Adrien x Foreign Exchange Student! Reader pt.2

(A/n)- Hey, guys! Somebody asked for me to get a part 2 of this out so here it is! Thanks for reading!

When Adrien suggested you act as a family for the play, you thought he had lost it. I mean, why a family of all things? Besides, wasn't this about culture?

Though as time passed and you went along with his idea, you realized how great it was. You acted as the wife, telling everyone which foods, clothes, etc were trending right now. Nino played as the child, explaining the best games and such.

Then came to Adrien.

He acted as the father, saying which occupations were best and which religions were popular there. You all posed as a typical family. You must have practiced your lines a thousand times.

You even taught the boys some japanese to better your grade. You thought it might give you extra credit. Right now you were at Adrien's house along with Nino.

Nino was pretending to ask me for a new toy, showing the me latest one. "Haha, kore wa watashi ga hoshī monodesu." I looked at his screen and shook my head. "Ie."

Then Adrien walked through a pretend door. "Shigoto wa dodeshita ka?", I asked him. He responded with a sigh and shook his head.

I turned on a sad face and went back to making pretend dinner. There was a knock on the real door. Nathalie came in and looked at all of us.

"I'm sorry to intrude in your little play date, but (Y/n) needs to go home."

You got ready to leave and followed Nathalie. She led you outside where your aunt was waiting for you. You got in the car and listened to your aunt ask you about the play.

"How am I going to pull this off? I'm probably messing up tremendously.", Adrien asked his best friend. "I don't know, man. But I do know you should hurry if you're gonna confess."

Adrien gave him a confused look. "What do you mean, dude?" Nino sighed.

"Adrien, she's moving back to Japan in a week."

Adrien's eyes widened as he stumbled from his chair. Nino helped him up and checked if he was ok. "Yeah, I'm fine. Buy why is (Y/n) going back to Japan?"

"She said her parents wanted her back." Adrien had to think of something. Anything that would make you stay.

It was the day of the play and you were rehearsing your lines. There were a few groups in front of you, so that gave you even more time. Though that time ran out as Madam Bustier called the next group.

You walked out on stage in front of your entire class, Adrien and Nino trailing behind you. Adrien seemed very nervous despite the enormous amount of practicing y'all did. Everyone took their positions and you started.

"Kon'nichiwa, watashinonamaeha (Y/n)desu."

You turned to Adrien and Nino who introduced themselves. You started role-playing how the typical japanese family lives. Throughout the play Adrien would glance at you nervously.

(I'm just gonna put the rest in English. No more romaji until the very last one.)

"In Asia, they celebrate White Day."

You looked at Adrien confused. That wasn't part of the play. What was he doing? You decided to go along with it.

"It's when a girl gives chocolates to a boy she likes, or in this case-"

He went to the side of the stage and took something off a table. "The boy gives the girl the chocolates." He walked over to you smiling.

You blushed as he handed them to you. "(Y/n), I like you very much. I hope you can return my feelings and maybe...stay here in Paris?" There was a scream from the hallway as you turned to see Chloe throwing a fit.

"No! Adrien should be giving those chocolates!"

She was escorted out of the room. You turned from Adrien with a smile. "I accept these chocolates, but I can't stay in Paris."

He looked saddened until you pressed your lips against his. "But I think you liked my goodbye present." You winked at him as applause rang out throughout the room.

You laughed and took a bow with the boys.
