A Close Call
It was the afternoon now and I was finally nearing my destination. Earlier, I decided to take a little detour and explore a bit but I did not end up seeing much due to the sheer size of the Academic District. I was truly starting to wonder how I was going to get around, so I took another peek at my holopad's new features. I doubt they would make things so inconvenient and it turns out I was right.
I noticed an app called 'Instant Transportation'. Sadly I couldn't use it yet. It seems that I can only use this function by registering destination runes. I had noticed a couple key locations had pedestals nearby which is where I'm assuming I can register a destination.
*sigh*
"It seems I'm going to have do a lot of running around until I register all the destinations."
Between the shock of my my school life not turning out how I wanted and being toyed with by Vivienne, I didn't get to ask all the questions I needed to and we ended up running out of time.
"Honestly, why is that walking seduction billboard so interested in me?"
"GO AWAY!!"
"hm?"
Passing by a park, the sound of someone shouting got my attention and I noticed a small bunny girl being harassed by a wolfkin boy that looked similar in age to myself.
"Come on little bunny, come play with me for a bit."
"Noo!"
"I promise I don't bite, at least not hard." he said, grabbing her arm from behind as she tried to walk away.
"I already said no!!"
*CRACK*
"You bitch!" the man screeched after she turned and kicked him hard in the shin.
*SLAP*
*Kyaaa"
"I was trying to be NICE and you just had to go and screw it up!" he sounded almost deranged. "You brought this on yourself." the man said, kicking her in the side while she was still down.
"Ugh"
*sniffle*
"Stop...please. What did I do to deserve this?"
That was the last straw. Seeing the violence that was unfolding before my eyes triggered something inside me. My mind turned off and my protective instincts kicked in. I moved without thinking, not even noticing that my right arm felt heavier, nor the fact that the tensing of my leg muscles had caved in the ground below me.
"Whaa who are you?!"
"MOVE!"
*BOOM*

A few minutes before the incident...
Vivienne was sitting in her office making a video call to an old friend.
*Ring Ring*
"Yoohoo, Hey there Normie. Long time no see."
"Vivi!"
"Sorry I haven't visited you in so long. I've been so busy."
"Did you miss your big sis?"
"Hmph, stop treating me like a child, I've already grown up."
"Also being busy doesn't mean you can't call every once in a while you know!" she said switching to her angry mode and causing Vivienne to flinch.
"Ehehe my bad. Anyways I'm contacting you about something important."
"I have a feeling I know what it is. You want permission right?"
" Yes I'm sorry, I'm running out of time. I don't know how much longer I can keep offering them excuses."
"That's okay. I offered to help you in the first place because I know your aren't someone who takes advantage of others" She said causing Vivienne to smile warmly.
"It really is good to see you Norma. Hey you remember when. . " Vivienne stopped mid sentence and looked toward the window with a serious expression.
"What is it?"
"Something came up, I have to go. I call you again tomorrow so you can be present for the conversation."
Vivienne cut the call before Norma could respond. She walked over to the window and activated her Runic Sight.
"This is bad, he'll kill him!"
Vivienne rushed outside, ignoring her assistant as she ran past him. She sprouted wings and a tail from her back and flew off into the sky, fully showcasing the rest of her dragon features.
"Please let me make it. ."
*whoosh*
"MOVE!"
*BOOM*
Reaching her destination just in time, she quickly descended and pushed the wolf boy out of the was causing him to fly several meters in the opposite direction before she caught the blow.

I snapped out of it to see a familiar face in front of me. Only this time she looked a little different. She now had green scaled wings and a tail sprouting from the open section of her sweater dress.
"Vivienne? What happened?"
*sigh*
"It seems you used your body activation subconsciously."
"Don't worry I'm not blaming you. I can tell from the situation that it wasn't your fault" Vivienne picked up the unconscious wolf boy and walked back over to Rune.
". . ." I did not reply and silently look at student in her arms
"Oh him? I pushed him a little too hard so he's just knocked out."
"You need to be more careful though, If I didn't make it in time this boy would be dead."
"Okay" I responded simply. I was too shocked by the fact that I almost killed someone to say anything more. Although he deserved it, I had no idea my power could be so dangerous and never meant to take things that far.
"I have to take him to the infirmary. I want you to go straight to your dorm house, we can't risk something like this happening again."
After Vivienne flew off, I walked over to the bunny girl who was still sitting on the ground and offered her my hand."
"Are you ok? I'm sorry if I scared you"
