Magda had left the room, leaving me at the mercy of this savage beast that for now, remained muzzled.

I assumed that it was to prevent him from causing serious damage to what she regarded as her investment, but it did nothing to stop it from damaging me with its razor sharp claws that it dug into my flesh periodically.

It had already scented the heat between my legs, and like any feral beast, had a pretty good idea of what was expected of it.

It had sniffed around my inner thighs excitedly, its putrid breath rippling over me as the metal cage nudged insistently against my parts. The thought of it inside me was terrifying, but I was hoping against hope that if I didn't move too much, or engage with the beast then it would lose interest.
