Dangerous Attraction

THOSE LAST THREE MONTHS passed like the wind in a field of flowers in the outskirts of our southern territory. After what happened in Desmoulins, regarding Dimitri and the newspaper, I came back with my father to our home, while Adrien and Mathis stayed in there representing us all. But thankfully no one talked about us anymore after the Crowned Prince Louis and Princess Beatrice announced that she was pregnant the day after I tortured that rat.


Of course, the announcement of the heir of the next King and Queen of the Kingdom was enough to overshadow anything else. According to Mathis, they had made the announcement with the intent of helping Dimitri and, consequently, me, to get out of the people's spotlight. That's also why we didn't need to bother with dealing with the rumors anymore.
