CHAPTER 10
After kaowasabe died by zeth's hands, he was forced to logout and was unable to login for 24 hours due to the PK penalty.
Kaowasabe shivered as he couldn't believe that he was betrayed by someone he considered as his friend.
After he got out of the virtual capsule, he went to pick a glass of water and drank to clear his mind.
After that he went back to his bed and lied down, and he grabbed his phone to check if the incident is already on the forum.
A live broadcast was on going as he checked the forums.
A user that was also on the maiden boss raid broadcasted the entire incident as the Boss raid flipped into a blood bath.
The Maiden boss raid became a PK battle amongst the Players, Most of the guilds fought and wanted to take the loots for themselves.
The broadcaster inside the maiden's lair was hiding and recording the top unified rankers movements as they battled each other.
The Top 1 ranker biteme, was currently being cornered by Team PK and Light of Heaven.
Biteme, was unable to escape and received alot of damages from the opposing guilds. As his HP depleted and dropped to 10% His Vice Master, Phatsackz came.
"You came! Buy me some time I'll drink some poti---"
Before biteme could finish what he was about to say, Phatsackz sliced his head. Ending his life and logging him out immediately.
Unified Rank 1 "Biteme" was betrayed by his comrades, and soon after joined hands with Team PK and Light of Heaven to eliminate the remaining users that were still trying to fight.
The mythical necklace was dropped, and was stolen by his Vice Master Phatsackz.
"All hell went loose on this Maiden boss raid, It seems that some of the guilds already planned all of this."
Alot of players dying instantly as the higher level players kill them.
Borasen and his members were totally wiped out by phatsackz and his other comrades, Phatsackz overwhelmed borasen and his guild members.
Borasen realized that phatsackz was hiding his true power and didn't showed it when they fought before.
After they eliminated the other users, Team PK, Light of Heaven and Phatsackz and the comrades that followed him were able to slay the Maiden boss.
The broadcaster wasn't harmed as he didn't participate on killing the boss but just stood at the back lines and recorded everything.
The incident was named as
"The Fall of the Unknown Ones."
Val who was unable to login was ultimately pissed as he checked his Inventory on the website.
He was so pissed that his legendary weapon was the one that had been dropped when he got killed.
He then noticed that Zeth was already a member of the Team PK and the other two, Giomonster and Soyummy.
An uproar occured at the forum as they've complained to the Guilds to give their Equipments back.
Val's expression couldn't be drawn as he was totally enraged.
"Fucking bastard traitor! I'll hunt you everyday when i login tomorrow! I will surely hunt you for the rest of your life until you quit! M@#$@!!!" As he vented his anger.
The next day...
He was able to login and checked his friends list that zeth had been removed, Meaning to say he was unfriended by zeth.
Kaowasabe was so pissed, and noticed that alot of players were on a really bad mood around the village.
Some were chatting about plotting against the Team PK and Light of heaven.
Phatsackz joined Team PK and their guild became Top 1 on all the guilds.
Most of Burning Legion's members transfered on Team PK and followed Phatsackz.
Biteme was left without any members, and got his mythical necklace stolen.
But he didn't falter and still kept on grinding, as he had still a position to hold.
And since the second advancement had conditions and quests that needed to be finished, he didn't bother on taking revenge against his previous comrades.
Kaowasabe on the other hand was desperate on finding zeth's whereabouts, but couldn't get any clue as to where he is.
"If i just sold it on the auction store i may have been able to move on a bigger house! Why the heck did i not think about it!? And now its stolen!" As he complained about why he kept his legendary sword.
Legendary rating weapon's price increased lately.
From 1500 Gold to 13,000 Gold, After the Massive update the Legendary drop rate began to drop.
That's why the price of the Legendary rating increased immensely.
Kaowasabe had no other choice but to use his spare Rare rating weapon and went to hunt monsters so that he could level up and find the traitor zeth and kill him. But before he left the village he noticed on the "World Audience" that someone was looking for a Legendary necklace.
"World Audience" Is where you pay 500 gold coins to send a message or to notify something to every players on KAM.

