Chapter 4

It was on a Friday the whole campus was in a hype vibe because of the night party that was known as fresher's party. This was a common party to all campus in the country to welcome the new students in the campus. The party usually are always memorable because that is where some people find their first love others experience the first character development, the party was in favour of the experienced and the wise.

The party was a student thing not the lectures thing so studies continued as the other normal Fridays. Because of the night, party updates students had to appear in numbers in the campus but everybody wore to kill. Because of the previous day of Onan's encounter with Sharon he did not attended class he stayed in the library reading. The guilt was killing him of how foolish act he had done, he never wanted to be one of the men that molest women but he had already done.

He was holding a book trying to read but thoughts were swing in his mind. In addition, he could not believe that he had broken the connection with the girl that he has ever like. Suddenly Anna walked sat beside him where his thoughts lowered.

Anna for a moment she silently face him with no facial expression. Onan at this moment he knew that Sharon had spread it all to everybody. Anna due to the rules of the library with a low voice she asked, "Why are you dull today?" He had to pretend that he knew nothing, so he thought of the answer that he would give her and play cool. But the thinking was to long where she added, "Or is because you lose your phone?"

Onan having a getaway he responded,

"Yes!"

"Ok! I just wanted to tell you that Sharon she is asking for you everywhere."

Hearing her name heart pounded, but he had to play cool so quickly asked,

"What does she wants?"

"I don't know."

"How is her facial expression?"

"What's wrong why are you acting you have done something wrong?"

After the response, he knew that Anna did not know what was happening between him and Sharon. But he did not know why she was looking for him after the mess he had done. Onan curious to her thought he asked Anna, "Where is she now?" she replied, "In class." Without responding anything else due to the high levels of his brain activities thinking what to say, he walk away leaving Anna hanging.

Onan slowly walked into the class silent and innocent as a criminal walking into a courtroom wanting forgiveness. At a distance, Sharon was seated on a locker where there was nobody else in the class because it was at break time. He was waiting to be bashed all the ugly names in the world without saying anything or defending himself because he had sinned and he was ready to pay the consequences.

When he stopped before her without wasting time nor waiting the ugly words with a soft low voice he said, "I am sorry and am ready to pay with anything." Sharon out of the expected she held his hands and said, "Am sorry of the way I acted yesterday. Understand this is my first love."

He was astonished not able to say anything where Sharon continued, "I have never loved anybody like this and I don't want to lose you Onan because of my irrational act of yesterday, I want to be with you forever. Would you be my boyfriend?"

Onan after the words he hugged her and said, "I promise I will never break you. Forever I will always love you." The moment was too emotion for them where Sharon as a many of the ladies she wiped. She then pulled out of the hug took a wrapped box on the locked beside her and said, "I have something for you."

Onan took the gift while asking, "What is it?" Sharon in joy replied, "Open and see what's in." Onan quickly torn the box and found is a latest model phone. He faced her on joy and replied,

"Thank you love!"

"Don't thank me because I was the reason why you lose your phone."

"Don't blame yourself and you would have bought a phone cheaper than this I don't want to use your money."

"I cherish you."

"And I love you?"

"So if you love me, promise me you will come to that party?"

"Sharon I promise you."

His response was so seductive where she smiled as she was pausing for a red carpet post. The smile render silent him with no word only to admire her goodness and in the moment, he remembered her soft lips. This time after he was given a confirmation that she liked him he knew he would not be rejected the chance. As a normal human ready to give a kiss he looked at her lips and gently made his wet that she would be attracted. Sharon in the other side read all his signs where she paused facing him waiting him to make the first move.

Suddenly a lady walked into the class disrupting the moment by shouting, "Ohh! Sorry for the interaction." Sharon playing all things cool she backed off while saying to the lady, "Its ok we were I was actually leaving." The lady was a student and a grown up to it would be fooling her pretending there was nothing going on.

Sharon had panic where she quickly walked out of the class where she was confused and bang the lady. Campus was new to her and she did not know the consequence of coupling though it was campus this was normal. Sharon who had dropped her things while she bumped to the lady as the lady was helping her she said, "Don't panic your secret is safe with me."

"Thank you," Sharon responded took her stuffs and walk away on panic where Onan still at the same position facing her. He knew dating in campus was not a sin but he thought is only because it was her first time.

At the campus main hall was banging loud of music inside the hall disco lights were making the vibe high. The fresher's, but also the other campus students who were to introduce them with fun campus life did not only attend the party.

That was the only time it was allowed to drink in campus compound. Mostly this is the beginning where students who were always discipline lose track in life. The virgins were first laid and the holy they first involved themselves in earthly things.

Sharon was outside the hall wore her best dress glowing but her facial expression was different. She was holding her phone trying to call Onan who was offline at the time. In the whole campus, she only felt comfortable near him; she could not enjoy the party without him. Without giving up, she called countless time.

The cool breeze was making unconfutable anybody being outside especially ladies that had worn sleeveless dress like Sharon. But her stress where Ona was, was hitting him so hard where she assumed the cold breeze. Suddenly Tony appeared behind her and covered her with his jacket.

She was not used to strange touch but this touch was what she needed at the right time. She slowly turned back to see it was Tony and she responded in gratitude, "Thank you!" Tony he knew that Sharon is a decent lady, she likes good guys. Gently he asked,

"What are you doing out here?"

"Am waiting for someone out here."

"Is it Onan?"

"Yes I cannot feel the vibe of this place without him because I only trust him."

"Such kind of trust is precious."

"I know this is rush in campus life but I love him and he is my boyfriend."

Still this did not make Tony lose hope in his plans. He laid his hand on her shoulder acting concern he said, "This cold breeze is not good with your health, let's walk in and rest somewhere." Sharon at the time she was down and could be easily convinced, she walked into the hall directed by Tony.

