Wyatt
I look across my desk at the Supreme Elder, who is sitting calmly on the chair in front of my desk. In one of the few times that her and I can be alone and talk a little more in detail about things, we both have jumped at the chance.
I really want to pick her brain, because she often holds so much back. I also know that she can tell us everything. The downside is if she does, things often change and don’t actually happen the way that she has seen.
I don’t want to waste any of our time, and I immediately go straight to the point. “So, what is actually going to happen? Or should I say what should I be cautious of?”
The Supreme Elder slowly shakes her head. “Alpha Wyatt, you know that I can’t tell you that much information. The closest information that I can give you is buried in my riddles. The Moon Goddess doesn’t like for me to give the information directly to you.”
Ugh. I know, but I’m still hoping for more.
