All of Second Moon Clan shifted instantly. They pounced on the wolves around them from both First Moon and Third Moon clan. 


“Sidus, what is the meaning of this?” Briar shouted at Sidus. 


I caught the wolfish grin that Sidus shot him. “This is my right. I should be in control of all the packs.”


“Tara, I’ve got to go protect the others. Go over to the Luna Guardians. Rose and Sima will have your back,” Victor told me. 


“Vic-“ Before I could protest, he was gone. 


He shifted into a wolf and jumped into the battle. 


As I ran toward the Luna Guardians, I saw Briar shift and launch himself at Sidus who was already shifting. 


The clearing was in complete chaos. Once the wolves shifted, I couldn’t tell who belonged to what pack. Fur was flying. There was snarling, howling, and the sound of snapping jaws. 


As I rushed toward the Luna Guardians, I dodged a few wayward attacks. No one was targeting me directly. They were all too consumed with fighting each other.
