This is a story of a boy who was inspired by someone he saw on TV, and he was aspiring to become a Pokémon Trainer. Follow him in his journey across his home region.
  But along the way, he would encounter many situations and peoples that will give him aid in his journey as a Pokémon Trainer, with a wild Riolu as his first Pokémon. His journey also included bad people who wants to take over his home region of Philas.

After that, Shinx looked at Rico and his group with a surprised look on his face. Rico, Jonathan, and their Pokémon teams went to it while Marshall tended to his little drone to check for any damages and turn it off. "Are you okay, Shinx?" Rico asked Shinx with worry. His Riolu then responded by asking that question. The wild Shinx then nodded and responded in thanking for their help.

"Yes, we're happy to help," replied Rico back with a quick smile.

Absol and Prinplup then responded with positivity.

Marshall then looked at Rico and the others. "Is that Shinx alright?"

"Yes, it is," Jonathan replied back.

To that Marshall was relieved to hear that.

But then, seeing that Rico was really a worthy to be its Trainer, the wild Shinx looked at Rico and responded with a request of that offer to be a part of his Pokémon team. Rico was surprised to hear that. "Really? You want to be my Pokémon?" The others were surprised by the wild Shinx's request to their friend. The wild Shinx then nodded. And so, keeping his word and want, Rico pulled out his same Poké Ball and pointed it at the anticipating wild Shinx. "Here you go."

The wild Shinx then tapped on the button of the ball, causing it to go into the Ball, before the Poké Ball managed to be intact with Shinx in it.

Having caught his first Electric-type Pokémon, Rico was overjoyed, raising his Poké Ball to the air for a few seconds. "Yay! I just caught a Shinx!"

After that, Jonathan, Marshall, and the others were happy for him, and Rico was a bit overwhelmed by their happy compliment. And so, after that, Rico and his group emerged from the abandoned power plant and finished their packing before continuing the current leg of their journey to Bato-Bato City.
