Awakening blind...?

Blinking several times, "Hey, you're finally awake?!" there's this pesky voice next to me, and hearing em, I turned my head looking next to me to see a zombie gal...

"Ahh!!!" screeching, I couldn't tell whether or not a zombie, or witch, or even one of those vampire ghouls were next to me?!

And getting startled herself, "Ah! What?!" she looked left an right and then behind her as if she didn't know that I was startled by her mere existence.

And as she was jumpy and I was jumpy, I then jumped again as I heard a cold lazy voice on the other side of me.

"You know it's not polite to scare us like this Charlie..."

And turning my head to see a candle stick white face on ebony black around the eyes and lips, my demonic soul shot out of my body as I was startled even more by her.

And then as this was all happening I heard laughter from in front of me, and glancing forward there were two guys sitting up front in seats and the both of them were like the two back here next to me and I was freaking out!

The both of them turned around and the two next to me looked at me talking, all of them were talking, but then one of the guys in front threw a bag over at me and it was all...

. . .Overwhelming. . .

"Charlie, you alright?" Jumpy girl said.

"Obviously not, can you not tell by how he looks?..." Scary.

There was nothing else to add to her, she scares me...

"My man's here took out 3 people, he must be out of it~"

The guy at the front left seat controlling whatever we were in which was kind of like the witches metal box said.

"Naw, he must just be hungry, yo, open the bag" right guy.

I was so lost? Like so so lost right now?

After a confusing bombardment of them speaking to each other and bombarding me with questions to what really happened, I eventually opened the bag and it?

It's food? A sandwich? Glazed buns? Hmm?

After finally calming down, they were talking and yelling to each other but I ignored them as I grabbed the food and bit into it, trusting that it wasn't dangerous, hopefully?

Nope never mind, it's spicy, I like it, plus it's warm.

Watching me the entire time was the scary chick, and as I noticed her I just didn't say anything because from what they were saying and how they're talking to each other.

Their Charlie's friends, so I guess their good to me?

I'm more or less just going with the flow now...

And eating this, suddenly I felt a tap on the side of my leg from that girl, and looking over at her as she might not have been dangerous but just creepy, like them all.

I looked at her and she pointed to this rectangle and leanin over and looking onto it's glowing surface, I saw strange characters and I guess it was their language?

Hm...

Now I wanna know about this language.

The language their speaking is common, which just means common tongue in the realms, but as for the writing system, I guess this world has different writing?

And looking at it and then her, I shrugged.

She then clicked on it, this board appeared and then she began typing on it making more characters appear and it excited me, so finishing the food and wiping the crumps on my pants, I leaned in putting my hand between us and then one eventually on her leg as I got curious about it?

And looking more into it, she did it a few times while being secretive to the others, not letting them know or see what we were doing and then she handed me the thingy?

And she had it to where a pen was on there and touching it, I chuckled to myself as touching it made things appear, what was this thing? It's bright and interesting?!

And seeing me like this, she then opened her mouth, "So, are you a devil, or are you just being possessed Charlie?" she said and glancing at her while the others were busy.

"I'm Mammon, a Demon. Say, can you tell me about this?"

Casually saying this she sat back and leaving me with her toy like thing, I kept messing with it, but my sharp claws were getting in the way so I bit both my thumb claws off.

"Demon huh? Then where's Charlie?"

She said back in a casual cold tone and I responded back without a second thought, "He gave me his body, so I'm just holding onto it till he wants it back," I told her but I wasn't going to just tell her the truth, I'm cautious.

"He did? Why?"

"Don't know, but he was angry with someone?"

"How long do you plan on possessing him"

But turning my head as she said that, I smiled, "Untill our deal is complete and he wants to come back, I have no say in the deal, he's kinda forcing me into this body actually?"

"So you make deals huh?"

"I'm bound to my contracts, yes"

Lieing to her as I was too interested in this device, and then I kind of needed insurance since she already figured me out, well I wasn't hiding it so that's a thing too?

But still, I guess I just wanna talk I guess? I'm bored...

Actually, now that I think about it when is lunch? I'm supposed to chat with the witch when lunch came?

Noticing that I might be late and or fluxing the deal I made with the witch, I then came over and whispered to her.

"Look, he forced me into this body, I'm just an outcome"

And then I sat back up and looked to the boys upfront.

"Hey, I need to get back to the witch, I mean my sister, you think you can take me back to wherever we were so I can meet back up with her?"

I asked and looking back to me greatly confused, "Yeah sure, but don't forget tommowow you gotta come with us for a solid game of Dnd, we need all the support man"

He said and with a happy face I said, "Got it bro" which was way too bright for all of them but one as they practically hissed at my positivity? Huh, I guess they are ghouls?

Ghoul humans at least? I don't sense much from em?

Getting back to the place they called school, me and the cheerful jumpy girl were the only two to go back, the others planned on leaving straight after dropping us off.

When we came back inside she sighed with relief as she then confessed that she was scared about skipping class like that, she then called them and me "So Cool" and wished she could be more brave like "Us". I didn't like how down she got so after she confessed this I spoke with her a bit as we were walking down the halls and just jested for the hell of it till we ended up circling the halls, that's then when I asked for directions to where I may be able to find the witch known here as "Marry," and since it was you know lunch period, we went to the cafe where we saw her.

And the both of us joined her at her empty table.

This made it hard for the witch to speak of the demonic as the girl might have just been an ordinary human and I guess they don't really know that much about the monsters set to kill on sight here by the church?

Either way it made the conversation short and awkward an due to that we switched topics as the girl brought something up and we started answering them.

The witch didn't want to play but then moving sides and sitting next to her to bother the heck out of her I got her speaking and answering questions I couldn't.

I even found out the names of Charlie's friends, there was Finn and Kole, this girl, lily, and the other names Scarlett, I got a nice chunk of info out of them, too bad their ordinary because if they weren't I'd take em with me.

When I start my journey I need strong allies, I don't want to see these ones die quick, especially when I can't sense much magic power from any of them, it's sad.

Anyways I'll leave? Tomorrow to next week when I'm done getting my follower and or golem and torturing the witch a bit by just being her brother here for a bit.

After that I'm gonna search for a dragon or troll to fight!

Yep, that's my next goal, oh yeah, I guess my main thing is still to change the devil worshipers into me worshipers, but still, I wanna go fight something strong! At least on the side! Like as a side gig for the glory and bordum?!
