Hulk And Banner

Fanny looked at Hulk in surprise. Hulk had consumed around a hundred fried chicken rolls in the afternoon, and Banner had eaten another lunch after that. Fanny hadn't even eaten, but these two people were eating non-stop.

However, Fanny couldn't win against Hulk's pitiful expression. If nothing else, he was confident that he could at least keep the giant full.

Fanny summoned 'Sumire Karaage Rolls' and handed them to Hulk. The green giant sat down, with only a pair of pants between his butt and the freezing snow, and began eating.

Because of the time difference, it was still early in the morning in the Himalayas. The morning sun slowly rose from the east, painting the sky with beautiful crimson color.

Fanny looked at Hulk, who was staring blankly at the sun while eating. He suddenly realized that he really didn't know much about Hulk. He could not help but ask, "Hulk, do you know Banner?"

Hulk turned around and looked at Fanny. He lowered his head and answered dejectedly, "Banner, hate, Hulk."

"Hulk, also hate, Banner!"

"Hulk, like mage, food."

Fanny was a little happy when he heard what Hulk said. It was like when a pet showed its loyalty, giving him a sense of accomplishment.

Fanny stood up and patted Hulk's shoulder. "Mage also likes to be with Hulk. If the future permits, I will bring you to play in the universe."

Hulk grinned in anticipation, but his mood immediately dropped. "Hulk, sleeping. Banner, dislike, Hulk, come out."

"Don't worry; if he doesn't let you out, I will hit him!"

Fanny's main reason for keeping Banner by his side was for Hulk. Why else would he keep a hairy old man around?

"Mage, good friend!"

Hulk tried to imitate Fanny and pat his shoulder.

Fanny almost tried to avoid the big green hand, but afraid that it would worsen Hulk's mood, he could only hold back the fear in his heart and faced Hulk's hand head-on.

Fortunately, despite Hulk's simplemindedness, he wasn't an idiot. He managed to not injure Fanny, although he did make Fanny sink to the ground at least five centimeters.

"When Banner came out, how did you feel?" Fanny continued, trying to understand the two people's situation. He felt that he needed to know this if he were to solve their problem.

"It's dark," Hulk finally replied after thinking for a long time.

"Dark?"

Fanny was a little confused. Does that mean that Hulk was conscious even while Banner was in control?!

"Then do you know what Banner did?" Fanny probed again.

Hulk first shook his head, then nodded. His expression was complicated. He pounded the ground, scaring Fanny, before growling, "Hulk, can't explain, clear."

"It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter." Fanny waved his hand. He gulped when he saw the pit that resulted from Hulk pounding the ground. He decided not to pursue the topic and asked about other things, "Do you have anything you want to do?"

"Fight!" Hulk shook his fists and said proudly, "Hulk, very strong, like fight!"

Hulk seemed to think of something after saying that and then pointed at the 'Sumire Karaage Rolls' wrapper on the ground. "This, also, like.'

Fanny naturally knew the omnipotence of the food. He hadn't met anyone who disliked it.

He was a little surprised when he heard that Hulk wanted to fight the most, though. He speculated that it might be because Hulk's emergence was often accompanied by a battle that the green giant became fond of fighting.

Fanny spoke with Hulk for around ten more minutes before Hulk's eyes became droopy.

"Are you going to change?" Fanny asked with a worried expression.

"Banner, come out."

There was sadness and reluctance on Hulk's face. He looked like he still wanted to stay. He stood up and roared in rage at the sky before falling down weakly, kneeling and supporting himself with his arms on the ground.

"It's fine; you can go to sleep. I will bring you out again," Fanny comforted Hulk while supporting the giant. He still had no way to keep Hulk in this state, but he already had some vague ideas in his heart.

Hulk finally stopped resisting after he heard Fanny's words. He looked at Fanny reluctantly while falling to the ground, his body gradually shrinking back to Banner's form.

Fanny felt pain in his eyes when he saw Banner's less-than-appealing naked body, very different than Hulk's appearance.

When Banner woke up, the first thing he felt was coldness. He often felt cold after returning from Hulk transformation, but this was beyond what he had felt in the past.

He was stunned when he opened his eyes and found the snowy mountain. He saw Fanny beside him and hurriedly barraged the armored young man with questions, "Where is this? Why are we here?"

"Himalayas. I brought you here," Fanny replied indifferently. His affection for Hulk didn't transfer to Banner.

Even though he was shivering from the cold, Banner ignored it as he recalled the laboratory problem. "What about the blood samples? Have you finished with them?"

"Yes." Fanny nodded. He then noticed Banner's blue lips. Worried that the old man would be sick, he opened a portal to his room and said, "Let's leave this place first."

As the saying goes, you can't startle a kitten twice. Banner was no longer so surprised by the sudden appearance of the fiery ring in the air. He quickly entered the portal without a second thought when he felt warm air coming from the other side.

Fanny followed behind, removing the 'Demon Armor Incursio' once he entered his room. He then looked for an old set of clothes from his wardrobe and handed it to Banner. "I'll find you a hotel in a bit. Tomorrow, we'll go to Tony Stark and get him to arrange a place for you. You wouldn't have to worry about your wanted status under his protection."

Apart from being Iron Man, Tony was also a consultant for SHIELD. It wouldn't be difficult for him to protect Banner. And if that bald old man knew about it, he would definitely help him stay hidden.

"What happened in the campus yard?" Banner didn't have any objection to Fanny's arrangement and was instead more concerned about what happened after he transformed into Hulk.

"I took care of that soldier who chased you. Then, I destroyed the blood samples and brought Hulk to the mountain to eat something. Not much else."

Fanny's concise explanation made Banner a little suspicious.

He didn't actually lose all of his memories from while he was transformed as Hulk. It was just that most of those memories were gunfire, cannons, and other weapons, so he was rather reluctant to recall them.

"Don't worry. With me here, Hulk wouldn't do anything stupid even if he came out," Fanny said sourly, trying to assuage Banner's worries.

Banner needed Hulk's strength to fend against danger, but he was appalled and scared at that same strength. This contradiction had made him suffer.

Banner silently reflected on what had happened today with a depressed mood. He had lost his final ray of hope, and now had no idea what to do next.

The lesson he learned from Samuel Sterns made him reluctant to believe anyone else.