Inside the hall, Tony walked Sharon to a high place where there was nobody but a good place to watch the party view. They sat beside each other looking as if they were both under depression. Tony broke the silent monotony by asking, "Do you drink?" This was not her first party to attend she has always being a party girl and the influence she had were enough to make her a hyperactive girl. She responded, "Yes! But something soft."

In the other side, Onan was in a public bus that was stuck in the jam. He had no clue of the party so he had to go home to wear one of his best attire to make a good impression to her new lover Sharon. Kenyan's public transport mostly are pimped with sound system. The bus was on hit of awesome music but this was not fun to Onan because he knew he was keeping somebody. Looking to his phone the network bar was zero where no call he could call nor receive. This is a common thing to new phones.

Tony walked back to where Sharon was chilling while carrying a bottle of alcohol and two glasses. Reaching to her as a drunker, she took one of the glass and asked him, "Pour in, you think I never party?" Tony impressed by her character she poured into her glass. She took the alcohol in her glass and drunk it so quick as if she was under thoughts that she wanted to turn off.

Tony poured into his glass made a small sip admiring her where he said, "You are one of a kind lady." Making the conversation interesting he asked intentional, "How much have you ever explore?" after the long sip she was a little tipsy. She answered, "Tony I have explore more than I look."

He giggled and asked, "Do you know weed?" Not able to control herself words she responded, "Who does not know weed?" Tony as the other playboys he was drinking his drink slowly to avoid some unnecessary actions that would make him not accomplish what he wanted. He asked,

"Have you ever used it?"

"No! But I have tried everything else."

"Would you like to try it?"

"I fear its side effects but I can try a little."

Slowly Tony slide into his accomplishment and as if he knew her answer, he took out a roll of weed showed to her and said, "Here is a weed. Would you like to try it?" Sharon answered yes by nodding her head. Tony took the Weed roll on his mouth where he turned it on with a lighter. After his first puff of smoke, he handle it over to her.

Sharon took the weed and as the first timers, she smoked it the wrong way where she was choked. Tony acting as a good boy he aided her cough by banging her back while saying, "Easy this things don't need rush." After her cough stopped, he took the weed and said, "You take it slow," then he smoked perfectly.

Then he gives her where after carful watching it she smoked it perfectly. Tony making her look as a winner he congratulate her which motivates her to smoke more. The effect of weed of seeing things becoming more clear and slower it the effect that proves that one is high. Sharon due to some smoking puffs she become high, she stood and started dancing to the song.

Tony knew this was his perfect time to finish her accomplishment. Most ladies when they are high they lose control of their bodies where they tend to do things out of their will. Tony smiling he rose and danced with her to the rhythm of the song that was being played. The place was a perfect place because it was private at the time.

Tony acting as a superman he held her when she was close to fall on the ground due to her tipsy. Tony using the advantage that he was holding her he moved closer to her and kissed her. Sharon immediately the drug in her head vanished, she never thought that Tony would take advantage of her by the way he had started so good. She jumped of his hands and shouted, "Am a Le…." She suddenly paused her sentence as if something cross her mind.

Knowing she is a victim of molestation again, she rushed of the scene crying. Tony was used to this and this was not his first backfire. As Sharon was rushing all over while crying, she bumped to Anna. She asked her, "Have you seen Onan?" Anna who was suck in the vibe she replied, "No he has not arrived," then continued dance. Sharon feeling assumed and continued running wile crying.

Immediately she walked out of the campus hall she bumped to the lady that had disrupted their moment with Onan before. The lady who was attentive she notices that Sharon was crying she stopped her and being concern she asked, "What's wrong?" Sharon did not know the lady so it was awkward to suddenly say what she was going through.

As she was wiping of her tears to pretend she was cool she responded, "Its nothing?" The lady held her head so that she could not run away and responded,

"I am Edwina! So you will not be telling a stranger, trust me talk it out to me."

"it's pleasure knowing you Edwina am Sharon. Can you please respect my privacy?"

"Ok but don't kill yourself because of a person."

Then after the words Edwina let go her hand where without having a second that that she can talk it out to Edwina she rushed away. Edwina had no fondness to the lady all that she craved is to help her where it looked as if she was not in need. Edwina with no stress she walked into the hall where the party was.

Late when the part had long gone people had started going off their senses because of the too much of the alcohol consumption. Onan rushed into the party where he was calling Sharon but Sharon was not picking up the phone. He could not take it he had broken his promise to here that would jeopardize their relationship.

If he would not meet her at that night, he knew she would never forgive him. Down up the stairs, out of the field and to the washroom he search her. the romantic music in the hall did cooled him down he felt as if he had lose all his world, all his life he was never stressed up like that. As he was searching for her, he bumped to Anna.

He could not hide his tension it was showing all over his face, he asked, "Have you seen Sharon?" Sharon replied, "I saw her moving to a cab going home, she is so down Onan?" Onan forgot that Anna was friend and friends at least keep in touch. He rushed away leaving Anna facing him in curiosity. Leaving a lady hanging like that would piss her especially the one that likes you.

The cab that Sharon had boarded stopped before the gates of her apartments. She paid then walked out and as she was down, she walked out of the cab silent. Walking to the gate, she heard a soft female voice calling her. She paused face back where she found it was Breanna her phone friend. Suddenly her facial expression changed as if she had saw her only hope. She rushed to her and both hugged.

Sharon backed off the hug smiling in joy and asked her, "What are you doing here?" Breanna responded, "I wanted to surprise to you." Sharon chuckled and responded, "I had missed you love," then she kissed her soft lips deep and it was sure that Breanna was more than a friend to her.
