Preparing For Battle.
Currently, I find myself gazing at the expanse of the blue skies.
Whenever I tried to free my mind I always gaze at the blue skies, to free up some of the stress I have inside my head.
But I almost forgot what nighttime looks like since most of the time the sun never moves at all and always stays above us.
The only time it feels like nighttime is when clouds cover it.
The soldiers faced some trouble with insomnia due to the constant daylight, but a quick tap on the neck cured that issue.
Many people consider this a bit too much, but it's just temporary until we find a better way.
I heard the sound of vehicles on my left.
I glance at the source and notice vehicles approaching from my left. A convoy of trucks and vehicles carrying supplies and androids, with flags representing both the GDI and the Army of Humanity, fills the road.
It's kind of cool how androids adapt to the world.
The androids vehicles have some old-designed war machines that make sense with the current like the MLRS, Humvee, tanks, and even some artillery and AA Vehicles for maximum damage.
Meanwhile... we at GDI have some of the weird vehicles including mechanized vehicles, Fucking chicken artillery, floating anti-air, and so much more.
I am kind to embarrass by my own army state.
But I notice that most forces of the Army Of Humanity vehicles are using trucks with the main goal to carry supplies and androids to the battlefield and that they lack severe Combat Vehicles for frontline fights.
For now, the soldiers have sought refuge in abandoned buildings outside of Tokyo, making preparations for the upcoming battle. The atmosphere is tense as everyone undergoes debriefings and weapon maintenance, knowing that a massive battle awaits.
Why? Because tomorrow is going to be a huge battle.
Maybe huge is kinda hard to explain but most of the battle we did before was liked a skirmish of around only 10.000 to 100.000 machine per city.
This time million of that machines are scattered around those cities, waiting to overwhelm us with pure numbers.
It even earns the title of the hellscape.
And worst ever since we announced the invasion of the remaining Japanese land, the machines got wind of the information and have gone into overdrive, producing more units than ever witnessed before on Japanese soil.
That's why YoRHa was having difficulty destroying Tokyo Factory, not to mention entering the factory was already difficult enough..
It is expected that the battle is going to last around 8 hours straight without any rest, maybe more if the enemy is stronger than expected.
Our only chance of ending it quickly is by disabling the last remaining factory or its shield that disturbs our air and space support.
Once that destroy the machine will stop making a machine in this region and Japan will be secure in time.
Just to show how important the factory is there are three types

The standard factory serves as a foundational building block for the Machine Network's production infrastructure. It is a medium-sized facility, equipped with a range of assembly lines, robotic arms, and machinery to manufacture a wide array of machines. The standard factory can accommodate multiple production lines simultaneously, allowing for efficient mass production of various machine types. It possesses a moderate footprint and is often fortified with defensive measures, making it a vital target for elimination in order to cripple the Machine Network's manufacturing capabilities in a given region.
Megafactory: The mega factory represents the pinnacle of the Machine Network's manufacturing prowess. It is an enormous industrial complex spread over vast areas, incorporating multiple interconnected structures and facilities. The mega factory boasts an extensive network of production lines, advanced robotics, and cutting-edge automation technology. It is capable of churning out an immense number of machines, including highly specialized and advanced units like Engels, Goliath Spider, and Goliath Flyer. The mega factory serves as a central hub for the Machine Network's operations, coordinating the production and distribution of machines on a large scale. Its sheer size and complexity make it a formidable target, requiring meticulous planning and significant firepower to neutralize.

A small Factory can produce 1.000 Machines per day, while the Standard factory can produce 10.000 per day, while the Mega factory produces over 100.000 Machines per day that did not include the Goliath Class.
And the only Mega Factory is currently located in Tokyo where the most dense machine area on Japanese land, honesly it makes sense to consider how big Tokyo is.
That's why we are going to give everything we got to have a chance to secure this region, not to mention everyone I meant every single android is nervous for this battle.
...But I wonder how many casualties will happen this time, Hiroshima's only casualties were 100 and most of them are androids but as we continue casualties rise including the death of many humans.
I was pressured by the rest of the General of the Army of Humanity and Commander White to stop my act of attacking the machine and surrender all of my vehicles and guns to let the androids have them instead of the humans.
If I was still me when I first came here I would accept wholeheartedly at their request, because now
But now after weeks even months of being here, I want this to be a symbol that we humans don't want to stay behind and watch androids fight all the time.
Humans also want to fight.
I even begged just to let us fight for the last time, and I would surrender most of the vehicles and guns just for androids to survive a bit longer after this battle.
It works I manage to win the negotiation.
But it begs the position of us humans after this battle
Make no mistake, Tokyo will fall, and Japanese land will be ours. However, after the battle, the majority of our weapons and vehicles will be surrendered to the Army of Humanity, supporting their efforts in other war-torn areas
It already perfectly shows that most Vehicles have an effective result after I show them the video of it, but now we are at the mercy of androids...
