Big baby:

The sound of a ringing phone broke the silence. It was so loud that it couldn't be ignored.

It was Liz's phone. She was kinda embarrassed to walk naked to where it was.

Blake might have noticed that. He brought the phone to her.

Liz looked at the number calling with a frown. It was an unknown number. She reluctantly received the call.

Blake watched her reaction as she conversed with that person. From the look of things, things didn't seem good. She had a constant frown the whole time she was on the call.

"I'll be there in less than 15 minutes."

She said in finality as she ended the call. She looked at Blake in guilt. She was not sure about how to break the news to him.

She quickly wore the sweater and sweatpants he had offered. Luckily they weren't that lose. She was just going to travel like that, after all she had nobody to impress.

Blake was looking at her the whole time. The look on his face turned to a glare when she just waved to him before turning to go away.

What the hell!

Waved?

After what they just did?

"You're leaving?"

His deep voice made her stop. She slowly turned to face him. He had that disappointed look on his face.

Liz felt bad.

She didn't want him to hate her. The person who was looking at her moments earlier with love was now looking at her with eyes full of disappointment.

She nodded.

"It meant nothing to you?"

He asked, his frown deepening.

"I can't explain things now Blake. I'm going to miss my flight."

"Flight? You're leaving town?"

His expression was neither that of disappointment nor a frown anymore. He had that hurt expression. Like a puppy who was almost being abandoned by the owner.

"The country."

With that, Blake lost it completely. He swiftly stood up and locked the door. He was not going to allow her leave just like that...not without explanations.

"Did you just lock the door?"

It was now her time to frown.

"I think i just did."

He admitted unapologetically.

"Please open the door?"

She asked so nicely that Blake was tempted to open the door for her before he decided not to be soft-hearted.

"Do you have to leave?"

"I'll miss my flight if i don't."

"We'll book another one."

He said it casually like it was a normal thing to do.

"I know you can even let me hire one of your private jets," she remarked but it came out with a hint of sarcasm, "but i just want to get into that one." she added.

Blake looked at her for a few seconds. She had that determined look on her face. For once, he blamed himself for everything. He regretted having sex with her, thinking that it might be the cause of her rush decision.

He did not want her to hate him for locking her inside his room that was why he decided to open the door for her. She needed her freedom and he was going to give it back to her.

He slowly walked to the door and unlocked it. Then with the same slow steps, he dragged himself to the bed. He sat at the edge of the bed looking down in despair. His palms on his face, covering it trying to hide his hurt feelings from her. He was in despair...hurt. He had just found a reason to be happy again but it did not last even an hour.

He kept asking himself if he was unworthy to be loved. Was the world really going to forget about his mistake one day and accept him again? Without knowing it, tears were rolling down his cheeks.

They say men were not supposed to cry. That men should hide their emotions...that men should not be weak.

That is not the case with our Blake. Blake Anderson is an emotional wreck. He always hates himself for not being as manly as Dario.

He did not want women to know that about him. Most especially Liz. He appreciated the fact that Liz had already left before those stupid tears began streaming down his cheeks...at least that is what he thought.

Suddenly, he felt some soft hands holding his.

SHE DIDN'T LEAVE!

She saw him crying.

"What does she think of me now?" He grumbled inside. It was embarrassing. He was thinking that even if he earlier had a slight chance with her, he messed up and lost his only chance. No woman would love to be with someone like him.

She tried removing his palms from her face. She wanted to see his face.

But he refused. His little dignity remaining needed to be maintained. He had embarrassed himself already.

Seeing that he was persistent, she hugged him gently. She wanted to console him. She was hurt when he saw his tears.

At first she had decided to leave but when he saw how easily he gave up locking her in the room, she hesitated. Then she saw him sit silently like an abandoned kitten hiding his face on his palms. Minutes later he was sniffing his tears back. He was crying. Just the sight of his tears broke her heart.

"Hey look at me."

She requested gently. Her voice was soothingly warm. She waited for him to remove his hands from his face to no avail.

"Why does this feel familiar? Only that it is now reversed."

She said in amusement. Thinking about what Blake did to her before, she decided to threaten him.

"If you don't remove your hands in the next three seconds, I'm leaving!"

She threatened.

It worked because immediately, he removed his palms.

His eyes were puffy from crying. His face red from embarrassment and he was avoiding her gave. He looked innocently cute. No one could even think that a few moments earlier, he was ravaging her like a starved beast.

"Why are you crying?"

She asked. She really wanted to know because she was mixed up. Just her leaving wouldn't have made him cry...at least that is what he thought.

He looked down in embarrassment, his lips pouted. Liz looked at her helplessly cute big baby and her heart swelled.

She gently held his face turning it to her side.

"I should know what is on your mind for this to work. We should always communicate." She advised while gently stroking his face.

"Do you want this to work?"

She asked patiently. Her big baby needed all the patience she could give.

He nodded her head rapidly like she would change her mind if at all he didn't nod.

Liz shook her head in amusement. It was really going to be a hard task getting him to open up. Anyway, she had all the patience in the world. For him, she could endure anything, she already figured that.
