August's walk got stopped by a small monster in the middle of the road.

"A Horn Rabbit.."

He checked the monster by using [Inspect] on it to add it to the monsterpedia.

August took out his bronze sword from his [Inventory]. He checked the sword's stats with his [Inspect]. A message popped in front him:

Back to our info dump; As you can have seen, affinities have grades from F- to SSS(Exception: EX). Weapons, armours and etc follow the same ranking system. The stats of the item is what grades it.

There are many rarities beginning from Gray-Common, Green-Uncommon, Blue-Rare, Purple-Epic, Yellow-Legenday and White-Divine.

The 'Attack' attribute under the Bronze Sword status is the weapons attack power. Having three attack power is like adding three extra strength points. There are other attributes such as Defense, Speed or Mana for different type of weapon/item/armour.

Durablity, yes. Weapons and items are not unbreakable, there have their total usages until they forced to be repaired or break into pieces beyone repair.

August steadied his stance, his abnormal stance was tempered through many battles in the game. He had his left leg slighty bent backward, while his right leg stood still. Both of his hands were holding tightly onto the sword handle.

The human and the rabbit stared each other, but the standstill broke the moment the Horn Rabbit made its move.

The Horn Rabbit moved fast enough to reach a meter in barely a second. After nearing the human, August quickly raised his sword and slashed it towards the running rabbit.

A red number appeared above the rabbit, indicating August's damage.

The rabbit got hit, but quickly dodged to the side, immediently afterward it pounced at August from behind with its paws to catch him off-guard.

But August already predicted this, he turned his body around at the last second and slashed downwards.

A second red number appeared above the now dead rabbit. Its body slowly turned into blue-ish particles.

"Hmm"

He noticed that it seemed to easy to kill a Horn Rabbit, while everyone else is either struggling or having a stalemate, maybe some can overpower them. He already knew the reason for his smooth kill, it was because of his years of experience embeded in his brain.

"I have a question Seraphine.."

"What is it?"

"Why don't you fight with me?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"Because we, faires don't like to fight which led to us having less developed offensive power. It's rare for faires to battle, but I do. But because of level restriction, I can't access those skills yet."

"Oh... Hmmm makes sense."

August continued his walk and on his way, he meet two more Horn Rabbits, quickly killing them and earning him 6 XP including the first rabbit, making him 4 XP left for Level 1.

[Description: Variant of the Gentle Bees, there are aggresive and posionous, small but fast. Their posion can kill a normal mortal with just a hint of their posion. ]

It was yellow like normal bees, but had the size of fist.

"Eww, a posionous insect!" shouted Seraphine inside August's mind. [AN: Faires hates dark, posion, evil types.]

"Stop shouting inside my head!" shouted August back inside his mind.

"Then how am I gonna stay 'lowkey'?"

"Tch." clicked August his tounge, he gave up rather quickly instead of arguing.

The bee already noticed him, because of its aggresive nature, it has already started flying to him.

August ran towards it, he raised his swords and slashed downwards, closing just a few meters in just a few seconds. The bee that only acts based on its instincts couldn't react fast enough and got its body slashed into two.

"I think I should save them for emergencies, my swordsmanship are enough for a while." muttered August. While Seraphine who heard it just nodded her head.

He continued his walk with Seraphine floating closely behind him. A few minutes later both of them heard the sound of battle to their far right.

"Hmm" He looked at the direction and saw something big and small fighting far away.

Curosity and a hint of greed got the best of him and made him run there.

"You're going the wrong direction!" Seraphine shouted behind him. But the person in question ignored her, while thinking that he can maybe can kill-steal the beast. [AN: Kill-stealing is finishing off a injured monster and steal their XP]

When they just around 50m away, they could see one woman and a big brown bear fighting. The woman had long light-brunette hair in a ponytail, while holding on a bronze spear. Meanwhile the bear was the doubled the size of the woman, with it's sharp and big paws, it slashed towards her.

Both of them sustained injuries, but the bear looked to be more injured.

[Description: Forest Bear are bears that recide in forests. They have higher intelligence than other bears, aswell high defense and attack. But their speed is slow.]

'Using the information from my past life, players around this time should be around level 0 or 1...'

