Tier two’s fiery

As they entered tier two, the dragons flew over again. As if to show the kingdom’s strength to the people, to remind them of their place.

The people of tier two were more melancholy. They wasted much less time staring into Juniper’s eyes and gave her more thanks for coming to their tier.

Hannah and the tutor also fell to a tone of seriousness, noting the hurt on the people’s faces.

Her chariot stopped in the central area, giving a view of a brick building half destroyed. Tier two was enough for Juniper to feel the full severity of the situation.

Despite there being more people, time seemed to go by much faster, and in no time, Hannah called orders to move on. “Back to the castle.”

“The castle?” An angry voice shouted within the crowd.

Juniper leaned into Hannah and whispered, “let’s go to tier three.”

“I’m sorry, Lady of Sala, I am under orders.”

Then the same angry voice screamed louder. “The lady believes she is too good for tier three!” Angry shouts responded.
