Chapter 2

Sonora's POV:

I had a dream

a dream where I was queen

a dream where I was the most powerful being

with a gold crown that illuminated

my black locs and my eyes were a beautiful sliver

my dark skin glowed

all the creatures of this world knelt and bowed their heads

the feeling of absolute power overcame my body and then- My dream ended

I had always been a fan of classical music, especially violin solos

it's just something that always intrigued me how can an instrument with just strings create such alluring, whimsical, enthralling sounds

it always calmed my raging thoughts

the sweet soun-

my thoughts were interrupted when my sister burst through the room and plopped onto my bed

"Can't you knock," I asked turning down the music

"no", she said with her feet in the air

"why are you in here Mira," I asked walking over to my bed

"The Stoner family wants to see you," she said while scrolling through her phone

I sighed and turned to lie beside Mira

"why can't they understand that I don't want to marry their son," I said

"I mean it's not like it's a secret I've repeatedly told them I won't marry him why do they come again and again trying to convince me of this shit it's starting to get real annoying they argue that their son needs to marry a strong warrior as he himself is a warrior to keep the bloodline pure which is funny considering their son is a fucking pussy" I rant the anger and the annoyance coming out in total force

then we heard a knock on the door "Nora Rihan wants to see you" the voice said

ahhhh i groaned buring my face into the pillow

"tell him I'm dead" i replied my voice coming out muffled

"They won't leave until you come down just get it over" the voice said

"fine," I said and got up and walked towards the door

"have fun," Mira said while smiling and waving

"shut the fuck up" I mumbled I opened the door and walked outside my room preparing myself to deal with their bullshit for the next hour.

i walked downstairs to see the whole family awaiting my arrival

"Sonoraaaaa darling you've finally decided to join us," Mrs. Stone said with open arms

but i walked pass her avoiding any contact

"Mrs. Stone, why are you here? no matter how hard you try I won't marry Rihan okay never" I said looking over at him while crossing my arms

"sweetheart when will you stop playing hard to get," Rihan said getting up from where he was seated and walking towards me

"I know you want me so just accept this marriage," he said while taking a strand of my locs into his fingers while sniffing it

he is so werid

"firstly stop calling me sweetheart," I said yanking my hair out of his hand "secondly I don't want you never have never will so get off your fucking high horse and stop harassing me okay" I said as I looked dead into his eyes while showing no emotion

Rihan was a 6'1 blonde with blue eyes and a pretty smile he would've been attractive if it wasn't for his ugly attitude and even uglier personality

"oh dear I didn't want to have to come to this" Mrs stone said smirking slightly

"if you don't want to marry him we will have to go to the next best thing"

"and that is?" i asked impatiently

" your sister," she said as she smiled brightly

"excuse me," I said as I stared at her in shock

"Amira your sister will do as the perfect substitute for you," she said clasping her hands

"I mean she's at the perfect age and I heard she hasn't found her beloved as yet the perfect pure replacement"

"you have some fucking nerve coming into my home and threatening me and my sister," I said through gritted teeth and she smirked knowing she found my weak stop my sister was my world and I would do anything in the world to protect her and she knew that

and i wanted nothing more than to grab her neck and tear her from limb to limb but i can't kill an offical i would go against my kind

"It's not a threat hun I'm just telling you what would happen if you didn't choose the right option but I wouldn't worry about that i know you are a smart girl we will be back tomorrow for the official answer see you tomorrow daughter in law," she said as she walked through the door

"Bye wifey," Rihan said blowing me a kiss as he followed his mother through the door

meanwhile, I just stood there shocked at how this all turned out

shocked that they just left me utterly speechless

shocked at how the fuck they just entered my home and threaten me with the only person in this world that i cared about

And shocked at how I had just became the future Mrs stone fucking Mrs.Stone.
