What Now?
~Quest Complete. Defeat the Crystal Mage System User. Reward: First Gate Location Given.
~The First gate is located in the Southern Square of the city, specifically in the cathedral to the right of the Southern Square.
You're telling me that I was given the location of the first gate already?!?! I didn't think my level was high enough for that yet but that's why power leveling will definitely come in play before heading there. But what's the point of trying to do all of this now when there isn't much of a purpose anymore...?
Shit I'll get over it eventually...
For now I guess I need to get stronger, Mom wouldn't want me to just give up on everything.
Let's see where I am.

Seems the new stats are definitely an improvement from before which means I'm getting stronger but this won't be enough for me to conquer a gate.
"Sev are you okay?" Rika asks while approaching from behind.
"Yeah, just lost my Mom.." I respond with sadness in my voice.
"I'm sorry to hear that. If there's anything I can do, Let me know Sev." Rika says with sincerity.
I'm not use to this side of Rika so it's definitely different but it's nice to know she actually cares about how I'm doing. I didn't think she cared much originally but it helps since this is a tough thing for me to be going through right now.
"Thanks Rika." I say with an appreciative tone.
This place was probably a lost cause now but it doesn't mean the worlds screwed just yet, they are lucky that I haven't given up on them yet. Thanks to Mom.
"So what now Sev?" Rika asks with a curious tone.
"I need to get stronger than I already am." I answer with a serious tone.
These skill trees are bound to be leveling too so I'll have to check them out soon as well but maybe when I check they will have a bigger abundance of points for me to use.
So with all this in mind it was time for me to travel throughout the city to become stronger, maybe find another dungeon if I'm lucky. This was the journey that I had to go on for the time being until I believed I was strong enough to enter the first gate.
It was a mystery on how many gates resided in the world but we needed to complete all of them so that the world could try to go back to normal or so that people could live without fear again. I don't think the world will ever be normal again after this, we have definitely entered into a new age for humanity because of this whole thing.
"What did you do to the mage user?" I question while shifting my focus for a minute.
"Just gave him a good beating even though he deserved death." Rika answers while crossing her arms.
"Why's that?" I ask while beginning to walk.
"Figured that's what you'd have wanted." Rika responds with an annoyed tone.
To think she considered what I would have thought first is quite surprising but again she must be getting use to me. This is a good thing but we haven't been traveling together that long just yet.
"So where are we going?" Rika questions with a curious tone.
"Going to travel throughout the city in search of dungeons to get stronger." I respond with a serious tone.
And like that our journey throughout the city began, this was just the start of everything. I was going to save this world for Mom since that's how I got to look at things from now on.
Mom can still give me the purpose I need, even if she's not here anymore.
{A Week Later.}
"Sev I think something Important is happening." Rika says while looking towards the distance.
It's been a week since Mom died and I began my travels throughout the city, things weren't going that bad but it was definitely different without her around anymore.
"What?" I question while shifting my gaze over to where she was looking.
The mysterious being from before was up in the sky once more which meant another meeting was taking place so I'd probably be receiving a quest to go to this meeting soon enough.
I'll definitely see more system users but this time it'll be a lot different since I've grown a bit more accustomed to the new world of which I live in now. I have gathered plenty of levels over the last week too.
This is just the start of my leveling. I've got a lot of leveling to do before this damn gate and I'm not going to go in there and lose.
~Quest Available. Go to the Second Meeting located in the Central Terminal.
So that's the train station that we have to head to, but I could only wonder what is going on now. Maybe something is about to change once again but I highly doubt that is the reasoning for this whole meeting.
These beings aren't going to waste time on trivial matters so it has to be some sort of big news for everyone.
"We got to attend a meeting." I say while walking towards the train station.
"Alright. We should still be cautious." Rika warns while following behind me.
I hope I never have to fight those mysterious beings though, They are already quite the mystery and I'm not sure what they are capable of just yet.
Hopefully they will only deliver information.
