Night Journey
"All done."
I have packed all of the stuff that will be needed on the journey. My first destination will be the capital.
"First charm necklace, Instead ring then Elemental earrings."
I have written a note to tell them that, I will be on my journey and I won't be home for 2 years and I promised to return home safely after 2 years.
"This much information should be enough for them."
I got out of my out from my window and took the secret way out of our home. This secret way is only known by our family members. When I got out of the what welcome me was my black horse that was gifted by my father.
"Emu, Our journey will be long. I hope you will support me on my journey."
I ride on emu and started my night Journey. The Sky of was clear. The only disclaimer about the sky is it's beautiful. Endless stars spread across the whole sky and the moon was in the middle of the sky giving moonlight to the world. I had never seen a scene this beautiful in my previous world.
"Truly it's beautiful."
I was admiring the sky and thought if in my previous world air was not polluted then they could see how beautiful nature is.
I returned my focus on road. I stopped my horse in Infront of the food store and bought some Bread, Dry meat, Butter, and water. It took just 10 silver coins to buy all. I slowed my horse to enjoy my night market and took a piece of bread out of the bag and chewed it.
"It's hard and not fresh."
After coming to this world only food that I eat was the highest quality so it is understandable that I don't like it.
"Let's check out the map."
I took out the map to see the way to get out of dukedom first.
"Jungle is the only way to out of here without A problem."
(Forest of lost) It's a forest that if you enter once you can't get out. It has been a legend that a dragon lives there and the dragon doesn't want anyone to enter the jungle so the dragon kills everyone who enters the jungle.
"It's false"
The original reason that no one return from the jungle is fog. Fog makes it hard to see so they lose their way and wander around until they die. If one can control fog then one can travel the whole forest without any problem.
"For that, I buy it this."
I took out High-level magic stones and a magic tool that can control temperature.
"Fog doesn't stay in a warm place"
If I use a high-level magic stone on this magic tool I can easily get out of the forest. The jungle can be called the no-man zone since it does not belong to any lords of this kingdom. But crossing the forest I will be on Earl's territory. Earl territory is the closest to the capital.
"Let's hurry up, Emu."
I faster the speed of my horse. It took us 3 hours to reach the jungle. Near the jungle no guard of soldiers. It's a place where you would be scared to go in daylight but in the middle of the night was out of the question. I entered the forest with the magic tool in my hand. I opened the tool and removed small magic crystals and replaced them with my magic stones. the moment I replaced them tool started to shake for a moment and I start the tool a hot heat come out of it.
"I should be able to cross the jungle before the sun comes out."
Entering the forest I was a little scared. Only big black trees can be seen. I kept my sword open so that if something attack me I can defend myself. I don't know but I believe I have become much braver than in my old world, Was it because of my sword training or something else I don't know but I can say I'm no longer the same as I was.
10 minutes passed I was in the jungle, I heard a noise then suddenly a fox-like creature attacks me and I cut him into 2 pieces. When I saw blood in all the places I vomit. I indeed train myself but I haven't killed anything so it was my first time. It was a disgusting feeling.
"I need to get out of here."
Since some blood was on my clothes other monsters may attack me by the smell. I faster my horse so I can get out of their hurry.
4 HOUR LATER
I was out of the forest. It was a hell experience. I was attacked by many monsters on my way. But thanks to the Heavens non of the monster were stronger than me.
"I smell like shit."
The blood of the monster was all over me and it smells disgusting. I have to find a way to clean myself first. I spotted a town near.
"I need to find an inn first. Both for cleaning myself and to rest. Emu also needs to rest."
My black horse also looks tired
"Just a little more emu, let's go."
We reach the town in just 20 minutes.

ALBERU POV
Castle was in chaos, Dukedom was on alert. The only son of the duke is missing. Knights are searching for him everywhere. Normal citizens and other Nobel are not known because it's a big matter. But the biggest problem was fighting between duke and duchess
"Aigoo, My old self."
I pitied myself then I knocked on the door. After I knocked on the door the noise stopped after some moments duchess come out of the room. She looks furious. She can kill someone by just looking at them with that eye. I entered and I saw the whole room was mass stuff were broken, papers were all over the floor.
"Did you find any clue Alberu?"
"I'm afraid no, My lord."
"Just where he went, He told 2 years right."
"Yes, my lord
"Just what are you trying to do Richard?"
Duke was silently staring at the note that the young master had left.
Search everywhere in the kingdom but undercover. His life be in danger if news leaks out, I trust you Alberu.
"I will do my best, my lord."
Alberu left and the room become completely silent.
"Please be safe Richard," Duke muttered.
