Yuki moves swiftly, cutting through the crowd in the room where the college students gathered around to watch two boys that were busy with their phones, as if they were competing in a duel. Gunshot blast and clashing steel could be heard together with a tense BGM. One by one, their adversaries fell, until they were left with two players. Both of them looked at each other with gleaming confidence in their eyes. full of conviction.

A short haired man gets ready with his samurai's sword, facing a dwarf with two blades in his hands. All the college students there cheered for their champion. But suddenly, before the fight was over, Yuki grabbed their phones away from their hands. That charming young lady stood between the two players. She placed her hands, which were holding on to their phones, on her waist. All of the spectators left the scene in disappointment. Especially female spectators who were there not only to watch the duel but also to see their winsome champions. They could not do much against the most popular girl in the university.

"Are you guys done stirring up trouble?" Yuki asked, her round eyes stared at the short haired man beside her. He stared back at her while holding back his smile because of her action. Yuki does not seem to be able to accept this. "Why are you smiling, Mashimo?" Yuki seemed upset.

"Don't you know that you are just getting prettier when you are angry?" Mashimo teased her. He finished the match and asked his friend to go on his way. He wanted the whole class to calm down before the lesson started. Mashimo dragged his seat back to his place and stared at Yuki who was still upset.

"What are you going to ask me? You called me like you were in a hurry but when I saw you here, you were just playing video games." Yuki asked.

To her lover, video games have become something that is just as important as his daily meals. It won't be an exaggeration to say that it has become his second lover. Even so, Yuki could not say much about that, she scolded him a lot but to no avail. Therefore. Yuki gave up and tried this video game thing for herself. Mashimo was happy to see his lover accompany him in the virtual world. Now, they were the most respected pair in the realm. Mashimo even has won the duo a pair of legendary swords, owned by none other than themselves. Two blades of otherworldly power. Yuki, despite being a newcomer, could keep up with Mashimo and now she is one of the exalted female players in the game, thanks to her lover's skill and her unmatched brilliance.

"I remembered that decisive event yesterday, did you do that on purpose, Yuki?"

"What are you talking about?" Yuki seems confused. She put down her phone and stared at Mashimo.

"The Realm of Ares." Mashimo stared back at her and answered. "Top ten levels, the last wolf. When all the top players unite and fight to reclaim the title of legendary master, why are you coming to protect me? You even have two of the rarest items in The Realm of Ares. I could not understand how it could happen. The legendary master is known to be an arrogant and selfish solo player, but when he sees you, he gives you those items. Even the top global players and the developers were astonished. They wanted to know if you knew him in person or not, since you are the only player that he rewarded, Yuki." She was silenced, then she looked at him when he paused. "Is there something that you hide from me?" He asked. Yuki was surprised by that question. Her cheeks blushed and her eyes widened. She seemed upset when Mashimo slandered her.

"Are you saying that I am a treacherous person?" Yuki asked. She sighed, then continued. "I know that I was being reckless by jumping into the fray and stirring up trouble, but I'll have you know that I had no intention of being a hero. Besides, this 'legendary master' that you have just mentioned was unknown to me, until the moment when you told me about him. To my eyes, he looked just like any other player, dressed in jet black and wielding a spear, he did not even display his character name. That is it. On top of that, the two rare potions that he gave me, haven't even been opened until now, let alone used on my sword. Do I make myself clear? You knew who I entered this world with, you knew why I was there. It would be really upsetting if you accused me of cheating because of that. I'd rather stop playing than having to be randomly accused of something."

Yuki looked away from Mashimo. He thought to himself that everything that she said was right. The person that he met in the game has a rather impressive demeanor. Yuki sighed. Why could not he remember what that legendary master wore, what his avatar looked like, and what weapon he wield. The legendary master did wield an unusual polearm. A long arms with metallic handle with crystalline spearhead that seemed to change color when viewed from a different angle. Was that really the only spear in The Realm of Ares granted by the developer team as an achievement reward for the legendary master? He was really a mysterious figure, as being the only player who could reach The Last Wolf.

"Yuki, it appears that I have misunderstood you. I didn't mean to slander you by asking things about the legendary master. But if you knew him, would you introduce me to him? The gaming community often asked about the person behind that legendary master character. All that they knew about him was he lived in this country. No other information is known about him. On top of that, this legendary master has a really mysterious aura around him, so many guilds have invited him to join theirs but none have successfully done so. If you really knew him in person, then inviting him to our guild would be a piece of cake. He would surely be a valuable asset to our guild. We'll end up with an undefeated guild if he decides to join us. I hope that you can do that for us."
