The following morning, Rune got everyone up and prepared to depart for the kingdom of Albion. He would be taking, Stella and Shiro with him, along with Shelly who would be providing support. Rienn stood beside them outside of the Crimson Bulls headquarters as they prepared to set off. She would be leaving for Venronis, where she was to wait for the delegation being sent from Nereid.

"Well, I suppose this will be it for awhile," Rune said.

He looked between the maids and mercenaries, each of them sad to see him go. Rune felt like he hadn't even been home for long before he was off to find his next battle. A part of him wished he could have spent just a little more time with his daughter.

"Gabi, when Claudia returns, can you tell her I'll set aside some time to give her attention."

"Yes, master. I'm sure Lady Claudia will be very pleased."

"That reminds me," Ali said, cutting in. "This arrived from Claudia this morning."
