(General POV)
Location the Warhammer 40k World-The Immaterium: The Neutral Zone of Chaos; Mount Olympus-The Palace of the Dark Gods, the Banquet Hall of the Gods
As the Gods, celebrate not the expansion of their individual factions of their Pantheon, with Scylla singing alongside the Muses, who were back-up singers, and almost erotic dancers behind Scylla, as the Muses have finally subcome to Carnage and swore etarnal loyalty to Laharl and his wives.
Later Nyx and Oizys joined the celebration as well, and even took some time to watch over the five God-babies, allowing Chi, Jade, Valkia, and Aiikila some time to enjoy themselves without much worry of their babies...but Aiikila, being a recently made mother to a infant, has baby-fever still in her being, and occasionally went over to little Deonna to cradle and gush over her...well it's to be somewhat expected she's the mother of young girls, this was a baby, of course she be a satellite mother, cause of this.
Laharl shuke his head, along with Nurgle that he was talking to when they spotted Nurgle's wife go and pick up little Deonna for the seventh time, during the festivities.
With the Dark One and Decaying God, was Nurgle's trusted advisor and servent, Tabes the God of Wasting Away, as Charon prefers to remain in his ferry-boat in Nurgle's Underworld, which drastically thriving under the Chaos God of the Dead's rule, and under the rigorous watch of Charon and Nurgle's fifth elder daemon, Nyz Pharos.
Meanwhile the Blood Gods were enjoying a feast of game meat, in all honesty Khorne aside from Ambrossia, he wasn't that interested in eating food, while the meal that his brother prepared millenia ago was good, it wasn't great.
Until his second wife, Bellona, introduced game meat, and his brother prepared some more bloody cuts and dishes, that he gain the taste and joy of food, which his whole family was enjoying as well.
As he took a swing of the Redrum Ambrossia, another thing that was suggested and brewed by his dear Bellona, not far from them were their loyal divine servents, Invidia the Goddess of Revenge, and Ioke the Goddess of Victory were also enjoying the feast alongside with Valkia and Bellona, while Alastor remained in the Blood Lands.
Enyalius was with them, in a brass red and black, heavy Spartan armor, with his chest exposed and his khornate mark burning crimson, while he wasn't joining in the feast and revery, the Lesser War God, was standing guard, watching over his dark masters, lastly the great Serpent God of Fury, Agathodaemon, has fully submitted to Khorne and his Queens.
The great serpent wasn't in the festivities, as it crawled and climb through the caverns and pipes of Olympus, devouring all creature that came in the path of the bloodlust corrupted, former Olympian.
Lastly the Changer, and his lovely fiancée, Mitochondria Eve, were enjoying the music and some...eldritch style, brew of Ambrossia, that's to their liking.
With the two of them, was one of Tzeentch's newest Godly vassals, Apate the Greek Goddess of Deceit, now showing more tzeentchian mutations, as her once brown feathered wings were mostly blue and black, more eyes have sprouted on her body, on her forehead a large third eye, while her arms were covered in navy-blue eyes, all the while her main eyes were covered by a black band, she was more than happy serving as a handmaiden to the Changer and Mitochondria Cell Matriarch.
The other Olympains that joined the Change God's service, the God of Transitions, Janus, has not changed much physically aside from growing some plumage on the automaton form of Janus, and his older face, turned more avian and daemonic.
Awaken and enlightened by the powers of Tzeentch, he once believe he was the transition of space and time, but Lord Tzeentch cleared that arrogance and misunderstanding, currently the God of Portal wasn't in the feast, for while a former Olympian God, Janus, he is more similar to an automaton, and only needs to feed on worship and magic, hence Janus left to the Realm of the Sorcerors to serve the Change Gods.
Lastly Dioscuri, the conjoined twins, Castor and Pollux, now ascended from demi to lesser Godhood, under the graciousness of their new eternal master, Tzeentch.
Once again they were rejuvenated and changed by the eldritch, ruinous powers of Change and Magic, their skin turned a light pale blue, the elongated blackish-blue talon tipped, nine fingered left hand of Castor grew more fingers, and on his forehead a couple of small azure colored eyes sprouted above and belong the main pair of eyes of the more "humanoid" of the twins, while Pollux that was conjoined to his brother's stomach, he gained a couple small, blue eyes, around his right eye, and his only arm, grew in length, along with sprouting a large amount of blackish-blue plumage, and sharp black talons for fingers.
Now they were Gods, actual Gods, receiving the respect, admiration, and worship from lesser mortals like their divine lineage should.
They were enjoying a great meal, and drink, as they sat nearby their Lord and Lady, and the Mortal servents feed them from a small golden throne, as the Lord of All Change, promised their fate has changed for their betterment and their part of a mighty and powerful pantheon, that surpassed the previous Olympians.
All festivities were going smoothly, and later Laharl excused himself from Nurgle and Tabes, as he decided to give Tzeentch his newest God Artifact, as he mentally sent a call to Tzeentch to meet him at the side to talk, Tzeentch responding back that he'll be with him in a moment.