"Buying Legendary necklace 20,000 Gold, If you have it kindly sell it on the Auction Store."
"20K Gold!? Wow! I'm rich if i sell my necklace!"
He then checks the Auction store and noticed that there were no Legendary necklaces to be seen.
So he immediately auctioned his Legendary rating Necklace "Necklace of Dreams" for 20,000 Gold.
After five minutes...
*YOUR NECKLACE HAS BEEN SOLD FOR 20,000 GOLD COINS*
Kaowasabe then checks his Inventory and saw his Gold 20,020.
"Fuck! Yes! I'm rich! Keke! Woooh!" As he jumped around out of excitement.
"Look at that idiot, Is he a first timer!? Why does he act like that?" As the users around chatter about kaowasabe's actions.
Kaowasabe immediately went to convert his Gold coins.
"Let's see, 20k... Oh I'll just convert 15,000 Gold and have the 5000 remain incase i needed gold." Then he went on the converter system to immediately turn it into cash.
After that, his gold coins were down to 5000 and immediately rushed towards the New stall, The VIP DRAW.
"Finally! Gamble! Haha! I'll grow my money there." As he rushed to look for the new stall that was placed near the Guild Hall.
He finally found the New stall and saw alot of users gathered there to play. So he went and saw if the Pot was big.
He saw the countdown already began and was nearing to its last 30 seconds, and he saw the POT was already 40,000 Gold. So he immediately bet his 5000 Gold coins and prayed to alot of gods.
"Kame-sama! Buddha! Jesus Christ! Korean Jesus! American Jesus! Filipino Jesus! Mother Mary! Allah! And other Super Gods out there! Please let me win! I promise i'll do the laundry every sunday from now on if you let me win! As he kneeled and prayed infront of the crowd.
"What the fuck is wrong with this dude? Haha"--
"Yeah right, Look at him kneeling and praying"--
"He must be broke to beg like that! Hahaha!"--
As the users badmouth him while he prayed.
But little do they know, When the the countdown finished...

As the users shouted when they saw that the user they've been badmouthing suddenly won.
"Woooh! I'm freaking rich! Hahahahahaha!" As kaowasabe ran like crazy around the village out of joy on winning the Jackpot.
He immediately converted the 40,000 Gold into cash and reserved the 4000 Gold.
After that he went outside the village to hunt some monsters but he remembered that he had a pet that needs some experience about combat too.
So he opened his inventory and grabbed the pet cage to release venom.
"Venom's already level 22, Time to hunt some level 60 Monsters." As he tells venom with excitement on his eyes.
Kaowasabe checks the Map and found that Ancient temple next to the Swamp forest had level 55-60 monsters roaming around. So they headed towards there.
When they finally reached Ancient temple, He saw a woman having a hard time dealing with a skeleton.
"Burst Cannon!" As the woman used her skill on the skeleton monster.
The skeleton was quite fast as it dodged the attack of the woman.
"Kyaaa! Stay away from me!" As the woman ran away from the skeleton.
"HAHAHAHA! Look at her running venom!" As kaowasabe laughed while looking at the woman desperately trying to escape from the skeleton monster.
Venom who had no sense of humor immediately went to attack the Skeleton.
The woman saw a snake coming infront of her and immediately yelled "WAHH! ANOTHER MONSTER!?"
Kaowasabe stumbled to the ground as he laughed out loud on the woman's actions.
"HAHAHAHA! This freaking woman is so funny! HAHA" As he laughed while slapping the ground.
Venom immediately spits on the skeleton's face as it ran infront of him causing the skeleton to stop its movements.
The woman saw that venom didn't aim for her and went to attack the skeleton monster.
"SKELETON SOLDIER"

Venom who was currently level 22 confronted a level 55 monster.
Meanwhile kaowasabe was still laughing at the back.
Venom then charged towards the Skeleton as it tried to slash him, But venom was quick and evaded the attack of the monster and bit it's neck crushing the bone instantly.
The Skeleton crumbled into pieces after it lost its head.
The woman was amazed on how strong the white snake is.
Kaowasabe on the other hand was done laughing and saw that venom took down a level 55 monster.