'Then the only reasonable explanation about that woman who could evenly with the Forest Beat it's because her natural talent and skills..'

August narrowed his eyes at the woman with long light-brunette hair. He was trying to figure out her idenity because for some reason she seemed famillar.

'Long light-brunette hair, uses spear...."

But then the woman who gained some distance, while fighting the bear noticed his gaze and stared back at him. Her sky-blue eyes appeared in his vision.

'...Luna Runeheart! ...THE ICE QUEEN?'

Luna Runeheart, 22 years old, famous actress and model, rated as one of the most beautiful woman in the world, daugther of the Runeheart Family, a powerful family in London, almost at the level of royalty.

She was skilled in ASCENSION° in spearmanship and fighting, easily toppling the rankings. Coupled with her natural beauty it highlighted her even more, giving her fame and money.

'I would rather stay low-key than talk to some major figure..'

'Yeah..' He nodded his head, while Serapine just stared at him weirdly, but then she noticed something in the same direction as Luna.

'Hmm, that mana fluxations seemed famillar.. oh, that woman has one our kind as a companion...'

'Well, it seems like that fairy found someone.. hehe' smiled Seraphine.

August who was about to run away, caught the smiling fairy who was looking at the brunette haired woman.

"Seraphine, why are you staring at her while smiling?"

"That woman? Hehe, it's because she got one of our kind as her companion.."

August recived a slight shock, but quickly recovered. When he thought deeply about it, everything makes sense, having a fairy as your companion certainly boosts your prowess. It isn't a suprise for a fairy to be attracted towards her, even if its extremely rare. It also shows why she can fight evenly against the bear.

"That's impressive.." muttered August.

"But enough chit-chat, let's go now. I will certainly attract trouble if I associate with her."

"Mmm okay."

Just as August was about to run away, a sudden soothing female voice came behind him and startled him.

"Hey!"

He regonized that voice, because the owner of that voice is Luna Runeheart. Who was fighting the bear. But he didn't turn his head to look back, just ran as fast as he could.

"Ahh?" Luna exclaimed in surprise.

She wanted to ask him for help, but suprisingly she got ignored and rejected. She wanted to run to him, but the bear wouldn't allow that.

The Forest Bear slashed at her, while she dodged and thrusted her speat at the bear. She glanced at bears HP:

This stalemate continued for a few minutes until the boss had 13 HP.

"Huff. Huff."

"Just a little bit left.."

"Beware that the bear will go into [Berserk Mode] when it health hits 10 HP.." A sudden female voice entered her ears from behind her.

She remembered what her companion told her before the fight:

"Berserk Mode is when one goes into a state where there lose almost all of their rationality and amplify their rage meter. It temporaly boosts their prowess for a short while. But the side-effects equals to loss of power, tiredness and sudden paralyzes."

Luna nodded her head to her companion's warning, but still continued striking and dodging. She glanced at her Health Bar and saw it nearing the 30 mark.

When the Forest Bear finally got down to 10 HP, it entered [Berserk Mode]

"ROAAARRR!!"

A powerful roar filled with power vibrated through the air.

The bear's eyes became bloodred, it immediently pounced at Luna who was stunned by the power of the roar.

Any average player would already died, but she wasn't even close being average. She regained her compussere and quickly thrusted her spear in a fast motion, while carrying a hint of coldness in it.

[Icy Spear Thrust]

The spear flew in a fast speed and hit the abdomen of the bear.

"ROOOARRR!!"

A powerful roar filled the agony of pain and cry resounded from the bears mouth.

She was beyond exchausted. While she was trying catch her breath, something was pondering in her companion's mind.

'That human man, I can feel that he is blessed with mana.. But why couldn't I feel the mana aura of a fairy from him?'

'Someone like him should already been chosen by one...'

She didn't know that someone already chose him, because she couldn't detect any mana aura of a fairy from him. But because Seraphine is royale and the royalty lineage have skills to hide their aura and mana, even from their own race. She knew about that fact, but she didn't realize it or she never thought about it. Because it seemed absurd that royalty would be someones companion.

"Let's continue.." said Luna, while her companion snapped out of thoughts.

"Yes." A simple response.
