Scarlett O'Hara lost her father unexpectedly on her birthday. She had no idea about the werewolf world until the night of the red moon when she got attacked in the woods by an animal she had thought was a beast with red eyes.

Simon’s mission was to keep killing humans in order to draw the hunter's attention so he could exact his revenge on them for killing his parents. He had no intention of falling in love but now that he has gotten himself a Luna by accident, what will he do? Not only has he gotten himself a mate but also someone who shares the same strengths as him. 

Scarlett found out that her father’s death was not an accident but instead was killed by a werewolf. She joined the pack in order to look for the murderer but as she stayed longer, she discovered some secrets. The man she is mated to isn't what he seems.

"I am back." Raven stated. Scarlett rolled her eyes. "I've been gone for a long time, and you're going to greet me with that attitude? Besides, I remember everything, and I will exact my revenge on your grandfather for attempting to kill me." 


"Really? Because I, too, remembered everything. You stupid wolf! What do you think? I'd welcome you with open arms? You tried to kill me on the full moon. Yeah. I remember now. Other werewolves get along with their wolves, but you and I don't. You described me as weak. You tried to kill me, and..." Scarlett came to a halt. "Simon. He was present as well." 


"Now is not the time to reflect on Simon. Now is the time to assassinate your grandfather." 


Scarlett laughed. "And I'm just going to listen to you? Raven, I have nothing to do with you anymore. I actually want you to leave and never return." 


"You will then be inviting death into your home." 


"No, Scarlett. You will die if I leave your body."
