Chat with the Girls

It was Sunday and all the girls had gathered at Aegon's request in the penthouse. "Aegon didn't say anything to Felicia, do you think the meeting was because of her?" She asked her friends Gwen, Jessica was the one who answered. "I don't think so. Most likely it's something important and Felicia hasn't been with us for a long time." That answer was quite convincing to them.

"This place never ceases to enchant me, it would be wonderful to live here." The one speaking was MJ, out of all of them she was the one that could be said that she longed for the most in life. Liz kept thinking about MJ's words. "A place like this is extremely expensive, a few million for sure."

"Liz is right MJ. You know now that it's just us there's something I'd like to talk about before Aegon gets here."

"Gwen, from the way you talk you sound pretty serious." Liz was the one she had asked, but they were all paying attention. "Something happens?"

"Not yet, but it's very likely to happen." She saw that they were all waiting for her to continue. "We all agreed to keep our strange relationship with Aegon and so far we haven't had any problems, but what will happen when he becomes known. I think many already suspect that something is going on between us."

Jessica who had only been listening until now began to laugh. Seeing her, MJ decided to ask him what he found so funny. "Why are you laughing? Even I get Gwen's point. I'm sure they were talking behind our backs."

"I think so too, but why would I care about any of that. You are thinking about it too much. You should only think that it is what you want, to be happy or to make others happy." They had all been surprised by Jessica's response. "What are those faces for?"

MJ about to burst out laughing replied. "It's just that we never thought to hear you say something as profound as that, it was quite a shock." "Dealing with our family will be quite a problem, I think it would be better to continue keeping our relationship a secret for the time being and this is a subject that we should all talk about together. Anyway, someone knows what Aegon wants to talk to everyone about, it seemed important when he called me."

Gwen and MJ just shrugged. Jessica thought she knew what it was all about, but she chose to keep quiet. "Let's just wait for it to arrive." Unable to do anything but wait, the girls continued to chat about fashion, gossip about classmates, how close Peter and Cindy had become, how they thought they should help Harry find a girlfriend and Ned… Ned should comfort him. .

As always it was Gwen who reacted explosively. "Not to get so upset." Jessica replied.

"You know Jessica, I'm surprised you haven't tried it yet." Liz was genuinely curious, Jessica was pretty daring after all. MJ joined her. "I'm curious to know too." Jessica put on a mischievous smile. "Who says I haven't tried?" Again the most demure blonde of the group raised her tone of voice. "What did you do what!? How? When?"

"Don't worry, I'll tell you. It was a few weeks ago when I was at his house, I went upstairs and was clear with him telling him what I wanted, but he said it was still too soon. I hadn't recovered from the loss of my parents and he knew it, I think he felt that he was taking advantage of me. The 2 girls stared defiantly at each other, while the other 2 watched the scene with their mouths open as they both challenged each other about who would have sex with Aegon first.

At that moment they heard the voice of the boy they talked about so much that he announced his arrival. Liz was the one who answered him. "We are in the pool." It didn't take long for him to get to where they were. "Wow, girls in bikinis, this is really a welcome, I must be strong and control myself so as not to fall victim to temptation and end up devouring them all."

"I do not care." Jessica told him as she walked over and started kissing him. "You know I can't wait for you to."

"We already talked about it, let's just wait a little longer." For the sake of my conscience thought Aegon who turned to the rest and kissed them one after another. Now let's sit down and talk about why I brought you all together today.

Aegon started by telling them that he planned to become independent and would start living in the penthouse, then he told her how Edward was nothing more than the person in charge of his money and that he was indeed quite rich.

He then went on to tell them a bit about his powers and give them a little demonstration of them. The girls were surprised, but they reacted quite well and started asking him questions for a while. Seeing that no one seemed to have a problem with Aegon having powers Jessica also told them about her secrets and to her relief she too was accepted without a problem.

Aegon went on from there explaining to the girls, Jessica included a bit more about the world they lived in opening their eyes to a world they would never have thought existed. Still, after hearing everything Aegon had to say it was kind of hard to accept the existence of gods, wizards, vampires, mutants, and alien races.

"I know it's hard to believe and right now I can't prove even half of what I've told you, but this morning I was visiting the Xavier Academy for Gifted Youngsters, it's a school for mutants. I met some of them and they invited me to visit the Academy thinking that I was a mutant. I asked the academy director for permission to take them next time I visit so if you want you can come with me."

"I've never seen a mutant, but I think everyone has heard rumors of their existence. Most of those rumors are not good." Gwen told them, she had heard her father talk about some crimes where she was suspected of having been committed by people with certain abilities. "I'm curious to know more about these people, but do you think he's safe for us?"

"Don't worry, mutants are just people with powers. Some are bad, some are good and some are complex. In the Academy there are the pacifists who just want to live a normal life."

"That means my boyfriend is a millionaire vigilante with super powers who fights crime."

"MJ I'm not some vigilante who fights crime. I don't know how to say this, but I think to be someone like that I would have to care enough first. I know it sounds horrible believe me, it's just that I don't feel any impulse to make sacrifices for others except for you."

MJ was not at all affected by Aegon's response. "Don't worry, I love you just as you are, besides, I would always be worried about you."

The rest of the girls thought MJ was right and they would all be worried if he was risking his life on the streets. "How come all this can stay hidden? Vampires and wizards?" Liz was the one who asked the questions.

"I'm not sure how they managed it, but I guess for sorcerers it's not complicated at all, we're talking about magic after all. Vampires no idea, probably the safest thing is to eliminate them immediately or you can end up becoming dinner. "

"It's not that kind of extremist way of thinking, maybe they're just a race that lives with us without us knowing. I mean they could be like in Twilight."

"Now more than ever I want to eliminate them. Real vampires don't glow in the sunlight!" They all burst out laughing at Aegon's response to Gwen.

They were in the penthouse all afternoon watching a couple of movies and chatting more about everything they had learned that day. Aegon handed each of them a set of keys telling them that if they could come and see him whenever they wanted, he would most likely be moving in within the next week.

Finally, they all agreed that he should take them shopping and in order not to cause suspicion with his families they would be taking the rest of the gang with them. If anyone asked they would tell the story that Aegon had already prepared about how Edward was paying him a lot of money for his advice.
