"I'm just so glad we got the pretty best friends combo," I said in the mind link to Micheal and he started laughing "on the moon-goddess man, I asked for a pretty girl and that's what I got. That's what we both got." I looked over at Julie, she curled up into the crevis of Micheals's neck.

They were a whole couple, never did I think I would see Micheal with a girlfriend. "She's so cute bro", he said before pulling the cover-up on Julie. "Imma head to bed doe broski, I gotta drop you off tomorrow and we got football practice."

"Fashoo Fashoo, Imma hit the hay after this video"

10 minutes later and my video was finished, I looked over to see Julie and Micheal knocked out. I plugged my phone up and smoothly escaped from Lia's grasp. Dang, that girl can cuddle, I laughed at the thought on my way to the bathroom. I looked behind me because I heard the sheets move, but she was still asleep.

I closed the door so I wouldn't disturb their sleep and did my thang.

Lia's POV :-

I woke up, expecting to be laying with Lee but he was gone. I started freaking out till I saw the bathroom light on.`I felt I was a bit dramatic but most of that was because of the mate bond we have. It's crazy that I never realized he was my mate until now. I guess we already knew at a young age.

That explains why we were so close. Speaking of him, Lee had just left the bathroom and was surprised to see me awake. "What you doin up ma?" He tried giving me a kiss but I moved my head and ran to the bathroom. My mother had always taught me that your man should never smell your breath.

And I knew for a fact that my breath would melt thousands of snow cones right now. Given that I just woke up. He started knocking on the door, I could hear him whimpering through the glass. if he didn't stop he would wake up Julie and Micheal.

I didn't know he was such a big baby. I opened up the door and pulled him inside. "Lee, you can't be so loud," I mumbled with a toothbrush in my mouth. "So, now you choose to speak?" He had such an attitude. "I rinsed and wiped off my mouth.

"Baby I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel some kinda way," I walked over and sat on his lap. The bathroom was pretty big, so there was plenty of room for more than one person. "It's fine I'm sure you had a good reason but don't leave me hanging like that. Now that I have you for myself, I just wanna be able to hold and kiss you when I get ready."

I started laughing, why I'm not sure. "You laugh at anything that gets you flustered huh?" He said with a sigh trailing not too far behind. "Honestly I can't help it, when you make me nervous my body responses with laughs and giggles."

"Besides that, I wanna get some towels from the front desk downstairs, can I go?" He didn't seem too fond of the idea gathering his facial expressions, "mh I don't know if I want you going alone." I got up and walked towards the door, "I'll be fine luv"

He slammed the door and I gasped, "PEOPLE ARE TRYNA SLEEP!"

"Well, you yelling won't help either, will it?" I looked over Lee's shoulder to see Julie rubbing her eyes. Then I mind-linked her, "Julie I'm so sorry babes, I was dealing with Lee and got too excited."

"It's fine, what's going on though, you guys alright?" she said, snuggling back up under Micheal.

"He won't let me go to the front desk to get some more face towels for us," I gave her the most straightest face out of irritation.

"Well, I'll go with you, I'm up now so it's whatever bae."

"BET! CMON" I said while smirking and snapped out of the mind-link.

"Sure, but you have 10 minutes," Lee said.

"Wait huh?" I looked around confused. "What do you mean, you just said no," I said while rolling my eyes.

"I know you mind-linked Julie, she's putting her shoes on as we speak, I'm not slow Lia. And roll those eyes again, imma show you sum," Lee came closer to my face until I was backed against the wall.

"Alright big fella, calm down, we're gonna get going," I pushed him off, snatched Julie up, and ran out the door. "Gosh, he's such a dirty-minded wolf." Julie burst out laughing at my comment. "And you aren't? You a hoe yourself, don't even try to play the victim."

I gasped dramatically, "how dare you! I am not," I said while crossing my arms in a playful yet sassy way. We decided to take the stairs instead of the elevator, and on the way down we noticed two guys smoking. They seemed to be our age but looked really creepy.

"Let's turn around," I said to Julie in the mind-link.

"You got a point, plus we haven't been marked yet so I won't be surprised if they try something."

We started heading back up the stairs until I felt someone snatch my arm, "where you think you runnin off to? I can't even get a hello?"

Before I could move Julie was two steps ahead of me but she was grabbed by the other guy. I bit his hand in order for him to release me. "Get your damn hands off of me!"

Julie was struggling with the guy on her so I jumped on his back and totally forgot about the stairs. We went flying down 2 flights of stairs. "ow" I moaned in pain. I was now weak and alone.
