Rikiya smiled, sipping on his tea as he overlooked his town. His town, full of loyal followers believing the ideas in which his ancestor had initially started. Back when Rikiya was a child, a big burden was placed on him with his father dying and him becoming the next leader of the Meta Liberation Army.
When he inherited the position the Meta Liberation Army was strong, thriving from the leadership of his father. 30 Years later, and the Meta Liberation Army had never been stronger.
He chuckled. With his supreme intellect, he became the creator and CEO of Deternat, a superhero company which provided support items for those who struggled with certain aspects of their quirk. Deternat provided it all, supporting items to help from casual to passive to active use. They even helped pro heros.
They didn't know they were directly funding the enemy. With the money he had gained he had expanded his empire and increased the amount of followers and their strength. Along the way he had made many intelligent friends as well, reliable friends.
He sipped on his herbal tea again, eliciting a calming effect on his body. Controlling his stress was something that had taken years for him to control, and even then he still had problems with it from time to time.
A passive effect of his quirk made it so it was easier for Rikiya to get stressed, and once he started getting stressed, it caused him to get even more stressed. Perfect for in a fight, not so much in daily life.
In daily life he was Rikiya, the nice and kind Deternat CEO, not Redestro, the leader of the Meta Liberation Army. It was hard in meetings with shareholders where his stress got too much to handle, and he had to use all of his willpower not to kill everyone in the room.
Being the CEO of Deternat came with many benefits, but the biggest benefit was money. With it, he had expanded his empire far and wide across Japan and increased the number of followers they had. Even in small villages they had supporters. He sipped his tea again, savouring the taste.
Unlike that Holysee church across the seas, the Liberation Army had much different beliefs. Beliefs that were founded upon facts logic rather than what beast created Holysee's belief. Though they at least agreed on the quirkless problem.

The door suddenly burst open, his assistant barging straight in. His face was covered with sweat, and he had an afraid look on his face, "L-Leader, t-there…"
"There is an intruder!" His assistant shouted, "He is coming up right no-" A hand quickly chopped on the back of his assistant's neck, and he dropped to the floor unconscious.
Rikiya calmly glanced towards the intruder. He looked to be a teenager and had a get of spiky blue hair with a costume on him. Rikiya recognised him from the news.
"Yo!" The hero said with a wave.
"What are you doing? You are trespassing on private property."
"I'm a hero," The intruder replied, "And your a terrorist, so it is my job to bring you in."
Rikiya raised his eyebrows slightly, "I see." He said calmly, "I'm not sure how you figured it out, but that doesnt matter." He got up from his seat, black spots forming around his head.
"We already have a team of heroes and law enforcement surrounding your little city to arrest you all. Who knows, maybe you'll see them in prison?"
Rikiya's eyes widened, but after a second he laughed, "Haha! Don't worry, I won't be going to prison. I'll take care of you then help my comrades evacuate. I have nothing to worry about, this is merely a small setback."
His body puffed up, growing large and larger as Rikiya released the river of stress in his body, raging like a waterfall. His body was humongous, eclipsing the small hero, and if not for the fact he prepared for this scenario then his body would have raised the roof.
He felt powerful. He would kill this overconfident kid and escape. Then he would plan. He would save his comrades and wage war on Japan.
"Die!" He shouted at the boy, lunging towards him. For a body so large, he was fast, clearing half the distance in a split second.
Despite this, the blue haired teenager only smiled back at him, "This is pointless you know, after all ⭐I can control stress⭐"
'What?' The next moment Rikiya felt all the stress that empowered him vanish as though it was never there. He felt his body shrink, reverting back to it's normal size, and he dropped to the floor. Rikiya tried to control his stress, to use it to strengthen him, but nothing was there, not even the stress of not having his powers.
No matter how panicked or afraid he felt, he felt no stress whatsoever. 'What is going on?' He thought, his mind rushing with possibilities. Was his quirk gone? No, it couldn't be!
"Don't worry, it's only temporary. Though when you wake up, you won't have many opportunities to use it." The hero said, and with a swipe of his foot, Rikiya lost consciousness.

The Deternat CEO has been exposed! I find it so hard to believe he was the leader of the Meta Liberation Army. Apparently the whole city was a part of the liberation army. According to multiple reports it was the hero Akira who expertly arrested the CEO who was reported to have been very dangerous. What are your guys' thoughts?

-Wow, I never would have expected that. Plus, isn't Akira the hero who interned under All Might? Wasn't he also under Stars and Stripes for a time? Or is that just a rumour? He looks like he has a bright future ahead of him.

-Bright future? Yeah, you could say that again. People are predicting he might even break the top 20 with this in the next hero rankings. Who knows, he could be the next number 1 hero? Last time we saw someone like this was All Might.

- That also explains why he interned under All Might and Stars and Stripes, the number one heroes in their respective countries. They're most likely training him to be the next big thing. With the number one hero having connections in America our relationship will only be strengthened.

-He's picking up popularity! I've heard rumours of a movie about Akira being made. If my sources are correct, then Akira had been in talks with Universal Studio in making a movie.