They meet in a corner of the Banquet Hall, with Tzeentch deciding to be a bit jesting to his brother, as he said to Laharl, "Sooo. Dear brother, what do need of my ohhh soo gracious self. Did you need my view on any problem that you might need, answering?" Laharl mentally took a deep breath, to calm himself from his youngest brother's trollish sence of humor, as the Dark One presented his opened upside-down claws, in a small surge of Warp-energy a very long staff manifested on his hands.
As the Dark One was presenting Tzeentch with his new staff, which he has named the Staff of Oun'Rah.
He took a lot of inspiration from Egyptian Mythology, to design this cross between a necron and tzeentchian staff, adding many thing to it form and power.
As it was obviously twice the length than originally, no longer a necron metal tone instead, with a blue and pink scale pattern on said pole, at the bottom of the pole was a transparent crystal held by some golden restrains, with some tzeentchian daemon flesh tied around the spot, acting as a charm.
On the top a set of massive Egyptian wing shaped blades of yellow and blue gold striped patterned, were connected to a eldritch, lovecraftian figure holding a necron green, and indigo swirling orb of eldritch energy, on the many feet of the dark figure, are a mirrored pair of sky blue colored, epsilon axe-heads with a golden spike attached at the center of the axe-heads.
As Tzeentch admired the battle staff that Laharl was presenting him, he explained that he added to the Staff of Oun'Rah, the unique anti-psyker traits, and fully designed it to be used as a battle staff and blasting weapon like Ahhephokh used.
So Laharl suggest that Tzeentch use this weapon with his hands, while his Gridarvölr he can use as it meant to be a magic foci, he can even use his tentacles to hold it, as he can use both staffs in battle, at the sametime, as he handed the battle staff to his brother.
Tzeentch picked up his new staff, and he was very pleased with Laharl's work, as he took the Staff of Oun'Rah in two hands, and following his older brother's suggestion, he summoned his previous staff, Gridarvölr, and held it with one of this unnumberable tentacles, while he held his new combat staff with two arms...doing some practice swings, and even blasting a arcane bolt to a random fanatic, utterly obliterating the human into dust, he spun the Staff of Oun'Rah, one final time, before slamming the bud of the staff onto the golden floor.
He looked at his brother and said, "Another fine piece of work, Dark One. Just as impressive as your other work." sensing Tzeentch pleased aura, Laharl left him, as he Tzeentch banished both of his staffs away, and return to his beloved one.
After a while the newly expanded Chaos Pantheon, were still enjoying the festivities.
The Godlings Limos, Eveline, and Painwheel were playing together, which involves the gardens and having the fanatics to sacrifice their blood and corpses to them, all the while their mothers were watching over their girls with smiles on their faces.
Aiikila, Chi, and Jade were now together with Nyx, and Ioke standing beside their ladies, as they were nursing and lulling their babies, meanwhile the other Gods of Chaos were passing their time entertaining themselves allover the Banquet Hall.
Laharl standing on beside the dinning table, eating a Golden Apple, savoring it as he enjoyed the taste and burst of juice on his mouth, as he spoke out loud, "Hmmm. I can see, why the Olympians were crazy about these apples." taking another bite, he choose took time to check on, the obvious update of the Pantheon, he mentally called Aillia to pull up his Pantheon List, and with a hyper sounding, (Sure, right away, my Lord!! 😊👍) and with that a transparent blue screen, appeared floating in front of Laharl, as he began to read it.

Just like Laharl suspected the Pantheon has drastically increased, and his Pantheon Screen has gone through a major update.
He gave a quick and appreciative, thanks to his little assistant, Aillia, making her giggle shyly in the Dark One's mind, as he swipe away the transparent, blue screen away, he decided to check on the progress of the Earth, and his divine sight saw what happening on Earth...and he smiled, as he thought, "So the Warp time-warping, work to our advantage. With the 18k millenia, soon the Alderi would reign over the Galaxy, and start their life of debauchery, which will spark sister Slaanesh's birth, and the downfall of the Eldar."
To insure these events and that the Eye of Terror to tear into Realspace, which will isolated humanity across worlds, and most importantly the soo called bargain that Anathema makes with them, which results in the creation of the 20/21 Primarchs and in turn the greatest mortal followers of Chaos, the Space Marines were made.
As Laharl took one final bite out of his Golden Apple, he thought when the future Emperor of Mankind, breaks the deal with them, he can curse him for breaking a great outh with all the Chaos Gods, which will includes at the time Ultnarth the Great Horned Rat, and maybe Vashtorr, for he did sensed a massive shift into the Realms of Chaos.
With Slaanesh still not close to start being created, the only other canon Chaos entity in the 40k World is him, Vashtorr the Arkefine.
But enough of that he needed to inform his brothers and sisters-in-law of what they need to do going forwards, taking another apple for the road he went to call a short meeting between the family...
