Wolverine and Magneto

Wanda, as the only old player on the scene with experience in the quiz game, kindly gave a brief introduction to the few newcomers.

Some listened attentively, while others did not take it seriously.

"Quiz game?"Logan scoffed: "I don't have time to play quiz games here."

After he spoke, he clenched his fists, and three sharp steel claws extended from his knuckles. He stared at the golden light column enveloping him and raised his hand to slash at it. Since that experiment, he had gradually become accustomed to his steel claws, as if there was nothing he couldn't cut through.

Wanda saw this and frowned in warning, "Don't do it, or you'll regret it."

Logan glanced at Wanda, then swung his claws fiercely at the light screen in front of him. The usually invincible steel claws were met with a tremendous force as soon as they touched the golden light, sending Logan tumbling backwards.

At the same time, a stern voice came from above: [Player Logan Howlett has violated the rules and will be subjected to a third-level punishment]

As soon as the voice fell, dazzling electric light struck down, hitting him directly. Logan could only manage to raise his hands to protect his head before he was electrocuted so severely that his whole body convulsed. His willpower was far beyond ordinary people, having endured inhuman torture, the kind to withstand bullets and not even frown.

But the electric therapy of the quiz game was no joke, the soul-deep pain made Logan grunt in pain for a long time, and with black smoke billowing, he ended up sitting down, feeling completely drained, even lacking the strength to extend his adamantium claws.

Seeing Logan's clothes scorched and his body covered in soot, Erik's eyelids twitched. He had also been ready to forcibly break through, but luckily someone else had tested that first, and now he discarded the idea of breaking through by force.

As for Peter, he completely calmed down and asked Wanda with a stammer, "Uh, beautiful lady, can we talk about this strange game? Who planned all this? It's not aliens, is it?"

Wanda smiled and shook her head, "I don't know. Nobody knows who planned this game. It could be aliens, or it could be gods, but that's not really important. What we need to do is simply answer the questions honestly. Oh, and these questions will reveal our futures and will be broadcast across the multiverse."

She briefly introduced the quiz game, and the three new players were naturally shocked. The amount of information was too much; the idea of predicting the future was one thing, but a multiverse-wide broadcast?

After suffering from electrotherapy and still spewing black smoke, Logan's first reaction was disbelief. Wiping his face, he frowned and asked, "Do we have to finish answering questions before we can leave this place?"

"Yes, it won't take too long, roughly half a day," Wanda replied.

Peter, having introduced the rules to newcomers in a previous round of the quiz game, now listened to Wanda doing the same. She tried her best to explain the situation to the three of them, while also inquiring about the backgrounds of these three new players.

However, Erik and Logan remained silent, with only Peter willing to engage in conversation, mentioning that he was just an ordinary high school student from New York City, doing experiments at home when he was transported here by a golden light.

Wanda rolled her eyes in resignation, "Okay, Peter, I know about you. You have a friend named Harry Osborn and a crush named Mary Jane, right?"

Peter was surprised and then hesitated, "You're right, Harry is indeed my good friend, but my crush... isn't Mary Jane. Uh, I mean, I don't have a crush."

The young man blushed, looking somewhat embarrassed.

Realizing this, Wanda understood, "You and the Peter I know have different experiences."

Then turning to the other two silent individuals, she said, "It's okay if you don't want to talk. After all, everyone will soon know what kind of people you are."

Meanwhile, in the worlds of these three new players, screens of the quiz game appeared one after another, showing scenes from the Eternal Space, naturally causing uproar and shock.

At the headquarters of the Multiverse Defenders, a group of superheroes were also watching the broadcast. Tony patted Peter on the shoulder, joking, "Another Peter Parker, too bad you weren't chosen this time. Otherwise, having two Peter answering questions would have been even more interesting."

Peter scratched his head, imagining the scene would indeed be quite amusing, "I wonder from what worlds the other two new players come?"

Bruce crossed his arms, looking at Logan on the screen, and frowned, "Let's hope it's not another troublesome character."

In the Eternal Space, the new players were still in disbelief. Wanda, unlike Peter, had less patience and briefly reminded them of the rules and warnings. Not bothering to say much more, she chatted idly with the curious Peter next to him, waiting quietly for the quiz game to start.

Soon, a prompt sounded overhead:

[This round's mode is—team competition. Players need to form teams and then compete against each other in a quiz. The winners will receive a mysterious grand prize, while the losers will have all their points deducted]

The rules of this game were different from the last round. Wanda blinked, and before she could speak, Peter beside her was already looking at her eagerly: "Miss, shall we team up?"

No matter the parallel universe, Peter was always a clever kid. Wanda, with her status as an old player, implied she would make a good teammate, not to mention she was a beautiful lady.

Wanda hesitated for two seconds before nodding in agreement, "Alright, for the sake of another you, we'll form a team. But remember, you must listen to my commands!"

Peter naturally agreed without hesitation. As they reached an agreement, two other new players, having no choice, were directly paired up as well, and at the same time, the golden columns of light enveloping them began to change, flickering a few times.

[Player Wanda Maximoff and Player Peter Parker form Team A, player Logan Howlett and Player Erik Lehnsherr form Team B.]

The golden column split into two spaces, allowing teammates to communicate with each other, with a buzzer appearing in front of each team for answering questions.

Logan and Erik exchanged glances, both frowning and then looking away. After a moment of silence, Erik was the first to speak: "We can't leave this place for now. Before we figure out the truth of everything, you'd better listen to me."

Logan rolled his eyes in response, "Go play by yourself."
