Dark Priestess

Walking next to me, "Awesome! I'll get me dad's playing cards, just follow me to my room and I'll go get them!" she said all energetic as we walked to her doorway.

But as we were walking down the walkway something felt off, she told me her folks wouldn't be home till late evening but yet for some reason something felt way too off?

Was someone home?

Was someone in her home?

I wasn't getting a good feeling about this.

So looking at her as she hummed sweetly next to me, "Are you sure that no one's home?" I asked and looking at me with a bright smile, "Of course, see there aren't any cars in the driveway so of course we're going to be alone!"

But then as she said that, her cheeks started turning a non whiteish color and she looked away, "Yeah, it's just going to be the two of us here, alone, yeah, that's all good..."

She said but to me it sounded like she was disappointed?

Whatever, it's not like it matters that much.

I just need to collect info if it's a bust.

I have enough power for a mind dominate right?

Hm? Probably if not I can knock her out till I do.

"Should we have ask the others to come with us then?"

I asked trying to clearing the air and she veered her head at me once I said that responding to her "down tone."

"No! I'm fine if it's just us!!"

But then she grabbed her face looking away and shaking her head, "I mean, it's okay if it's just us, the others are probably busy anyways, you know, and even if they aren't I'm fine if it's just us alone here in my room! It's not like anything going to happen! So... Uh... I mean?!"

Laughing, "Are you sure you don't want something to happen, Lily~" I said referring to the magic.

And as she turned her head looking at me, her mouth was a bit open and her face started sizzling pink, "I mean, I can show you more than magic" so even stronger magic.

And her face burned pink and she looked away smiling.

"No I'm good!!! Stop messing with me Charlie!! You're not funny you know!" she said but from a side view, seeing her smile, I guess she might have liked what I said.

"Fine, I guess I won't teach you any strong spells"

I said and she nevously chucked, "Yeah..."

I feel like we're not on the same page but...

I'm just going to ignore it and pretend we might be.

Getting to the door, she grabbed it opening the door, but just when you did, "Oh hey your home" we both heard ah man's voice and as I stepped in, she paused and I did too.

Looking over to where the voice came from, she uttered, "Daddy..." and looking over there, it was a man with an unopened bottle of glass? And seeing us he pointed.

At me, "Hey, who's that?" he said and his voice was unlike before as he forced it to become more stern and brutey, but when he did she jumped and then turned and pointed to me, "Uh this is my friend Charlie! He's helping me with my math since I didn't understand what my teacher was talking about and I'm sort of behind right now!!"

She said as her voice was almost tremeling, and as her left hand shook a bit, he opened his bottle and took a sip of it before saying, "Oh okay, he can stay for dinner than if he's your friend, no go wash that crap off your face and don't close your door, your mother should be home in an hour"

And said and with a seriously forced smile, "Yes daddy, we'll be going now!" she said grabbing me by my wrist really hard and pulling me along with her to the stairs and up to the second floor where we got to her room and she let out a heavy breath, "Holy crap I almost pissed myself..."

Letting go of me, she looked at me with wide eyes, "I seriously had no clue he was home?! That was the scariest thing every Charlie!" she whisper screamed and I was sort of confused, "How come?" I asked and she threw hands.

Throwing them down and around and then to the door, "Because that's my scary ass Dad?! The one I've been telling you guys about?! He's not as bad as my mom but holy crap the man terrifies! I though you were dead when I saw him, luckily we must have caught him on a good day"

She said before signing, "But now I dragged you along into my bullshit, sorry Charlie, now you have to stay for dinner and have to deal with both my mom and dad... I'm so so sorry for all of this..."

She said grabbing her arm and looking blue, but when she did and it was rather boring, I poked her forehead and laughed, "Don't worry, and don't ever apologize to me understand, I think I can make for a few hours"

I said and she smiled, but then it went into an anxious expression as she looked away, "You're not going to be saying that when he starts drinking and my mom gets here," she said but poking her head again.