Ah, what the hell, I'll ponder over this matter later when the time comes.
As I walk through the streets, I realize that I've been on the wrong side.
From the way their rugs clothing covers their entire body, they must be Resistance Androids
Army Of Humanity is more formal wearing like a soldier, Resistance Androids clothing like to blend with their environment, While YoRHa is with their Gothic Style clothing.
"Oh come on this is a great chance!" I heard someone scream
I look at the voice and saw someone dragging a android to my location.
"No! It will be too embarrassing!"
But after arriving here the one that drags her lets go of her and salutes at me
"You are a Commander Ken right!" She said while her friend was hiding behind her back.
It was a kind of surprise they can tell at first glance, but I kind of stand out with my own clothing being full gray.
"Yes?" I was a bit surprised by the sudden question
"I knew it!
"This is my first time meeting a human!" She brings her arms to me and I bring my hand for a handshake "Nice to meet you my name is Tulip and the one behind me is Lotus"
"We are from the 243rd Resistance group!"
Suprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
"Nice to meet you Tulip and Lotus," I said bringing my hand to Lotus who begin backing away while blending with Tulip's clothing behind her back is shivers
Nervous-type androids.
Lovely, but aside from that appearance aside Tulips is a bit tan with a ponytail while Lotus has purple hair while wearing a red scarf around her neck.
"So what do you people need me?"
At that word, she begins asking me different types of questions. Like what it's like living on the moon, what humans plan to do on the planet, and a bunch of other stuff.
Of course, I try to answer to the best of my ability.
Commander White already prepare the script for me and sent it in case this happens, so I am not really worried.
"Ehh? Then living on the moon is that hard?" Tulip said
"That's right, the extra space is usually for agriculture, or factory for everyday needs, so we humans always have such a hard time living on the moon"
"Heh... I guess everyone has their own difficulty"
"U-um" I glance at Lotus "Are there flowers in the moon?"
...Flowers eh? Now that she mentions it both of the girl name is flowers.
Kind remind me of Anemone and their squad who name their entire team with flowers.
"...There is a flower but it is very rare from the lack of space."
"Ehh... What kind of food do you eat if there is a lack of space." another voice chimes in
"That's simple Mostly vegetable, fish, and-"
The moment I blink I glance and notice someone appear wearing gothic clothing with a big goofy smile while wearing blindfolded eyes beside us.
Holy shit, that scares the fuck out of me.
He immediately went in front of my face "My name is 10S, nice to meet you!" he brings his hand while pushing the androids that I just talk a moment ago
"10S? Nice to meet you." I bring my hand for a handshake and he shakes furiously up and down
After let thing it go I felt my hand hurt a little "I have not been able to meet you human because I have been soo busy! "
Indeed, Commander White has been very busy destroying many factories around the Japanese. Of course, all combat personnel of YoRHa must have been working overtime from the sudden rush of mission
"I am sorry for all of the trouble" I bow a little at 10S which prompts him to freak out
"W-what are you saying for? That's what we are made for right?"
Made..
Yeah, they are still Android I guess. And their purpose is for war.
"I wish you can meet my operator! she has been wanting to meet a human."
"Hahaha" I ruffle his hair which was kind of soft. "don't worry I will visit the YoRHa space station when I have the time."
"Eh? What for?"
"It's a surprise to them of course so look forward to it!"
"Now I am more curious!"
Heh, he is kind of like 9S with his cheerful act when he first came to Hatsukaichi.
I wonder what that kid is up to now?
Meanwhile... our dear protagonist 9S is currently sharpening his sword to prepare for battle with full killing intent that scare the other Scanner beside him.
"By the way" I bring my hand around his shoulder "don't tell the other operator about this" I then wink at him and He nods his head furiously at me with a big smile.
"HEYI still want to ask questions!" Tulip suddenly barge on us
"Is there not something humans always said share is caring?" 10S said
"What the heck does it mean?!"
...What am I to you guys anyways?
While both of them were arguing I tried to stop them when there is another android came to my side
Before I knew it I was get thing swarmed by androids, I even make wide eyes when I saw a line of androids right behind them.
'I am not get thing any sleep am I?' That was what I thought.
But the moment of the swarm was over when a loud scream came from the distance.
"What the hell are you people doing?" a loud voice echoing from a distance crowd that I can not hear
Everyone was silent until I glance at the voice but I can not see the person as a bunch of androids is blocking my view around my surrounding.
"Why are you people not at your station? Do you want us to repeat the mistake again last time?!" I heard another scream
"U-uh..."
Curios at the familiar girl's voice I walk closer and the androids make a way for me
When I manage to see a familiar person I never expect to meet as she wears clothes that cover her entire body.
"You must be Anemone" I call her out among the androids
