CHAPTER 11 LEAVING WITH A GUEST

They done the fishing and packed their tent for leaving for the hotel. They caught three codfish and a salmon. Tho! They were happy for the fishing. As it was going to nightfall. They just wanted one more water sports…raft rodeo!

"Sum up! Sum up!" called john"

"Eh? Comb up?" said sierra.

"no , no. sum up!"

"Oh,"

They got aligned at a place. Now it was th turn do another sports so john cleared his throat and said as follows

"Ears to me! As we've delayed the athletics session and are doing the water session. So i have chosen to do the next one."

"Which one?" asked sierra

"Raft rodeo"

"Raft…what?"

"Raft rodeo!"

"Ah, oh! Raft rodeo!" exclaimed sierra.

"Why are you being so excited?" asked Sarah

"Why? Can't I be excited?"

"No, I mean, you're afraid of water. right?"

"Water, not rafting! And by the by, i have phobia of sharks, not water!"

"Then why are you scared of water?"

"Everyone's scared of something. Me too."

"Alright. Make your teams yourselves."

"Team S and team A. simple" said Alana.

"Impressive!" said Martha.

"Here's your raft." john brought the rafts and threw them in front of the girls

"On more thing, we'll not be with you"

Girls gasped and said

"Alone??"

"Why?" asked Alana

"Look, you're adults and this is not that difficult and deep. Try to understand. We'll leave you in water with all of safety."

Sarah and Athena hugged each other

"Sissy, I'm sorry. Maybe this is my last time." said Athena

"Aww…I'm sorry too baby. I'm sorry, I wanna confess that I ate your chocolates but only one. I swear!" sobbed Sarah

"Huh?"

"One last hug!"

They hugged and sobbed and everyone was looking at them.

"C'mon, we're going to 'raft' not 'blast'" Said Sierra and she continued

"Seriously, I am supposed to cry. Why are YOU crying?"

She took her raft and went away. Alana looked her way and then she said

"Hey, psst! Athena. Its over now, lets go"

"Is it time to go?" asked Athena

"Yes, or it will be too late for the hotel."

She greeted Sarah and then held Alana's hand and went off to the bank of the river.

"Hey! You dumb!" called Sierra at a distance.

"Who? Me?" asked Sarah.

"Yes, who else?"

Sarah ran towards her and tried to understand the work of the raft. While the john was the coast guard and Martha was there to support and guide the girls the rules of the rafting. She came near the girls and told them

" Hey, is everything okay?"

"Yes" replied sierra.

"Well, I'm here to tell you important rules that you will break as usual but…not now! So what you have to do is… you have to put on this jacket and safety helmets and footwear. And you just have to go through the river with its flow."

"Ah…I see" said Sarah

"Done. hm?" asked Martha

"Yes." replied Sarah

"Then fill the air and go for your death match." said Martha.

They filled in the air with the pump and wore the safety helmets and footwear.

Then they slide their rafts in the river and then jumped themselves into it.

"On the count of three you have to start it." said john

"Is it a race??" asked Sarah

"Yea. kinda." replied john and continued

"I have thrown a line at a point, you've to reach there by time. The one who reached there first will have two free tacos. And don't worry, the currents are low in the river for now."

"What if it took us away?" asked Sierra

"Don't worry it cant move you anyway." giggled Sarah

"Lemme get outta here, then I will tell you."

"What will you tell me? Your crush's name?"

"You!"

"Ok…1...2...3!!"

The girls rushed their rafts in the river. Yea now that's called 'rush hour' meh! They yelled as I did. Finally as before team S won the rafting match but still the next round was remaining.

"Well done babies!" appreciated Martha and john.

"Ah, uh! Stay in your rafts! One more round please?" said john while the girls were setting off to the river bank.

"One…more?" asked Sarah and acted as she fainted out

Then they went back at where they came from. They recharged themselves, but sierra's way of recharging herself was absolutely killing

"You cant stop me reachin' that line!!"

Girls stared at her, bruh!! They knew she stanned BTS a long time ago. But some marks in her manner can be seen.

"Foolish." said Sarah.

"On the count of three. 1…2…3!"

Shouted Martha.

They struggled much that map of sierra's face was swapping.

Whilst the struggle Athena fell into the river...this sounds to be like 'oh my gosh!!' nah…she was wearing life jacket but I think she forgot it.

"Ah!!! Help me! I'm drowning! I'm drowning! I'm drowning!"

John suddenly stood up and ran to check if she's really drowning and the other team stopped. Whilst Alana was looking at her with done face and folded arms. Finally she moved forward her hand and picked her up on the raft.

"Ah, thank ya gurll!"

"It was nothing."

"Ok, back at your point! Resume from where you were." said John

"Alright, 1…2…3! Go!" said Martha.

They started the race again and both teams were now parallel to each other. Finally at a pace team S won again. What a coincidence! They won two games. They came to the riverbank and get off the rafts

"Now you have it! Well done, team S. and keep showing your energy team A you did well too by showing the teamwork. This is what sports actually tell us. So, we're here from the noon, it's been a very, very long time." said Martha

"Yea, it seems best to go right now," said John.

"Literally? Time's getting up so fast!" said Sarah.

"This is when you're enjoying it. And notice, when you're bored you feel that the clock is stuck." said Martha

"Relatable!" commented Sarah.