"As I said before, don't worry, got it" I said and then turned to look over at the door, "Now go get outta here and take a shower too, you don't want to upset the man by keeping that stuff on do you?" I said and she seemed to have forgotten, "Oh yeah! The makeup!"

She said running to the door, and as she got to it it she grabbed the doorframe and turned around, "I'll be back in 10 minutes, stay here and I'll be back soon" she left.

And seconds after I heard a door nearby shut.

But when it did I sighed and then left the room going down the steps into the original room we came in through, and as I did, I saw the man sitting there watching something on one of those little glowling tools while drinking something.

And walking over to him, he didn't see me and I went next to him, this black energy radiated off my human flesh and as it had, "You're going to be the perfect father to Lily,"

And hearing me, the man veered his head but as his face turned to my, I grabbed his face and as his eyes looked into mine, they widened as if he saw something.

Right before demonic energies invaded his body and his eyes slowly started shimmering a brining orange glow.

And when they were filly enveloped and became solid.

I let go after giving a few more positive to me instructions.

Now finnally letting go, I said, "That'll be all, I really hope you aren't going to disappoint me," I said to the man, right before stepping away and going back to the stairs.

And as I took my first step, I heard, "Yes, master..." And a smile formed on my face as I successfully dominated a human's mind, and they said I couldn't back home.

Now who's in the wrong, not me, clearly, "Hahaha."

Going back upstairs, I went over to the bed and jumped on it, sitting on there and waiting for her to come back, after all, I still need someone like her, so innocent and pure.

Someone to corrupt.

Eeh, she's the best candidate for now at least.

I'd rather not waste my time looking for a priest since I don't plan on staying here for that long, anyways, I just need someone to be the head of my following.

After I have a priest here I'll find others on my adventure.

Hm? But that's only a few, I can't handle many more with my current power, especially with it not all with me on this body, I don't know how long it'll take for me to get it all?

Okay... But I guess it just takes time.

But maybe I should have more than 1 then?

So Demons like me can only have a single Priests, I'm not strong enough to handle 2 or at least be able to control 2 so for now I'm just going to have her as my first priest.

Yeah that sounds about right? Not the last part, that's for me as a personal note, but for now I should be able to control 1 priest with my current power, if I try more.

Then my power of domination over them will break for all.

So as of now, I can only have her and since she's willing I'll give her free reign until she screws up, that's when I'll take complete control over her actions. But I doubt she'd betray me if she ends up siding with me.

After that I have enough power to take hold of...

At least 5 people, it's enough to dominate all of Charlie's friends but not enough to even control the witch, she has actual power so I'd have to gain some more of my original strength and lose control of Lily's father and anyone else to have her under my control, I guess I'll just do that if I can't get Lily on my side then?

Having the witch as my priest is super good.

That also means I won't have to kill her either.

I'm still sour how she attacked me.

Thinking to myself I ended up too deep in throught and by the time I thought of it all, I heard steps and when I did I shot up to my feet, it's probably Lily.

I guess I should make a big entrance?

Okay so I do want her to join up with me.

For now?

Seeing someone step into the door way, I held out my arms and as it was Lily and she turned in with a towel wrapped around her head, I spoke out.

"Now listen here, this is what I wanted to show you!"

Channeling energy, what looked like flames but where darkness came out from my hands in a burst of dark fire.

And looking at me shocked, I spouted.

"Now the real question is. Do you wanna learn magic, Lily"

I said and clenching her hands into fists, she stomped her foot forward and throwing her hand up, she screamed.

"HELL YEAH!!!"

Channeling my power some more, I then shaped darkness into birds and as they flew around the room I stepped over to her and held out my hand.

"Then join me Lily, be my priestess and I'll teach you"

I said and thinking that she might consider it, she grabbed my hands looking all excited and pumped and looking into her green eyes, and peachy face, she smiled, and said.

"Fuck yeah, when can we start!"
