Demon lord

The Lucifers ensured Andrien to feel at home even if their effort almost went to waste. Zarin Lucifer perceived that Andrien was kind of gloomy? He knew him from when he was born.

The only route to find out was through his mind, Zarin affirmed. He helped carry Andrien's luggages to his room.

"Do rest if you're tired" Zarin urged.

"I'm not that exhausted. I really want to start training." Andrien lied and Zarin realized.

Searching his mind, he viewed a dark shadow that looked familiar. He tried inspecting more when the shadow noticed what was happening and disappeared.

Zarin was baffled.

"Uncle what's the matter? you look pale."

"Andrien you're not only a vampire.."

"I don't understand. What do you mean?"

"You-You're also a demon lord."

"How's that possible? My family and ancestors are all vampires."

"Yes but one of your fore fathers went against the law and cheated with a demon..there might be a possibility the bloodline landed on you."

This was too much for Andrien to process.

"Aren't they the most dangerous beings?"

"Quite correct. That's why your training is going to top another level"

"So how many years till I'm finished.". "I'm not definite but perhaps 5 to 10 years, depending on your progression.".

"just wonderful.." Andrien exhaled with a hint of irony.

Anna was heading to her room when she saw Noah coming in the same direction.

"Psst, Psst!" She called out to him as he caught the gesture coming her way.

"Noah have you ever thought of escaping this prison?" Anna whispered.

"I wouldn't risk to and so should you, unless you want a death sentence."

"But everyone's rude!" She whined.

"Ok let's assume I help you. Do you know where to go to?" Annabelle shook her head meaning she didn't.

"You're so stupid, you know that?" Noah scoffed and she rolled her eyeballs.

"And your my friend so you're stupid too, you know that?"

They laughed together and embarked on a new conversation.