"So let's take off these safety wears." said Alana

"Yea. move on and take these off." said John

The girls went to a side and then there were two alone teachers; Martha and John.

"Sir, what's our next plan?"

"Next…nothing else but a stay at a hotel."

"Have you talked with the manager or owner?"

"Huh, yep. But…"

"But?"

"It was strange to talk to them"

"How?"

"They sounded a bit weird. I don't know why"

"Hmph! May God protect us."

John glared at her

"This is what I say everytime time I hunch something bad."

"Oh,"

"One more thing,"

"Hm?"

"All the way through we haven't talked to their mother."

"You're right. We'll talk once we get to the hotel."

"'Kay."

On the other hand the girls sat down to take off their safety except Sarah. She was taking off her safety wear standing on one leg. Silly!

"Hey, wasn't it fun?" asked Sierra

"Yea. but some cases were awful!" replied Alana glaring at Athena.

"Hey, hey! What do you mean? What are you glaring at? Talk face-to-face. Ok?!"

"Did I say anything to you?"

"Yes it was!"

"Then what? We stopped 'cuz of you. What if I fell too? And you were just over reacting at that moment."

"What do you mean by overreacting? I was just drowning! I couldn't breathe and-and I could see angels who came there to bring me to God! Death was as near as possible to me! Hmph" panted Athena

Everyone was looking at her crying baby face and Sarah was standing still while taking off her jacket.

"Just leave it! My bad that I asked you!" said Sierra.

"I enjoyed it well," Said Sarah.

"Yo! Sierra!"

"Yep?"

"Are you feeling light now?"

"Huh?"

"Are you feeling light and peaceful?"

"Why are you asking? I'm not going to carry something heavy!"

"Who's asking?"

"What's the matter with you??"

"Plasma"

"Eh?"

"Yea, the fourth state of matter."

Everyone laughed and Sarah fell down while taking off her left footwear due to laughing hard.

"Oh, wait! Do you really know what plasma is??" shrieked Alana.

Sierra made rude face and seriously asked

"What were you going to ask?"

"Okay, okay. Sorry." she kept her laugh between her lips and mouth but again she bursted out with laughter. Martha and John were looking at the scene and giggling too.

"killed? Or is it still inside you?" asked Sierra

"Okay, not now. So I just wanna ask that you're not studying for a few days. Do you remember the things you've learnt?"

"I'm not that bad at remembering things."

"Oh really? Is that right? So why did you forget to buy honey from the market even though I wrote it in the list?" asked Alana.

"Oh no, no. That's not called forgetting, it's called blindness! Blindness of love!" said Sarah dramatically everyone smiled and teased Sierra indirectly

"The blindness of love is very dangerous! You can't see anyone except for your beloved one!" Said Alana

"Be in your senses! I gotta go and…do some more vlogging. Bye" she left the place in a hurry. And everyone was just giggling behind.

"Hey, we gotta go now." came and said Martha.

"Okay. we're coming!" said Sarah.

"Why is Sierra apart from you?" asked Martha and she tilted her head aside and said

"Have you said something to her again?"

"Um…"

"Ok. whatever. Quick! We need to go ``Martha went away.

"Okay team! Pack up!" said Alana

"Shut up!" said Sarah.

They laughed, stood up and packed what they had.

They packed the tent too. While John was setting and pushing everything in the van, girls were going to make Sierra happy again.

After a while apologising, Alana said something to Sierra in her ears. After that they noticed that Sierra's happy again. Woohoo! Everyone was going towards the van. Sarah was walking with Alana

"Hey, what did you say to her?"

"Me?"

"No, your angels! Obviously, you dumb!"

"Oh, umm…just secret weapon"

"Hey, what are you talking about??" asked Sierra as she noticed while walking with Athena.

"Nothing! We were making compliments for you!" replied Sarah

"Seriously?"

"Yea" replied Alana

"What's the secret weapon tho?"

"French toast"

"Huh?" giggled Sarah

"Yep. this is what can hold her straight."

"Cool."

They were going to get in while Sarah heard a meow. Sarah gasped while everyone was like ' oh ****!'

"Ah, what? Huh? Let's get in Sarah!" giggled Athena.

"No, no, no."

"Yes, yes, yes."

"I heard a meow!"

"No you didn't! There's nothing"

*meow

"Oh listen there's meow again. It means there is a cat! There's a cat around here!!"

She got away from the door and went to find the cat. After struggle of five minutes

"C'mon you can't find her! Lets go" said Martha

"I will!"

She carried on and finally she found a white fluffy cat again! She took her in her arms and caressed her. She started playing with her frivolously again.

"Can you please stop this fuss?"

"How dare you call it a fuss?"

"Calm down! Sarah left it here. We're going!" said Martha

"No, I can't"

"Sarah, it's not a pet! We don't even know if it is assumed or whatever else. Leave it here." said John

"Please sir, lemme bring it with me?"

"No, no, no, no. if this! Cat is going with us. I'm not going anywhere!" said Athena

"What?" asked Alana

"Yess!"

"Can you please stop it?" said Sierra

"Fine. the cat is going with you. But you have to take care of her. And if it disappears it's none of our fault. Okay?" said John

"Hmph! Ok"

"Just compromise a bit. Please" said John.

The girls agreed and went in the van. And like this they left the place in the evening.
