Last time I flew with Horus I was so out of it that I did not really remember much. Plus he was a lot more careful than Suetekh, who despite being my mate I had no faith he would not drop me.

He had this sinister smile on his face as I wrapped my arms around his neck as he lifted me bridal style in his arms. "Why are you so frigid Mer Ek? You should relax."

I rolled my eyes, "Your little smile is making me feel nervous."

"I won't do anything," he kissed my forehead and held me closer to his chest. "I did promise I was going to be a good boy here on out."

"You're too old to be a good boy," I laughed as he playfully swayed with me and hummed to a tune only he seemed to know.

"This reminds me of our first flight together," he smiled, "Obviously you had wings of your own but you still let me carry you. It was so romantic Mer Ek, do you remember?"
