This is bad. Most of my magical energy is already spent, and I don't even have my Black Keys to restrict it, they are behind the Boss.
The other 4 Dead are closing in from behind. Calm down me, you are invincible no matter what. You are invincible no matter what!
While I am doing that the Boss closes in towards me with speed greater than mine. I block its knife slash with my sword somehow, and try to penetrate its head with my spear but it dodges that blow easily and kicks me from beneath towards the Dead coming from behind me.
I feel a knife and a sword penetrating my back mainly because of the force of that kick. Pain courses through my whole body, but I don't give in to it. I won't give these worms that satisfaction.
I turn around with the blades still inside me and destroy two of the Dead quickly, but I feel an attack coming for my neck and dodge it only to have a thin cut across it instead of decapitation.

I take out the blades from my back quickly, while the enemies backed away from me and my curse starts working to heal my wounds. It will take around half a minute to completely heal these wounds.
The Boss is behind me and the Dead are on each side of me. The Black Keys are lying 3 meters across from me, so I make a run for them.
The enemy is chasing me from behind and is faster than me, as soon as pick up one of the Black Keys the enemy catches up with me and slashes my side because I dodged it because of instinct. More injuries, more healing starts. The blood has already stopped flowing from my previous wounds.
I then throw the Black Key in my hand towards the Boss before saying, "Restringo!"
The Boss dodges it like expected, but the Black Key binds its shadow and restricts it. I know this binding won't be for long, at most 3 to 4 seconds, so I close up quickly and slash at its neck while thrusting my spear towards its eye.
The behind me attack me frantically at this time but I complete my attack towards the Boss. I just lean my head towards the left side at the last second.
As my attack completes, my sword is stuck halfway through the Boss' neck and my spear completely penetrated the head. The Boss falls down at that moment.

At the same, I now have a knife in my collarbone on the right side and a spear penetrating my right arm. I let go of my sword with my right arm and kick back at the Dead behind me and quickly finish them off.

I take out the weapons still stuck in me after that.
After finishing the battle, I pick up my weapons and run away from that place and enter [Empty ID] to rest in a safe place.
As soon as I reach there, I collapse on the ground.
"So that Boss fight wasn't worth it at all!"
I mutter to myself.
I am not seriously ready for the next level Dungeon at all. After resting for a few minutes, all my wounds are healed without a trace. This was my main reason for buying that Curse. So that I don't have to explain any wounds or scars if I don't have to. But there's still a limit to it, it isn't like Curse of Restoration that some Dead Apostles have like Michael Roa Valdamjong's Curse of Restoration.
My clothes are in rags from the fight, I get out of them and go towards a shower facility that I have installed here and take a nice warm shower.
Ah what bliss it is to take a shower after a fight. After washing up and changing into another set of clothes, I start eating some of the food stuff I bought in the morning. Then I rest for about an hour.
After doing all that, I get ready to start another round of grinding the D Rank Dungeon. I am not going to the C Rank Dungeon anytime soon.
And so the hours pass, as I hunt the Dead.
Soon the evening hours arrive. And the total earnings of the day total to 52,000 SP.
Speaking of these earnings, I am just going to give you my honest thoughts about something. Never ever waste your money in Gacha, I tried my luck on it and boy was it a disaster. I am not going to talk what I got from it because it's really ridiculous, the only useful thing I got from it was a broken weapon related to a particular Heroic Spirit.
And get this 1 normal spin at it costs 10,000 SP
Anyway, I head towards the Matou mansion with all these different thoughts churning in mind in a chaotic manner.
There were some changes in status today since I pushed myself a bit.

As I open the door and enter the mansion.
"Welcome back, Nii-san."
I am greeted by Sakura with half a smile on her face. I can see that she is kind of forcing herself to it but I don't call her out on it and reply with a fake smile of my own.
"I'm back."

Nii-san has changed quite a bit. He has become very gentle, and I would be lying if I said that I didn't like that.
But sometimes he says some troubling things. Like he will save me and whatnot. Or that Nii-san will succeed the family in my place. The latter one is fine to say but the former one is dangerous, and I think Nii-san knows that since he only ever says that outside this mansion.
I am sort of happy that he still cares about me even after knowing how dirty I am. Actually scratch that, he only became nice to me after knowing about that. Does Nii-san have a preference for dirty girls? No no, how can that be? I am just thinking too much!? (A/N: I had fun writing this part 😂)
Bad thoughts go away!
Anyway! Nii-san has somehow become dear to me so I would like him to stop saying such troubling things, since nobody knows what Ojii-sama would do if he gets a hint of this. Kariya oji-san died because he defied Ojii-sama. So I get fearful when I think the same thing happening to Nii-san. And when I tell him this, he just brushed my concern off like it was not important.
Nii-san is quite troubling, I just hope nothing bad happens to him when Ojii-sama comes back. After all, anyone who defies him doesn't have a good ending.
But still sometimes in some small part of my heart, some hope emerges that maybe Nii-san will accomplish what he promised me though I quickly smash that hope down. After all I can't afford to lose my most precious person to my fantasies.
I think all of these thoughts while waiting in the entranceway of the mansion for Nii-san. He arrives around the time, he usually does from outside after playing with his friends. I am a bit envious of that but since he treats me so well, that I have nothing to complain about. Hence I can push down my ugly jealousy towards his friends.
"Welcome back, Nii-san."
I greet him with my best smile, and in response he says.
"I'm back."
With a smile on his face, that makes my heart skip a beat. And then we just head together towards Nii-san's room to play some chess.
