Axel and Evan left me alone in the garden sometime later. They had other duties to attend to and I didn’t want to take up too much of their time. They had left just before offering to escort me back to the pack house, but I wasn’t done in the gardens, so chose to stay.

“Well enough with all things considered,” the man replied. 


“We’re shocked to see you here, Luna. We would have hoped that you and Alpha Victor would be taking the matters of the pack into more consideration with some of your time?”
