Title: Stairway to Heaven
Concept: Revenge, angels, BL,
Character: Urial Smith (ML) the wrongfully cast out angel. Clint Rhodes (ML), Stairway to heaven's highest-ranking man.
Plot Outline: Urial through a cruel twist of fate found himself cast out of heaven by his twin brother, Sameal (satan) in his place. Despite a burning desire to avenge himself, the angel finds himself at his wit's end in the human world. How exactly did a fallen angel make their way back up to heaven? Was it even possible? Urial didn't have to search far before the answer dropped in front in the form of a place called Stairway to Heaven. Obviously, such a place was made to help angels such as himself, right? What happens though when Clint, the man he thought to be a fellow angel turns out to be anything but?
Draft:
"What kind of joke is this?! It says out there that you'll help anyone who wants to reach heaven!" The force of Urial's hands slamming on the table caused it to reverberate.
"Can't you tell that I'm the perfect candidate? It was a wrongful mistake for me to even cast out in the first place." The man sitting behind the desk let out a forced laugh.
"Look at this, I even have proof of god's kiss right here! That should at least give me five minutes, or something shouldn't it?" The angle pointed to an almost unidentifiable heart-shaped mark on his left cheek before he began to fail his arms again while berating the other.
"I am sure you are the best. You're honestly quite attractive, exactly what we're looking for. We just can't let you through on the spot. Even if there was some kind of mistake." The creases on Urial's face deepened. Ugh. How could humans be so stupid? What exactly needed to be said to make this man understand? Urial stared the man down from the tip of his nose.
Hold on.
Urial glanced around, taking note of everyone watching.
There weren't a lot of people observing the commotion, but… The angel bit his bottom lip. Perhaps this was some kind of test.
God did love to test their people. Urial had witnessed it plenty of times in the past.
In which case - it wasn't good to get angry.
Angels were supposed to be patient and benevolent.
"I'm terribly sorry for my previous outburst. I guess I just let frustration get ahead of me." The bespectacled man shrunk back at the other's sudden personality change and radiant smile.
The unknown was a few screws loose in the head.
"Can you tell me once again what exactly I need to do to get an audience with the higher power? Even just a few minutes would be perfectly fine." Urial spoke through gritted teeth as bright smile didn't budge off the other's face.
Specks was at a loss of what to do until he spotted his savior coming down the hall.
"Hold on. I think there's someone who can help you." Standing up the man began to wave his arms frantically.
"Clint! Can you come over here?" Turning, Urial was met with the sight of the dazzling male specimen. Perhaps almost as beautiful as himself but not quite. The dazzling creature's perfectly chiseled features were free of blemish aside from the fluff on his chin.
Was this creature another angel stuck in the same predicament as himself?
"Joseph? What is it? I told you before not to shout at me like that." The man came over despite being obviously put out.
"I know you did, but I need a favor from you. This man here is looking for someone who can help him to get to heaven." Urial felt his heart rate speed up, hardly about to pay attention as this Joseph person explained the situation.
What exactly was this strange sensation? The angel never felt anything like it before. This man must've been a high-ranking angel to cause this effect!
"Oh? I mean, I guess I could help out if there's some kind of mistake." The put-out man turned to the angel who all but glued himself to the other.
"Why don't you come with me somewhere a little more secluded? I can help you better somewhere less distracting." Urial only nodded before practically floating after the other man.
Score! This fellow angel would definitely know what to do!
