He shook his head and lifted my chin. Guiding my lips toward his but headlights interrupted us. "I- who is that?" I jumped up frightened it was our parents. But Lee wouldn't let me up assuring me it was just his friend messing with us.

"SOOOOOOOOO your friend has been watching us!" He laughed, "I guess so." His friend started hyping him up and I was confused. Was he telling people about me? "I told him before that I liked you," I heard the bushes rustling near us and Lee growled.

"My luv its okay, it's just my best friend." He looked around embarrassed at his reaction but I think it's cute he wants to protect me already. "Are there any more surprises I should know about?" "Nope," I said.

"Uh, Julie are you good?" I tried going toward her but she told me to stop moving and talking.

Micheal popped his head out the window again. "AYE BRO I SMELT SUM!"

"MATE" Julia screamed.

"Hoe this my man you betta gets to lookin somewhere else, don't play," I said with a low growl while rolling my eyes. "Ma chill, not me, Micheal. You are mad slow sometimes."

I started laughing so hard I couldn't breathe, but once I caught my breath we started squealing and jumping around. "WE BOTH FOUND OUR MATES!" we continued to scream jumping in a circle.

Lee's POV :9

I started shaking my head, the girls were something else. And we both had some goofy girls as mates. "This is going to be very interesting," Micheal said. I shook my head in agreement. He seemed a lil different, more chill. Was it because of Julie? He's never used a calm tone with me so I was lowkey shocked to hear it.

Julie ran to Micheal and jumped on him, "hey zaddy" she smirked. Lia laughed so hard she almost choked on air. I picked her up and once she was done laughing she slowly lifted her head and whispered in my ear, "mh picking me up now, what you tryna do papi?"

She and Julie started teasing us at this point. And they wouldn't stop laughing, they just kept running away to hit tree's I assume they thought oxygen would be released faster for their own benefit.

I looked at Micheal, "bro you wanna prank them?" He smirked, "bro you ain't even have to ask me that" The girls were coming back over, so we separated them and took them to different sides of the waterfall. And they still wanted to keep this teasing game up, so we insisted on giving them what they wanted.

I pushed Lia against the cave wall and she looked back. I guess she wasn't expecting that. I grabbed her by the neck and gave her a kiss on the lips. And I even went as far as to grip her ass. "AHH WAIT HOLD UP IAN TRYNA GET PREGNANT!" She was blushing mad hard and I did nothing but laugh.

Julie started yelling too, I mind-linked Micheal "they won't be trying that again anytime soon." He said "I know right," he told me to meet up with him at the spot we had just left from.

"Anyways- can we finish our conversation before yall interrupted?" Micheal threw Julie over his shoulder, "DO YO THANG BOO LOVE YOUUU!" she blew a kiss toward Lia and Lia returned one. They headed to the truck and left us alone, finally.

I growled lowly by accident. I know it's Julie but it still made me upset. Lia came over to kiss me all over my face, "it's okay big baby, I'm all yours now."

I rolled my eyes, "am I really?"

"Yes, now gimmie kiss,"

"Why?"

"Cuz I said so,"

"But what if I don't want to?"

"Wasn't asking,"

"Yes. . ."

"Uh wha?

"Let's get married. . ." I knelt down, pulled the ring from my pocket, and held her hand. "Lia I knew ever since the last time we played and I thought you forgot to hug me that you were special." She giggled a little at what I said. "For years I've had time to think about you, I've had time to think about you non-stop. And it's been driving me crazy, even knowing someone could mark you and that person wouldn't be me drove me crazy. Mainly because I didn't know how you felt about me. But now I do, and I don't want to waste another moment wondering. Thinking or overthinking. Will, you be-"

"Yes, I want more than anything in the world to become Lia Mahone. Now get up off the floor, I know your knee hurts."

This girl always had a way to make me laugh and most of the time it was intentional which is what made it so special. For the rest of the night, we all chilled out, and rented a hotel instead of going to one of our houses because the parents would spread the word about seeing Lia and me together.

And our parents would separate us once again. I wouldn't allow that to happen. Watching Lia sleep and hearing her stable heart rate made my world spin. She slept on my chest, and it made my heart skip a beat.

I was in love, and not completely sure if I would be able to control myself being alone with her. We were only teenagers as of this summer and hormones with her maintained unstable. Micheal and I were on the same page.

Cuz he insisted on sharing a room with us, so we did. "Ayo bro we both got mates," he whispered, smiling all hard. I've never seen him this genuinely happy and calm. They seemed like a good match too so I was happy for them.
