Compromise

After Wesley's threats, the Secretary of State left the Avengers headquarters and looked at all the Avengers.

"What are you thinking? Do these edited things make you waver?" Wesley looked at them and said, "These things are obviously edited. Why don't you look at the destruction of the Chitari people? Why don't you say the legitimacy of the military's actions? These seem like a pile of garbage to me, and you are actually ashamed of these things? Are you God?"

Wesley's question left everyone speechless, and they sat there in silence. Peter Quill said, "This is nothing. No one in the universe cares too much about this. Strength is the most important thing."

Wesley continued, "Although what Peter said is different from the situation on Earth, the reason is the same. What is the purpose of our unity? We are trying to protect the planet. It's enough to remember that. Well, it's over. This matter ends here. In addition, if the U.S. military doesn't give an answer about Bucky, Peter, you will fly a fighter jet to shoot down a few artificial satellites."

"No problem." Peter Quill rubbed his hands excitedly.

They had solved the problem here, but the United States was depressed. The news that the Secretary of State brought back was very bad.

"Is that really what Wesley Gibson said?" Mr. President asked.

"Yes, he has always been so tough on our government agency. From Tony Stark's Iron Man Armor until now, before he came back, Tony Stark already had the idea of signing the agreement, and there was a conflict in the Avengers, which was very beneficial to us." The Secretary of State told the whole process. "But everything changed when he came back. He has the highest reputation in the Avengers, and many people follow his lead."

"Is he an obstacle? Can you get rid of him?" The President's words were extremely cold. "Such a terrible force in the United States is not allowed. It must be in our hands."

"I'm sorry, Mr. President. It will take a huge price to get rid of Wesley Gibson. We don't know his exact strength. From the video record of the Battle of New York, we will need at least a strong army to get rid of him, a stronger army than the Chitari. And he claims to have 'mind reading.' It's difficult to get close to him."

"Can't our United States do anything to one person?"

"Sorry, sir, they are not ordinary people. If they were ordinary people, we wouldn't have to spend so much effort to recruit them. Now that we don't have much time, we need the military to give them an answer. Otherwise, if the satellite is lost, the price we pay will be too high."

"Mr. Secretary, are you sure he's not talking about a simple threat? But will he give action?"

"Yes, Mr. President. He has to give his subordinates an explanation. Otherwise, how can he continue to lead the Avengers? If it were me, I would do the same. Moreover, he used an alien method to avoid us. We can't do anything to the aliens."

"Well, inform the military to hand someone over to them," the president said weakly.

The Chief of Staff, who was sitting at the side, did not speak. He had long heard of Wesley Gibson's toughness. The matter at the entrance of SHIELD headquarters had spread the most widely in the military. This person really dared to start a war with the United States military, especially now that he had used aliens to do it. Was the military confident that they could shoot down the aliens' fighter jets?

The answer was no. They had also studied the things of the Chitari people. Although the aliens did not use missiles, their warplanes were abnormally agile, and their energy weapons were launched very quickly. Missiles might not be of any use at all. Although the other party only had one now, the military, through their appearance research, indicated that such warplanes were more flexible.

Wesley had driven back with six anti-gravity engines. The six-winged fighter had been simulated by the military, and its flexibility in the air was not something the Earth fighter could compare with, not to mention the weapons and equipment on it.

Wesley had his answer within twenty-four hours. A colonel from the military had been thrown out as a scapegoat and blamed entirely on his personal actions. Wesley had expected it. Americans were like that.

The matter was brought to an end by handing over the man to the new king of Wakanda, Tichala the Black Panther. Tichala also knew that it was for the best. Wakanda did not have the strength to take the United States seriously and could only declare the colonel imprisoned.

"Thank you Wesley. Although I am the king, I also want to join Avenger," Tichara said before leaving.

"You are very welcome to join us, but you have a lot of things to do as a king. We will not inform you of ordinary operations unless it is an important crisis."

"Understood. Then I'll take my leave." Tichara left with his men, and the Avengers entered a period of peace. Now they are ready to start new construction, but Wesley values the Moon program.

In the underground lab, Wesley met with Tony Stark and Bruce Banner in Wesley's exclusive lab.

"A steel base on the moon. Gravity and energy systems are not the problem. The problem is ecosystems," Wesley said.

"The ecosystem is indeed a problem. Do you have any good ideas? Or do we openly recruit experts in this area?" Bruce Banner asked.

"There's no need for that. I downloaded a lot of the latest technology in the library of Cheddar. It contains the construction of the ecosystem, but the technology they use can be used by us, but the plants inside can't. We don't have them on Earth."

"You mean they use photosynthesis of plants to make oxygen?" Tony Stark asked.

"That's right. Their technology is to simulate the ecological environment of the planet, just like their Kian prison in the universe, the ecological circulation system. Although there are not many prisoners in the prison, their guardianship is very large, mainly because the ecological circulation system occupies a lot of space."

"So are there replacements for plants on earth? It shouldn't be too difficult, right?"

"This plant is very special and produces a large amount of oxygen. Let's do it early. If it really doesn't work, the ecosystem needs to be built bigger and more fighter planes are deployed."

The three of them began to work. The new Elizabeth assisted them in their work, and the effect was very obvious. Tony Stark even wanted Wesley to help upgrade Jarvis.
