Reran Grass Forest
In the outskirts of the infamous Reran Grass Forest. A human man clad in leather armour could been standing. He was August Watch who ran away after seeing Luna, pretty cowardly, but he needed to be low-key and don't associate with major figures.
Less attention = less trouble.
Right now the same man is standing in front a big brown bear. Holding tightly onto his sword and in ready stance.

The same bear species Luna fought before. But now it's in front him, it's also looked slighty bigger.
August instantly rushed to the bear and closed distance of few meters in barely two seconds. He raised his sword and slashed downward, coupled with his boost from the sprint, it added extra momentum to the slash! Before the bear could react he was already in front it.

After the downward slash, he slashed multiple times, adding more damage.

Three quick slashes, in total 13 damage dealt excluding the downward slash.
After that he quickly jumped back and distanced himself without a shred of damage.
The Forest Bear seemed in rage and pounced at him, but because the bear is slow, he quickly reacted by dodging and slashing while dealing some minor injuries on it.

He continued using the same tactic of dodging and attacking. After a few minutes the bear finally got down to 10 HP. He got hit a few times, but it was just minor injuries.

The forest bear's eyes became bloodred, while it's prowess increased by major margin.
It quickly pounced at him, but he reacted faster and did quick slashes with his sword.

Two quick slashes that looked to be faster than the previous ones. While the bear's body disappeared into particles, while some things appeared.

"Hmm?" August noticed items being dropped where the bear previously war.
He walked closer to it and saw two items, he inspected them and it showed him the item's information:

"Some commom items.." August muttered, he seemed nonchalant but still picked them to his inventory.
'Sooner or later I have to use my Mana.. The monsters are getting stronger. I have low Mana capacity, I will run out of it in just a few minutes, but it take around 30 minutes to recharge one Mana point, but with higher affinity, it should take lesser.'
'I will save for emergencies like my AP's'
He continued his walk deeper into the forest, sometimes finding the required herbs he needed. He also encounted another Forest Bear and a Horn Rabbit but seemed to be at Level 3 on his way. He quickly finished both of them.
While he walking and searching for the herbs, he checked his stats:

While he was reading his status, he felt danger behind him. Thanks to his years of experience in the game, he developed some kind of danger sense.
He quickly dodged to the side and avoided a sithloutte that missed him.

Sudden notifications appeared, but he quickly swiped them away and focused on the monster in front him. Above the monster hovered a text:

The Shadow Wolf looked like an ordinary wolf except its black fur and yellow eyes.

"Even I didn't sense it until it attacked.." muttered Seraphine.
August quickly rushed towards it. He closed the distance in mere seconds, he slashed downward, but the wolf easily dodged it.
"Arggh!"
A sudden powerful claw slashed at his back..

He quickly moved away and looked around trying to find the Shadow Wolf. But it seemed that the wolf was stalking him.

'That means I basicilly lost around 30 HP in that attack...'
'It seemed I have to use my AP now.'
August quickly thought about adding his 5 AP he got from his level up. Two at Strength and the three at Agility.

He confirmed the change and instantly felt the small increase in power, but he felt or he knew it wasn't enough for the Shadow Wolf.
'It seems I need to use some of Mana reserve too...'
After that single thought, he used his mana in his body and controlled towards his feet and arms

He became shocked for a moment at those unexpected messages, the wolf who saw the human being distracted quickly attacked, giving him no time to be shocked or ponder.
But August recovered from his shock before the wolf arrived and quickly dodged the attack, he then swiftly reappeared behind the confused Shadow Wolf and striked at its back.

The wolf cried in pain, he quickly slashed multiple slashes at the startled wolf.

The wolf tried to dodge, but the blood leaking from his body hindered his movements, making him slower and enough for August to finish it off.

The wolf died and turned into particles, it also dropped some items after its death.

August checked his status and saw his health being at 72. He also saw his Mana being at 9/10 when he used 'Mana Maniplutation' for only half a minute.
'Yep, having higher Mana Affinity does indeed make it easier to use mana and spend less.'

His thoughts got interupted by a female shout beside him that he forgot.
"August.. Did you just use create Mana Maniplutation?!"
"Ehh.. Yes?. I think.. Even I'm suprised."
"You..." Seraphine was speechless. She turned silent and was thinking about something, August ignored her thoughts and focused on his things.
'Hmm, I became overall much better after the regress?' thought August. Atleast he didn't worsen after reincarnation. 'This is certainly good, but it gotta have some consequences.'
He shrugged his shoulders and put that matter behind for now. He then checked his new skills status:

He collected both items into his inventory. After that he went into the Status Logs and saw the recent messages. He filtered it to 'Unread' and saw the notifications he swiped away.

August sucked in own his breath when he read those messages. He forgot the insane rewards for getting 'First'.
Getting the 'First Player' reward is easy in the beginning, but harder later on. But annoucing to the world is even harder, you have to be the first at something world-impressive, history-changing stuff.
But self-creating a skill is even harder than world-annoucing, even in his past life, only a few dozens of millions successfully self-created a skill. August never self-created one in his past life, but for some reason he created one on his first try?!
'Well, free legendary chest, can't say no to that. 'll open it when I'm in a safer place..'
Then he saw the options of Public or Hidden at the end of the messages. 'Hmm? Public or Hidden.. Defiently 'Hidden.'
'Not gonna lie, I wished they had the decline button for the announcement.'
He clicked on the hidden button and a massive grand announcement appeared in the sky all over the world. Players and even NPC's across the world looked up at the sky and saw the shocking words!