*Your pet "Venom" leveled up*
Venom instantly went back towards kaowasabe as it looked like it wanted to be praised.
"You did well defeating that skeleton monster venom." As kaowasabe tapped venom's head.
"Umm, Excuse me but who might you be? And thank you for saving me good sir! If it wasn't for your pet I've already died." As the woman bowed out of gratitude.
Kaowasabe gulped and noticed that the Woman was very good looking, She had Blue eyes, long eyelashes, pale white skin, silver hair and a petite body.
"Umm, Nice to meet you! I'm kaowasabe and this is my Pet Venom." As kaowasabe blushed while speaking.
"I'm Yuna, A level 54 Soul cannon class." -
"Soul cannon? Is it a new class? I'm a level 51 Lava knight class." -
"No, it's an upgraded class of the Cannon type gunner." -
"But I've heard that the 1st advancement of cannon type is Bazooka Gunner, and not Soul cannon." -
"Umm, I don't know either... You see i have no knowledge about this game, I just wanted to play and enjoy. I didn't bother knowing about the new updates." As Yuna scratched her head while trying to smile.
"Maybe it's another unknown class upgrade just like mine. My Lava knight class isn't displayed on the forums either."
"But by the way yuna, Are you hunting alone?" -
"Yeah, I always hunt alone. I was planning on teaming up with someone before but after the incident i saw on the forum, I changed my mind..."
"Ohh, I was also there when that happened.. My party member killed me and took my Weapon! That damn son of a b$#@#!! I'll definitely find him and kill him ten times! Hehe..." As he had a sincere evil look on his face.
"Oh, I guess you're also one of the users that got betrayed." As yuna's expression became sad.
"Don't worry about it yuna, It's just an item." But deep down on kaowasabe's mind was that he definitely treasured that weapon and was furious that it got stolen from him.
"So do you want to hunt some monsters with me yuna? Let's form a party." -
"Um, maybe next time.. You see, I'm about to logout. I've been playing alot and i need to catch some breathe on the outside world." -
"Oh, mind if i add you as a friend?" As kaowasabe asked while blushing.
"Sure, Send me one and I'll accept it." As yuna smiled.
Then kaowasabe and yuna became friends in-game. After that, Yuna logged out and kaowasabe went ahead further inside the Ancient temple area along with his companion, Venom.
Kaowasabe and venom encountered alot of Skeletons as they went deeper in the Ruined temples.
Venom and kaowasabe started syncing and fought well. After two hours of hunting they leveled up.
Kaowasabe became level 54 and venom reached level 31.
As they roamed around they saw a ruined temple that had a torch on it's front.
They started heading towards there out of curiosity.
Then when they reached there they saw someone sitting and kaowasabe notice that it was haiden.
"Haiden what are you doing here? Why do i always see you?" As kaowasabe shockingly asked.
"Oh, it's you young lad. Maybe it's fate?" -
"No, you must have something up.. Are you following me?!" --
"Why would i follow you young lad? You see i'm here on a mission." As haiden stood up.
Kaowasabe stared at haiden and was shocked on what he witnessed.

"Fire warrior tier 5? That's new." As he wondered about it.
"Um, Haiden what's your mission? Could you share it with me? hehe" --
"It's about looking for an apprentice, You see." As Haiden smiled at him.
"Apprentice? So, You're looking for an apprentice that you could teach!? How about me!?" As kaowasabe spoke desperately.
"You? You're too weak.." --
"But, I'm willing to be your apprentice!" -
.....
"Apprentice and Mentor System"
It was a new feature that just got added by MASTERPIECE. Every user had the right to become an apprentice or mentor. And it was also possible to choose an NPC as your mentor or apprentice.
"Okay then, since your desperate.. I'll give you a test. First kill the "Guardian Lich" that's residing below this temples. If you succeed, I might change my mind.."
Kaowasabe who didn't bother on replying was desperate to be his apprentice as he saw the Status of Haiden. He immediately went out of the ruined temple to search for the "Guardian Lich" and defeat it.
As kaowasabe went to search for it immediately, Haiden smiled as he said "Finally..."
