Chapter Seventy

They watched several movies that Leon casted in until midnight. He looked at his wristwatch and saw that it was late.

"It's really late, Celina. You should get some...." He stopped when her head suddenly fell on his shoulder. She had fallen asleep. He looked at her for a while and smiled slightly.

Reaching for the remote, he turned off the TV and gently held her, lifting her off the sofa and carrying her in his arms. She was so deep asleep and her right hand dangled as he carried her up the stairs to her room.

Margaret was dressing the bed when he came in with her in his arms.

"She's asleep." He said softly and she nodded. He carefully laid her on the bed and covered her with the comforter. Margaret smiled and decided to leave them alone.
